I truly love and support this business! Without them, there way no way I could of gotten my dream dress in a short amount of time and they worked with my schedule. Every person there was so sweet and encourage me to try on dresses outside my confront zone! I loved how they respected my budget and never made me feel bad for having one. I had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Lauren at RJ bridal and prom. I went in as a first time bride not knowing what I really wanted and she was the most friendly person I have ever met in a bridal store and she showed me all of the options and helped me try them all on without rushing me. I was able to pick the dress of my dreams and make a friend along the way. I would definitely recommend Lauren to anyone searching for a wedding dress. 10/10 she made it the best experience I could have asked for.

The owners daughter helped me and was so rude. Every dress I liked was a size 4-6 she said “oh those won’t even come close to fitting you, you should try something else”. I just wanted to look at the dress. She also wouldn’t leave the dressing room when I was changing. I am modest and just told her I would call her when I had the dress on ready to be zipped, and she refused. I tried on 2 dresses and then she pulled out some magazine she had hidden in the dressing room that apparently had her name on it or something. The sad part is I actually found a dress there that I wanted but because I was embarrassed I just left.

As someone who is no longer a bride but a wife, that had everything go wrong. RL Bridal was by far the best experience. I had tried the conventional bridal salons (I won’t name names) and nothing compares to the service and attention to detail RL has served us. Pricing can be a bit more steep, however supporting a smaller company that is willing to go the extra mile for you and make sure everything is perfect, is by far more important to me than convenience! I will recommend RL to everyone!

This place far exceeded my expectations. It was my first shop visited for my wedding dress and I found the one! The girl who helped me find it was so kind and definitely knowledgeable. The environment was calm, which I did not find at the other dress store I went to. Overall, a great experience.

I was sold a dress that was two sizes too small. They measured my bust wrong. When I came in to try the dress, and was told it did not fit, I was rushed out of the store. Their solution now is to exchange the dress for a bigger size. But I have already bought a new dress since no tailors wanted to take on the task of fixing the original. They were rude when trying to find a solution. Treated me as if I didnt know how to measure myself. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from RL Bridal and Prom! I wanted a classic, timeless style, and they were the only bridal store in OKC I found with multiple dresses that fit what I was looking for! All the dresses came in on time and the tailoring and finishing work on my wedding dress was extremely detailed. Debbies eye for what needs to be adjusted was amazing - my dress would not have turned out as perfectly as it did without her expertise and help. I received compliments on the dresses and specifically the finishing work!

UPDATE: My daughter ended up getting her wedding gown here. They did an excellent job for her. Fitting after fitting, they made sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much for making sure everything was just right!Very professional service and low-key and relaxing. No high pressure sales. They took good care of us without making us feel like we had to make a decision immediately. They have some beautiful gowns.

After a cleaner ruined my first wedding dress I called them in a panic. TWO DAYS until my wedding. They told to come in immediately and they had my absolute dream dress that I’ve wanted since i was engaged. They were so friendly and absolutely made me feel like i was in the right place. They calmed down this very stressed bride.I am so thankful for this place and the amazing ladies working there.

If I could give this more than a 5 star I would! After trying multiple stores, I didn’t feel like I found the dress I was looking for. From the moment I stepped into RL Bridal, I was greeted to a warm welcome from Iridian. She not only did she make me feel super comfortable, but made my whole experience one to remember! Iridian was super patient with my likes and dislikes, and didn’t make me feel rushed in having to find my dress like some other stores did. She was super knowledgeable and helpful, and made the whole experience super stress free, even during a pandemic! I even felt the same friendliness and warm welcomes from the owner of the store. Overall 10/10, and I wouldn’t have wanted my wedding dress experience to go any other way!

