We had been looking for a 2022 ILX in metallic gray when we ran across Bob Howard Acura in Oklahoma City. They had just what we wanted in transit. We reached out to them and when the car was being delivered to them they gave us a call and set up an appointment time to drive the car the next day. Our original salesperson was out, but she had arranged for Dustin to meet us. He was able to answer all our questions. Tyler, the financial manager made the buying process simple. Overall, our experience with Bob Howard Auto was great and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

We spoke with a salesman on the phone and gave them a general idea what we were looking for and they pulled up 3 cars for us to see in that range when we arrived. We did go with one of those 3 but we did look around a little buy too before deciding. All of the staff we came in contact with were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We give 4 stars because there is always room for improvement but as long as we find the vehicle we like with them, then we are satisfied with their service.

We were in the market for a new family vehicle and bob Howard Acura was our first stop. We were greeted by Joni and told her what we were wanting and she quickly found a few things we liked! We took it for a test drive and loved it and ended up buying it. Joni was so friendly and easy going and not pushy whatsoever. We also dealt with her manager Justin who was also great! The customer service was hands down the best. My car saleswoman did an amazing job and got me exactly what I wanted. They took the time to listen and didn’t try to oversell me at all. I walked in at 4:00 and all deals were made and completed by 6:15 the same day. I’ll buy from them again and again.

I stopped by to test drive an RDX I researched them on line but hadnt driven them butI checked their reviews and price and it became one of my top picks. Jacoby assited me, he provided me all of the cars details I didnt know that I needed to know this information at that time. I am not sure if he knows this or not but he and the RDX really set the bar for what I was looking for. I was very impressed but hadnt test driven my other top choices yet, he was very understanding and polite he provided me time to check my other options without being harrassed. A couple of weeks later I contacted him back, he informed me he had some options. When I returned he was with another customer he had a colleague assist me and when I left I was an RDX owner!

I recently purchased a vehicle on 9/20/21. I traded my vehicle in and financed a new one through Bob Howard Acura. When purchasing my vehicle I agreed to finance for 72 month (6 YEARS). I was very hesitate to purchase at the time due to the length of time and my monthly payment was not in my budget. I advised them if we can renegotiate my monthly payment rather it be give me more for my trade in or lower the cost of the other vehicle that I was purchasing. After speaking to finance they stated they can meet my monthly payment that a requested to work. After looking over my document that I signed it reads I actually financed for 75 months and not 72 months like we agreed on. So basically they made it look on paper that the payment I requested would be met but in theory the only reason why it was met was because the stretched my payment 3 more months. That was unfair as a customer due to the dealership knew i wanted to finance for 6 years and they knew my budget but still they made it seem like they helped me out by meeting my budget but they actually made me finance for longer. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING VEHICLE THROUGH BOB HOWARD ACURA!

I had a excellent experience with the service department at Bob Howard Acura. Tony my service adviser was excellent, I would give him above 5 stars if it was possible to do so. He was great from the very first phone call, to the time he saw me off in my vehicle. He facilitated getting my car in and serviced quickly, provided great communication throughout the process and made sure to give me sound advice on servicing the vehicle in the future. In the end I felt like he was more of a friend then just my service advisor. As long as I own Acura products I will take my car to them and work with Tony.On a side note I did have the opportunity meet the general manager of the store while I was there named Ray. He approached me in the showroom and we struck up conversation. I thought he was very kind, sincere and had a genuine interest in making sure I was getting top notch service while in the dealership. I met a very nice sales lady named Dez too and she was equally as good, even though I was just there getting my vehicle serviced, she took her time and gave me lots of good information.Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend this dealership!

I bought a second-hand car here in July. Although when I bought it,the car still have some problems, their service was very satisfactory to us and promised that I would deal with all the problems so that we dont have to worry about it. When I went to pick up the car three days after the payment, I found that the rear light cover of the car was still broken, and they did not repair. Mrs.B let me go back and wait for her to send a message to notify me. But until now, I have not received any message from Mrs.B,During this period, I also sent messages and called Mrs.B to ask when she could help me deal with this problem. Her initial reply was still “wait for her message”, but after then she neither responded nor answered the phone when I sent the message or called. This makes me feel that there is a big problem with their service, Until now my rear light cover is still broken. I think they dont want to help me to repair it . The service of this dealership made me lose confidence in them.

Went here last week wanting to look at a new TLX. Their website showed they had four available. When we arrived and told the salesman (didn’t get his name because it was that quick of an interaction) what we wanted to look at, he told us they didn’t have any on the lot. When I pointed to one sitting there he told us it was sold (it was still on the lot with all of the new cars). We left and a week later, they still have the same TLXs on their site that they had the day we went in. Ended up going to Jackie Cooper and going with the BMW 3 series and had a phenomenal experience with Gary Greeson.

Our service/oil change appointment was booked online and I even got a reminder text for the appointment for Sunday afternoon drop off. When I got there the place was closed and no one was there. After a few frantic phone calls I found help through the Nissan dealership which was actually open. They were kind enough to let me drop off my car and keys and took it over to Acura on Monday morning. Even more puzzling to me is that on Monday morning even after the car got to them no one contacted me to rectify the situation. I had to call them to get everything squared away.

The buying process was so easy and painless. We were pre-approved with a local credit union and were delighted when they said Bob Howard was a partner dealership with them. Our sales rep, Des, was incredible. She was kind, patient, and helpful! Sometimes it is the little details that matter. For me, that was her going above and beyond tracking down the vehicles second key. The previous owner had thought there was only one key, but just happened to come in the same day we were there. By asking a simple, Did you ever find a second key? Des was able to help us out a ton and that meant a lot. There are a ton of dealerships around, but Bob Howard is the only one Ill be recommending to my friends from now on.

