Dwight was courteous and informative and professional. He listened to our sleep habits and needs and helped us make a good decision. Dwight is very good at what he does!

The sales part was fine but they say you have 100 nights to try and they will refund your money back. We decided the bed wasnt for us and they have taken a month to pick it up. They also will not refund your money until they get the bed back and it still takes 3 weeks after. So it looks like we will have thousands of dollars just floating out there for months. When you call they say one thing then when you call back its another. This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had and strongly advise not doing business with this company. If something changes I will update you all. Thanks

Lamar was our associate at the West Memorial Road store in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! He was AMAZING. He helped us find a bed perfect for us! He was patient and explained everything so thorough! My wife and I went to the Sleep Number store to gather some information and to experience the beds, as we were looking for a new bed. Samantha greeted us upon entry and was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. We trialed many different mattresses before finding the p6, which is what we eventually purchased a few days later. Samantha printed out a number of itemized estimates for us to take home and analyze before making our final decision. She helped us place our order, and even went above and beyond to help us find deals/savings as we discussed our wants/needs. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely recommend everyone we know to try out Sleep Number! Thank you again Samantha, you were fantastic!

Was looking for something to keep our split king mattresses from sliding off the flat support base... not the bases sliding apart, the actual mattresses are sliding over. This store is great. The i8 bed... not so much.

The sales Rep was extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that made it where I didnt give them 5 stars was when we left we did some research regarding the 25 year warranty the sales Rep kept raving about. What he failed to mention was that after 2 years the owner of the bed is responsible for part of the costs of repairs should you need them. We asked very specific and detailed questions where he could have given us this information, but did not. This will be something we will have to weigh heavily before purchasing from this store.

Hello, I couldnt have been at the OK store because I reside in Houston TX, but I did make my Transaction through an agent who never told me his name, was only interested in making the sale. So my review will be that I didnt know my sales person to do any review.

The manager is super nice. He was very informative. He helped us choose the correct bed for us.

We had a different bed in mind but the Sleep Number bed blew away every other bed we tried. Dwight made this process super simple. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products.

Kathy did an excellent job in helping me find the right bed for me. I was also excited by the fact That I did not have to go into a mall to try one out. I love your new store on Memorial Road in Oklahoma City. I waited for it to open just so I wouldnt have to go to the mall.

Salesman was pleasant, personable and seemed knowledgeable of the bed. He did not high pressure us but allowed to try out the different mattresses and gave us enough info for us to make a decision.