Not a great selection for prom. Didnt see bridal side, possibly has more to offer idk.. we were fortunate to have a sweet young lady (Bailey) assist us. She was great! Patient and accommodating. However, there were a couple of staff members that were rude, put out and seemed uninterested in their customers. At least one dress that my daughter tried on had a ripped seem and damage to the backside of the dress. We tried 4 or 5 dresses all priced between $560 - $880 which from my experience were priced higher than other places we have visited that had more to pick from, prettier dresses and friendlier staff. Appts are 30 min intervals. Walks -ins were were rushed at best. Definitely want to make an appointment if you plan on visiting!

I cannot sing enough praises about this bridal salon.The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They are very good at bringing out dresses that are in line with what you ask for. My daughter showed them a picture of some styles she liked and every dress they brought out for her to try on was stunning. We were thinking how will we be able to choose? Then they brought out last dress and we knew in a moment it was THE one. It was the most perfect and most beautiful gown of all. We highly highly recommend RL Bridal! We could not be happier. I had two people helping me, and they were SO darn nice! I showed them the styles I liked and they helped me find the most flattering dress for my body type! They were extremely nice when I was making my appointment, and were so pleasant at the store! We ended up buying the most beautiful wedding gown and I couldnt be more excited!

I have gotten prom dresses as well as my wedding dress from RL. They are great people and they have amazing prices on all of their gowns. My bridal appointment and fitting appointments were great and I felt so beautiful and special especially with the staff members helping me. I don’t think I can say ENOUGH good things about R&L. They made finding a wedding dress and my girls bridesmaids dresses so simple and fun. Debbie the owner is simply amazing, Lauren who works there as well is the best. She made sure I felt comfortable and the dress was perfect for me. Lan the seamstress is incredible as well. I highly recommend them, they are the best!

I was so glad that my daughter loved her dress and payments were an option. The lady helping her try on was kind helpful and sweet. I was asked to pay cash for my last payment since they get charged for credit card payments. Though I live 45 minutes away. I wasnt really wanting to drive there for each payment. I was very very surprised to find out when paying my final payment that its an additional $35 for the plastic bag (not the nice one they keep the dress in). As a business minded person, it seems like it would make a lot more sense for them to give this bag away after purchasing a $500 dress. Especially since it is branded with their information. Maybe even with a nice quote about memories. It kind of put a sour taste in my mouth between the asking for cash and the additional cost of the bag. Im not saying we wont go back, but well definitely check out other options.

Visited this shop today with my best friend who is getting married this year. Even though she called and made an appointment on Tuesday, we were greeted as if they didn’t expect us at all. Although she called and asked if they had bridesmaid dresses in plus sizes and was told that they did, they did not have any available. In the phone call they also insisted she try on some wedding dresses and even asked her questions and said they would have some dresses picked for her, again that was not done. The consultant helping her was thoughtless with her comments and treatment. On a day where she should have been happy and excited and felt like a princess she was instead made to feel uncomfortable, in a public setting. I am so disappointed that this was her first experience trying on dresses. I hope no other bride to be ever has an experience like the one we had today.

They do not have a lot in stock for sizes 18-24 but they really worked with what I was wanting and were willing to negotiate on what I could afford and offer alterations to the dress I was interested in. Just wished I had the money for the dress I wanted. Great customer service as well!Oh and they offered to look online for the dresses I loved but couldnt fit!

I couldn’t begin to express how much I loved this place! I was an Alfred Angelo bride with three months to go before the wedding. I bought the most amazing Mori Lee gown at a remarkable deal and managed to look stunning at a very reasonable price. They went out of their way to make certain my look was perfect and wouldn’t break my bank since I lost $1000.00 to the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy. Plus, they have dresses that every other shop I have been to couldn’t begin to compete with. Any bride I meet will get this recommendation from me.

This is for jocelyn stewart. i was in there today, and found my prom dress. i had 1 very nice lady helping me the whole time (about 3 hours) anyways, there was about 5 workers total that whole time. in the time i was there, i saw the 5 women working help at least 3 other girls find prom dresses (and mind you, 1 girl was hispanic, and another 1 girl was african american) there was also at least 2 bridal parties of about 7 girls each on the other side of the store. my family and i saw you and what looked to be your mother (or some woman related to you) walk in, about an hour before they closed and when they were the most busy. they greeted you and apologized for being busy and told you that they would be with you as soon as possible. they schedule by appointment usually unless they have someone available when you walk in. next time, instead of writing a terrible and untrue comment that could ruin the reputation of this great store, be patient and understanding, or schedule an appointment. i personally highly recommend this store.

