The ladies in here are friendly and knowledgeable. They can order your size and do alterations. The store is clean and well light. They even carry some bigger sizes in most styles.Only complain is that they are a ways away from where we live.

Very bad experience. The woman wouldnt even look at us. Was on her phone the WHOLE time, didnt talk to us or help us find dresses. Would give her zero stars. :/

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL dresses here. We found the perfect dress for our only daughter and they let us pay it off over a period of two months + They also said we can come back two days before the wedding and they will steam the dress! We also bought bridal shoes here for $55 that were well over $150 elsewhere. No high pressure sales like Linh’s Bridal. Very sweet, pulled out dresses from back. Made sure all the beads and jewels were perfect before we picked the dress up. EXCELLENT JOB!!! I highly recommend and will tell everyone I know. THANK YOU!!!

This is a hidden treasure and a jewel of a place. The women who work here are kind, patient and helpful and dont get frustrated even though people want to try on lots and lots of dresses. Prices are excellent and they are very fair. They will also order something if they dont have it in stock or have it in your size. They also have shoes and jewelry, from little girls to adult sizes . I would highly recommend

Lots of fancy dresses to choose from. They have toddler sizes, little girl sizes, womens, and plus sizes. There are a few suits, boys sizes. There is also a small shoe section with womens heels, girls dress shoes, and a few dress shoes for boys. Many different colors. We saw prices from $170 to almost $400 (when looking for prom dresses). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly here. Well stocked. We came in looking for little girl formals. We were aided in making selecting the right colors, styles and sizes. They happily held them aside for us until we could bring our granddaughters back

The dress was to die for, we through a roaring 20s great gatsby the memes party in NYC (elegant 18) and everyone loved the dress! It was inexpensive there prices are amazing. I saw the dress I wanted they didnt have her size so they ordered me a new one it took two weeks to arrive after the lady said it would be a week. But I cant really complain I ordered it in enough time. I had it tailored to fit her to perfection! Military discount is a major plus! I will definitely come back and buy another! I paid half when I ordered the dress and when it came I paid the other half. It looked like a wedding gown it was just to die for!!!

Very cute place! I went there for the first time today after hearing a ton of great things about it, but I was only moderately impressed. There was a huge variety of dresses, which I loved, however, the quality of the dresses was disappoining. For the price they were charging for long gowns (starting at 200), I could have gone to any department store and found something of better quality. Some of the long dresses looked like something that could have been ordered online from overseas for $50, but they were selling it for much more than that. For the price I could have paid for one floor length dress that I fell in love with (around $400), I could have purchased from the Sherri Hill brand at Serendipity! Overall decent experience at Plaza Mayor, and the staff at this store was extremely friendly.

The sign says they are open on Sundays at Noon. The doors are still locked and its nearly 12:30. I called them and no one is even there. I think Ill go somewhere else.

I got all my prom dresses from here but it was at crossroad mall back then, anyways they was the only place that jad dresses to fit me i was very small waisted with big breast and the dresses was amazing and priced very reasonable

One day I was out shopping.. there was a guy there Mark or Mick, which was his name... and he kept following me and my friend like we were going to steel from the store. I never felt so embarrass in my life. Even when I bought something, and about to leave he ask my friend to empty out her pockets. I we were not dress professional, but not bad at all just like everyone else... jeans and a t-shirt. Could it be the color of our skin? WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Or even look at them when they are at the State Fair. :(-Mary

I got both my daughters dresses here they had great customer service and the quality of the dresses are well worth the money you pay they also have a great layaway plan if you dont have all the money at once I would recommend this place to anyone

Dont even want to give them a star! The website said open @ 10am well thats incorrect and it is now 11:10am and the doors are still locked with nobody in sight. Sign on door says 11:00am

The owner was very polite and helpful. They exactly gave me what I wanted, but unfortunatly te dress was ruined and I didn t have enough time to order a new one
