Amy of The Shady Lady was able to come to my house very quickly. I had tried several places to get 2” blinds for my small sidelites by my front door but no one had them that didn’t have the wand in the middle. She was able to get with very nice cords on the side. I then ordered 4 sets of plantation shutters which I am very pleased with. The price was half of who I used before and can’t tell any difference. Plus she was so pleasant as well as the installer not like the company I used in Norman.

I have had my Hunter Douglas wood blinds for 20+ years and the strings broke in a couple of them so I took them to Shady Lady and Charles did a fantastic job of getting them fixed up nice and in a timely manner! There is also a lot of pretty home decor in there to decorate your home with! I will definitely do business with them again!

The tilter on my Levolor mini blinds broke. They came, repaired, and completed in 10 minutes. It’s nice when they know exactly what to do. Friendly.

Very professional, excellent prices and just an awesome family business. I had gone about 2 years without being able to lift my blinds I was told by other places I just needed to replace them but Charles told me that he could repair then saving me about 6000.00. Placed order on 5/6/20 still waiting on our blind to come in and be installed. Called end of May and was told would ship on June 4th. So honestly I think we got forgotten about and that our order was not placed. Also the lady was supposed to come out a week after our blind was ordered with samples of curtains for our window, and that never happened and when I called in it never crossed her mind anything about the curtain or the courtesy to call us to let us know that our order was delayed and wouldnt be shipped until June 4th!!! Im aware that there was a pandemic going on but come on people just some common courtesy. Lets be honest! At this point Im just ready to cancel our order and give us our money back and we will go somewhere else or get us our damn blind!

We just bought a new house. We loved working with them. They are not shady at all :). They were great to work with. They were cheaper then their competitors, gave us great advice on options. The end product turned out amazing. I highly recommend the shady lady.

I never knew how important interior decoration could be, until I got my own apartment, and it looks so plain and grab, but I asked my daughter to go get a few things to hang on the wall to make it look lived-in. $20 later, it looked beautiful. It doesnt take much to alter the interior of your home to look more like a home than just a house. You should give these people trying.

Had a great experience with Shady Lady. Took blinds in for repair and restring. Matched new planks to discontinued originals perfectly. Staff and owner very friendly and accommodating, military friendly and great pricing. Will definitely use again.

In October of 2015 I spent approximately $5000.00 to have shutters installed in my house. After they were installed my wife noticed a gap between the actual shutter and the frame. You could actually look up close and see in the house. We called and Charlie ordered new shutters and installed one of them, at which time we noticed the clearance was the same. I do not know if this is normal or what but we do not like it. We also talked to Charlie about the 4 larger windows that shutters were installed on and it looked like some of slats were warped and not closing all the way. It seemed they were not as tight as when they put them up. Again Charlie came out and took pictures and was going to get a factory rep to come and look at them but then decided to order new shutters anbd reinstall them. I called Charlie after not hearing from him for some time, and at that time he was in Denver. He told me he had the new ones and would get with me but I have never heard back from him. The people at Shady Lady are super nice but follow up is not one of their strong suits. Actually if I had it to do over again I would look around more because in my opinion these shutters are not built to a good tolerance so gaps are not prevelant, otherwise the would be beautiful.