Great experience shopping for a prom dress!! We went all over OKC for 2 days looking for the right dress at a decent price... Exhausting!! We were surprised how many dresses were actually in this dress shop! Very classy and honest ladies working in this shop, obviously years of experience. They wanted us to find the right dress not just to make a sale!! We will be back next year!!

I absolutely adore this shop!!! I started shopping here as a sophomore in high school and just recently bought my wedding dress here!! 2 prom dresses, 4 pageant gowns, and 1 wedding dress later, I have never been happier with my experiences. The ladies in the shop were wonderful and helped me try on dresses for literal hours when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. They never once made me feel like the 18th dress might be an inconvenience. I was never rushed and when looking for a wedding dress that was a huge blessing! Lan and Debbie were GREAT with handling any changes I wanted and all of my dresses turned out beautiful when they were done. I 10/10 recommend this store to anyone looking to dress for a formal occasion. I can’t have imagined going anywhere else!

I just left there and have to get this out as I sit in their parking lot! We went to the store 30 minutes before closing. They made sure to tell our daughter and I that they were closing in 30 minutes. They also reminded us of the time with every dress we looked at in the mirror. At one point when I was waiting on my daughter they said you only have 8 minutes and we all have places we need to be tonight and that we would need to hurry. Also during our visit they said we need to lock these doors or we will never get out of here. The rude, condescending attitude was not appreciated. I finished this post at 4:56 and the whole crew just locked up and left. We wont be coming back and you should never go there unless you like to feel like a inconvenience.

While rl bridal and prom has a beautiful selection of gowns, I am not that pleased with my service. When I first visited several years ago they were super helpful, and encouraging. Now that Im getting married- I have been met with short clipped tones and a dismissive attitude. Its my first wedding and not my first bridal shop, unfortunately they are the only vendor who carried the dress brand I wanted. My bridesmaids were not called when there dresses arrived in store, I was. As the bride I should get that phone call; however the woman who ordered the dress and paid for it should be contacted as well. The store hours have been irregular and inconsistent. I have had to endure exasperated sighs, eye rolls, and arrogant condescension. The staff is often not sure about how to order! I had to speak to the owner to place an order. One of my bridesmaids drove to the store 3 times before she just called her order in over the phone.Overall inconsistent, dismissive, and lack luster enthusiasm. I will not be using them again.

Went with my sister to try on dresses, the workers were very unpleasant. Their attitudes were not friendly at all. The lady that was helping my sister zipped her skin in the dress.

Walked in and was asked what size I wear and I told the lady that I wear a size 8 or 10 in formal dresses and she said by looking at you, I can tell that youre not an 8 in a very hateful tone (funny thing is, Ive been trying on size 8 all day long and they fit well) and that was extremely uncalled for and very unprofessional. I wear a size 6 in jeans, but because of my hourglass figure, I go up a size in formal dresses. I am outraged and dont want anyone to go through the same horrible experience!

I found my wedding dress listed online by this shop - it was a sample they were selling. I was wary of purchasing a gown online since I live in a different state.. until I called and spoke to the manager, Savana, about the gown. I was immediately set at ease by her friendly, happy attitude, professionalism and ability to answer all of my questions.. and I mean a *lot* of them. She went out of her way to contact me promptly by phone, text and email throughout the process - even looking over the sample gown in her own hands while on the phone to talk to me about its condition- I cant tell you how comfortable that made me with my purchase. I was elated every time I got off the phone with her, and she never pushed a veil or garment bag or literally anything else on me - didnt even mention it. She went over the designers sizing chart, listening to my concerns and pointed out things I had never thought of, as well as going over payment options, shipping, everything! My dress arrived this week- less than three weeks after I spotted it online- in perfect condition and I could not be happier with my purchase - you have made another dream come true and I am SO grateful! I look like a million $, thank you Savana and Debbie!