Was told item was on back order for months and today was told it was never ordered.Update: Four weeks later and Bob Howard Acura has made a few lack luster attempts to contact us even after we were told the part would arrive the next day. After talking to them today it should finally be resolved. I have purchased my last three cars from Bob Howard my last two from Bob Howard Acura. After purchasing a brand new RDX from Bob Howard Acura a few months ago it was time for an oil change. We received a very nice discount coupon and called to make an appointment. Very easy to do and they were very professional on the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted by a service tech: Bobby. He was very helpful and got the ball rolling. A little later he came and gave an update. Then the service was completed but he noticed they had not washed and cleaned the car. He took care of that as well. All the time maintaining a positive attitude and smile on his face. Was very pleased with the service and the experience. We will certainly use their service department again and will ask for Bobby to assist. Well done!

My 2016 Acura MDX water pump went out. I took it in to get it fixed. Zach and Jeff took care of everything. The repair took over a day, so they were nice enough to give me a loaner, a nice loaner, until the repair was completed. I would definitely recommend them for all your repairs. I have taken my MDX in for normal maintenance for years and it is always a great experience!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.The customer service here is the perfect example of why traditional car dealerships will be extinct soon.All they cared about was closing the deal, tacking in extras, and low balling for my trade-on.One of the managers actually threatened to withhold the title to my new car because he didn’t get the signature done correctly for the trade-in title.They told me they’d have my rebate check and title ready yesterday. We went in today, and they don’t have it ready. They have outright lied several times, threatened to withhold my title, and are now actually withholding my title and rebate check they said they’d have ready.Anyway, would not recommend at all.

Stopped in with my ‘08 TL for a quick oil change & tire rotation while on my cross country road trip. As someone who’s been in the automotive industry, I tend to have an eye for good & bad dealer practices. Zac was my service advisor and was very hospitable, prompt, and informative. My car needed an alignment but I had totally forgotten about it prior to leaving for my trip. Zac came over and informed me my two front tires were wearing unevenly and that they could do the alignment right then and there, which I appreciated. The service was quick, price efficient, and overall a pleasant experience. Most importantly for me, there were no attempts to sell me on services I didn’t need, which is really hard to come by for dealers in my local area. Highly recommend Bob Howard!

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I went to go buy my wife a new car(which I CANT stand dealerships at all). I went to several dealerships in the metro and for the most part, 90% of them were the same way, I couldnt even get my truck parked before the vultures were at my window.I decided to go home and look online at cars, then go look at them. I found a Acura TLX online at Bob Howard, so I decided not to call them and just go up there and look at it. When I arrived, no salesman rushed my truck and I was able to get out and look at the car I found online. A very nice sales lady came outside and asked me if I needed help or pricing on anything to let her know and she will help and she walked off. I was SHOCKED! Finally, a dealership that didnt pressure me as soon as I got there and she offered to help and left me alone.When I decided to purchase the car I found, I went into the office and got her. From that point forward she showed me that buying a new car CAN BE a great experience. She made the deal from start to finish easy and enjoyable, I loved it! The staff was helpful, friendly and FAST.After I signed everything and was leaving, I couldnt believe how easy and STRESS FREE that experience was. The car is everything they said it was and they have reached out to me several times since asking how I like the car and if they can do anything for me. I have NEVER seen the likes of great hospitality and people that stand behind their word! I WILL go back to this dealership when we decide to buy another vehicle. Took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation with appointment and was the only person waiting . The cost was also high. The advisor never spoke to me about the condition of my vehicle, never discussed the inspection that I doubt was done. Poor service, high costs, and long wait times, with so many options for vehicle service I can’t imagine ever feeling a need to return. Way to treat a new customer.

Brought car in for airbag recall. Everything handled great but my SRS light was on when I brought it in and only 2 things would make it go on; airbag or safety belts. Since its obviously not airbag, I would have thought they would have checked belts since they are covered for life of car. Now I have to call 2moro and probably drive from Moore to Edmond AGAIN. They need garage in moore/norman area.

The week after Thanksgiving, 2020, we worked with a great salesman, JT. WE AGREED on price, 2021 RDX and signed initial paper work. However, the financial sales person was totally unprofessional. He was exactly the reason why car salesman get a bad reputation, and buying a car is not a good experience! He said he came over from the Honda dealership to work with us. He initially said the best percentage rate was 4.7%, we said no way, our credit was perfect and we wanted a max of 2%. He claimed there was no way he could do that. Then, by some miracle, he could do 2.7 % after discussing with Gen Manager. My spouse and I said how did you do that? Go down 2 %, when initially you said it couldnt be done...said we want 2% or we would leave, he informed us that there were NO- 2% deals out there on any 2021 luxury SUVs....He went back to Gen Manager. WE LEFT. Too bad Bob Howard. You deserve the bad reviews on YELP. I hope JT finds a better place to work!We are updating our review of Bob Howard Acura. We heard back from the gen manager, Ray, offering to attempt to rectify the situation and get our business back.We asked Ray for our original deal at 2% and that since it was Christmas time we wanted to do as much over phone or email as possible.Although we could not get 2% we did get closer, so we bought the car.No surprise, the financial salesperson we previously dealt with was no longer at Acura! However, JT was still there! and reviewed the car with us. I was very pleased!
