Staff is super kind and considerate, attentive, and very good at what they do. With Chelsea’s help, I was able to work with a designer I’d been following for years (super fan-girl moment) and get a beautiful blush gown for my day. Chelsea was great when I got the COVID-bride panic about all of the things. Drove in from out of town, definitely worth it. These folks are great, do yourself a favor and buy from Chantilly!

Cannot say enough good things about this place, the staff, and all around experience!! This was the one and only place I looked for dresses, and let me tell you there were so many stunning ones to choose from. Madison made this experience one I will cherish forever, even the song that came on as I was trying on “the one” is now added to my ceremony, it was such a special moment. Madison helped me find my dream dress! Unlike at some of the more stuck-up places, Chantilly lets brides look at ALL the dresses and pick what they want to try on. I had an idea of what I wanted but was amazed by the beauty and quality of many options -- in fact, I stayed for 4 hours narrowing down between a few great options. Madison was super understanding and supportive, and the environment was so down-to-earth. My mom and I had a great time, and my dress was on sale so an especially great deal. Chantilly was amazing! With COVID I was unsure what the appointment processes would be like but they did an amazing job of keeping you safe but making it feel as normal as possible. They were so sweet and accommodating and really made us feel special. We worked closely with Olivia, she was awesome and so knowledgeable. Chantilly Couture has a smaller collection of wedding dresses, but you will not find these anywhere else. I loved working with Chantilly Couture. Chelsea was amazing to work with. She let me do my own picking and listened to what I liked. She would tell me if something was out of my range right away so I didnt fall in love with something I couldnt get. After trying on a few she started to pick her own, which was great! I ended up falling in love and saying YES to a dress she picked for me. She knew I loved the aspects of one dress and picked one similar and better than the ones I picked for myself. Chantilly Couture exceeded all of my expectations of finding my perfect dress today! I made an appointment at Chantilly couture because they’re the only shop in OK that carries Made With Love dresses. The appointment was a DREAM compared to other shops I visited. I had to the place to myself (with my mom and bridesmaids) and the owner was there to help me with the dresses and answer all of my questions. I absolutely would recommend with place!! I did find my dream dress there and was planning to buy but a few days after my appointment I was offered a chance at my dream job and will have to move out of state 3 days before my wedding so we decided to postpone it :(

OH MY GOSH. This is the best bridal salon Ive ever been to. I had been to two bridal salons previously (both only giving 1 hour appointments) where I ended up buying a size 16 sample dress for half off to get altered (Im a size 4/6).I couldnt help it, it was a great deal! 6 weeks before my wedding I tried on the dress and really really disliked it, and panic instantly came to my mind with what am I going to do? I followed Chantilly Couture on Instagram, and they were the first to come to mind. I booked an appointment online on their website THAT night for the next day (very very easy to do and was great that I could make an appointment even after the store had closed).When I arrived at the salon I explained my situation to Chelsea (the owner) and she was very understanding and quick to help. Chantilly Couture had a wide variety of dresses to choose from that were absolutely beautiful. During my one and a half hour appointment (which was AMAZING, because while I was trying to decide between dresses I didnt feel rushed at all and Chelsea was there to address any questions or concerns I had about the dresses while trying them on). I found the perfect dress and Chelsea kept in touch through the weekend to keep me up to date on the rush order statues and in the end was able to get approval to ship me a wedding dress fast.I know this review seems a bit long, but I just wanted to let everyone know how helpful and great my experience was here. Chantilly Couture really took care of any worry that I had about buying a dress on such short notice. GO TO THIS BRIDAL SALON, you will not regret it!

After a couple of disappointing bridal appointments, I found myself discouraged as I walked into Chantilly. Fortunately, that discouragement turned around almost immediately! The dress selection was incredible and exactly the style I was looking for. In addition, the customer service was the BEST. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Chantilly Couture! The selection is unlike anything you will find in Oklahoma, or in this part of the country. I had a few bad experiences at 2 other salons in OKC, where you werent allowed to take pictures of the dresses you were wearing (my mom couldnt make my appointment so this was a serious issue for me) and they wouldnt tell you the style name of the dress you were wearing. For a small store, they have the most unique and best selection of wedding dresses. You can find anything from super trendy to classic and timeless. Chelsea listened to me and found me lots of options in my price range that fit my vision. She even stayed past closing when I decided to come back and buy the dress I could not stop thinking about during all my other bridal appointments. If you are looking for a wedding dress there is no need to travel outside of Oklahoma to find it!

An Instagram post lead me to Chantilly Couture and I noticed they did not have the usual dresses every other bridal boutique had and I immediately made my appointment. When I arrived, I was not disappointed. Chantilly Couture has such unique, one of kind dresses from classic, to bohemian and modern. They really fill the void in the bridal market in this area of the states. Chelsea provides the experience she wished she had while shopping for a wedding dress. I was allowed to browse and was not pressured. However, I did end up buying the exact dress I came in for and I was thrilled!!! Chantilly Couture is the best bridal shop in Oklahoma. The selection of dresses, shoes, and accessories is unlike anything you can find in other shops around Tulsa or OKC. After trying on over 20 dresses in the Tulsa area and having additional fittings in OKC the same day that I had my Chantilly appointment, I just knew there had to be better options, something more modern and unique, less southern, but also a classic and perfectly dramatic wedding dress. I knew the moment I entered Chantilly Couture that I had found the right shop. Chelsea let me browse the store, asking me about my wedding, helping me get a feel for what to try on (honestly, every dress is so beautiful, it was hard not to try all of them on!). Its worth the drive from Tulsa. Make an appointment so you will have plenty of time! When I came back to pick up my dress, I ended up buying a beautiful pair of shoes as well-they were the perfect complement to the dress. Love this shop and cannot recommend it and Chelsea enough! Truly a wonderful experience!!

Hands down, best bridal boutique ive ever been to (for myself or with friends over the years)! I had never been to Chantilly, but loved the style of it based on the instagram account. The experience was a million times better than I could have ever imagined! Chelsea, the owner, is AMAZING!! First, she was very quick to respond to my instagram messages and extremely informative. When I got to the store, I showed her pics of the look I was going for (boho, lace, beachy vibe). She totally got it and pulled many gorgeous dresses, but also let my friends and me pick out whatever we wanted.When I put the one on, I knew right away, but wanted to alter the capped sleeves into more of a tank. She got in contact with the designer (Hungarian line) and got back to me within a day or two to let me know they would be able to do it. You can tell Chelsea is not only a professional business owner, but she truly cares about her brides and their families. She goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience and find the exact gown you want! I would 100% recommend Chantilly to any bride looking for her dream wedding dress!
