We bought a beautiful living room set from Leroy. He was amazing! He helped us find a beautiful set under our budget. They were even able to deliver the set the very next day.

The store refused to sell a bedroom set to me, because I was trying to pay for it over the PHONE or ONLINE. This Brick and Mortar is a Dinosaur and the SALES Person-Owner refused my business by insinuating that I was trying to STEAL from him. -- I was simply trying to pay for a bedroom set for my great nephew as a gift to him. He is in OKC and I am in Huntsville, AL. --- So I would rather deal with a REPUTABLE business that is able to meet the customers needs and is ready to make a sales transaction.

We went to every store on furniture row. These guys had the best prices and actually had furniture in stock! Victor and Louy? were super helpful without being stalkers. The delivery crew was fast, considerate, and wore masks. They had me test all of the power before they left and were very personable. I will definitely go back for any other furniture I need!!!

Sad I have to wait so long for my couch due to inventory BUT they have a lot of great choices. My bed and mattress arrived and I have probably slept TOO GOOD since I got it. The headboard is gorgeous and the mattress feels like a cloud

They sold me a bed that broke in 2days. Now they refuse to refund or fix it. They said I have to pay them to fix it. The guy is so rude and condescending.

Wonderful place Victor was great and worked with us. We drove out with the furniture we wanted at a great price. The guys that loaded my furniture where quick and made sure that we where all secure to go home which is a 45 to 55 minute treck. We will be back. Thank you again.

Decent service but took like 3xs longer to get bed than was told.

On 3-16-21 I bought a bed paid $2500 cash I sit here today on 3-30-21 still no bed. I was told when I bought it it will be ordered and be in or friday the 19th or monday the 22nd. No bed i called 2 days later i was told it wasnt orderd until monday the 19th. I have called everyday since and have been given the run around. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE!!!! If you dont want to deal with liars and con men dont shop here.

I found this store yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of furniture provided at 50%! The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to buy everything I needed for my new home. I will definitely come back again.

Friendly staff, good selection, great prices. We had our new sofa and love seat delivered and the delivery guys were wonderful. They got everything in and set it up for us. My son was so impressed watching them deliver and set up, he went there and got himself a new sofa a few days later.We have bought furniture from them for years. Their furniture seems to hold up better than what we have purchased for 3 time the amount from the big name competition.

This is the BEST FURNITURE STORE IN OKC.I went to Mathis outlet last year for a cafe like table. They charged 150 for delivery and couldnt bring it in my house for me, let alone install it, after they had to reschedule several times bc theyre employees wouldnt show up and claiming I wasnt there, but trust me, I was waiting. I had to miss some work- it was a hassle.I went to the regular Mathis Brothers and asked if they sprayed- not a single person could tell me an answer. They said ask that person and that person would tell me to ask another person- I asked 7 people. No answer.Went to Galleria and found COCKROACHES in their dressers and other items on the display floor. When telling the associates, they said oh continued their conversation at the front desk. I left.Finally, I go to Furniture Direct. The man working there is FRIENDLY, and genuinely wants to help you find what youre looking for- not just to sell you something. A beautiful selection for great prices and he gets new stuff all the time. He wouldnt sell me something because it was ripped and he wanted to get a brand new one for me. How awesome.I found an amazing set, bed frame, night stand, and TWO whole dressers:for ALL $800. AND they sent two awesome gentlemen to come INSTALL the whole thing for $80. They showed up exactly when I expected, called 30 minutes before, took less than 2 hours to install.Wow. Absolutely impressed. Will never shop at another furniture store and will always recommend checking out this place to anyone who will listen. I think he should be owning the furnite game over anyone else out there.

Bad business practice. Bought a 11 x 8 foot rug on a Wednesday along with several living room furniture . But it doesnt show up till Saturday afternoon after calling them several times to see what is taking so long to deliver. . Furniture comes but they forgot the rig. Now they say we have to go get the rug ourselves. I guess paying for delivery doesnt mean everything. Now to find someone who can help with getting it

Last year I bought a magnificent looking TV stand that was rustic, as well as a coffee table that was rustic from this place. The salesman was extremely nice, and in my opinion I was able to get both pieces of furniture for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back to get another TV stand at some point from you guys cuz you guys are awesome!