Im just getting around to reviewing all the vendors I visited while planning my wedding. This place was by far the worst. This was the first bridal shop I visited without researching any dresses or prices. They were rude and condescending, specifically when I said my budget was around $1300 but very flexible. I was told thats not a very big budget for a ballgown but they might be able to accommodate it. After pulling some of the ugliest dresses I have ever seen, I tried on one with beading. When the girl came back to zip it the beading started to fall off which she told me was normal. Its not. After all of this she told me to come back in 6 months when they get new dresses.

I felt like I had a Pretty Woman experience. They were very rude and made me feel ignorant and as if I were wasting their time. If I didnt care for a particular style of dress and asked to see another one, there was an audible huff and a roll of eyes. Worst experience Ive had at a bridal salon.

Drove through terrible traffic to get to this place and it ended up being a terrible experience. I was looking for a prom dress and they had a very small selection that were all unreasonably overpriced. The staff hovered awkwardly and acted snooty. No mirrors in the dressing room so I had to come out while some chick just stared at me really uncomfortably. As petty as it sounds there was also no music playing which made it all the more uncomfortable. No luck finding a good prom dress here, not sure about their bridal dresses, however. The staff was the worst part.

I just came out of the store and it was a horrible experience I came in with the dress that I bought from different store wanting to buy something else to accessorize it with and the lady asked me if she could help me and she immediately cut me off to attend someone else . she said someone that is buying a dress there since I didnt buy my dress there she had me waiting for 10 minutes and she got onto my daughters cause they were looking at some dresses in a very very rude loud way im on the phone and she comes and wants to talk to me now. I tell her that Im busy . once I get off the phone I told her that she was very rude and talking to my daughters the way they did and she didnt once apologized for what she said I leave the store and I decided to go back into the store to ask for her name and to speak to the manager and she wouldnt give me her name then she told me that she was the owner. I told her she was EXTREMELY RUDE to me by cutting me off and to my daughters. She keep telling me my daughters were taking out the dresses out of the rack which was not true

I went there with my sister and her other bridesmaids. I booked the appointment ahead of time for my sister and verified that they were within my sisters price range since she was very limited and paying for her wedding dress on her own. We were there early and I was told previously that the owner was going to be doing the appointment, but when we got there, they were quite busy, so we were given over to her daughter, I believe, which was fine. The consultant went over price point with my sister and what she was looking for. When pulling dresses, she ended up pulling 3 out of the total 6 dresses pulled that were over my sisters price range, which honestly ticked me off. I pulled the consultant to the side after my sister went into the dressing room and asked her to please stay within my sisters price range after she had already been advised of it. The consultant said she would pull the dresses out of the room, and never did. She also said she would pull some dresses from the back and never did. The one dress my sister sort of liked, would have needed alterations and when she asked, the consultant made a big deal about it, saying how she would really have to pull a lot of strings. I was very disappointed in the whole experience, especially for my sister. I really feel that if you dont have a lot of money to spend on a dress there, you will be treated like you are wasting their time. My sister was unhappy with the whole experience as well since the consultant complained to her that I pulled her aside, and felt like it was really unprofessional, as well as childish. We left early and have no plans to ever go back.I would never recommend this place to anyone I know shopping for wedding dresses.

The people there where so rude. They pushed my best friend into a dress that she didnt like. They didnt oder my dress at all. Even after I payed for it. Just went back the other day. theTaylor forgot my friends wedding dress and told her to come back up the next day. We drove an hour to get up there. Her wedding is next Saturday... they pushed me into a brides dress that is a size 12. I wear a size 4. And I still had to pay full price for the dress... they are lucky my grandma is a damn good taylor..... If you want a nice and easy wedding planning. DONT GO HERE!!!!