Roni was extremely personal and attentive without being a stalker like other stores. Guided me to everything I was looking for. I when to the store to buy a dining table with 6 chairs and this sales man show me a few, and there was one that I like I ask him if 6 chair will fit around the table he told me yes easily u can get 6 chair around this table. When I got home I put the table together and only 4 chairs fit around the table I call him back and told him that I wanted return 2 of the chairs and he told me that he was going to charge me re-stocking fee after he was the one who told me that 6 chair will fit just fine. I will never go back to the store.

I bought a platform bed and mattress from Leroy. Hes the man in my book as far as salesmen, he was a great help. Im pleased with my purchase. Purchased a couch and recliner almost two months ago, a week after receiving the couch o sat down and the fabric ripped across the cushion. I contacted them the day it happened and the woman said she would have one of the shipping guys call me, that never happened. After weeks of calling every day and never being able to reach him she finally asked me to send a photo. Continued calling for weeks after and was told they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. Still heard nothing. Finally spoke with someone who said it looks more like a cut, did you have a pocket knife in your pocket when you sat down? I still havent heard back from the manufacturer. Ill have my manager call you in the morning. Another week goes by and I called back to speak with the manager who says the manufacturer says it was a cut and hes not going to replace the couch or refund my money. I asked him for the manufacturers number since theres no manufacturers name on the couch and he told me he would not give me the information, and he doesnt have to deal with me. $1200 for a ripped couch, and they will lie their way into not replacing it.

Worse Furniture Store In Oklahoma City ok. Purchase furniture on 10/26/18. Paid in full. Cash money. As of today we have no furniture. Was told today they have some of the furniture and would deliver it between 10am- 01:00pm. After calling the store. Furniture will be delivered within an hour. Mine you my husband took off ewor waiting after he paid extra for. Set up. Please I warn anyone. If you dont want a headache or pluse to kill someone please dont shop there.

Great in store experience salesman was nice furniture looked ok. We bought and had them deliver the delivery drivers were kind of polite just hurring threw the assembly and stuff. We found it was damaged and since it was a late evening delivery they were closed. We called the very next morning it has been a month now still trying to get them to repair or replace with no luck. I would have gave them a five star review but the service after the sale is horrible. This has been a lot of run around and getting pretty old. I would recommend spend a little more and get it from a reputable store and not these guys.Update we finally got tired of getting the run around and brought it back up ourselves. The manager here is super rude told us its your furniture you can leave it in the parking lot if you want we dont care its your stuff. Broke boards and ripped furniture straight from the delivery truck. This is worst furniture company that we have dealt with without any doubt. If I could give them negative stars I would. Every single word said to us tonight from them has been a lie no kidding at all. We have been sitting around back now waiting on them to open the door so we can return the broken stuff but wow close to closing time so they are dragging their feet for sure.Dont just avoid this place run like the wind its a bunch of B.S.Well looks like there was misunderstanding between what they thought was wrong with our furniture and what was actually wrong. The manager apologized for being a jerk but still does not excuse the bad customer service we have received. They did send us home with one replacement and the other they kept to see about a repair. I still would not recommend them as we paid for delivery the furniture arrived damaged and we had to bring it back. They kept a piece and told us if we wanted them to return that piece we would need to pay for delivery again. What a piece of work victor is since he owns the place and has absolutely no problem with ripping people off and doesnt care that he sells subpar furniture and can go home and still sleep after he takes advantage of somebody. Low prices in this case equal low quality and extremely bad customer service. Would not spend another dollar with them no matter how bad I needed what they sold I would just without.Well update again we picked up our sofa today they were repairing. The repair looks ok and finally we are back to having decent furniture again still cheaply made but all is well that ends well.

Hired their delivery drivers to move me after they had delivered furniture that I had purchased from the store. They were an hour late & Rick was careless & stepped on my 48 inch Sony television & broke the screen & before he got to my place he stopped at a pawn shop & bought me a cheap replacement it wasnt even Sony. I told him I paid $600 for my tv & he said u will never get that. He saud I was lucky I got the cheap replacement tv because we didnt have a contract. I had a verbal agreement with text.On top of that my living room furniture was wet & he said his truck must have a leak. He couldve cared less. I had already paid him & he didnt offer a penny of my money back. He told me I was being unreasonable. I called Vick he didnt care either so I will take my business elsewhere. Im going to take this to court if I have to.
