Came in for a quick oil change and they took great care of my car! They showed me the condition of my air and cabin filter and recommended me to change cabin filter. I was impressed! They even vacuumed the driver side

Loved the service. It was quick and they were right to the point on whats needed a replacement and what I can continue using. And there were no effort on trying to sell me gimmicks or anything. Gonna be my usual service spot from now on.

I went to this shop 30 minutes before close on a friday just hoping they would have time to do an oil change and man did they deliver! They did my car right away, took only 15 minutes, also cleaned my car windows and vacuumed which I was not expecting and the price was great. Super friendly team and they did a great job. I went here to get my oil changed and the gentleman that greeted me out at my truck was not friendly at all. I had been here before for an alignment and they did a great job and were very friendly, but this time they were not. It was a completely difference experience. I almost felt like an inconvenience the whole time I was there. I have since learned that they have changed ownership and many of the people that worked there are no longer there.

I received an alignment. The technician, Alex, was careful to show me print out reports of the before and after alignment results. He even gave me a substantial discount because a tire store had referred me. I was very pleased and will become a regular customer.

My car had extreme front end body damage. I was going to sell it to a salvage yard rather than buy new tires and pay for an alignment if my suspension was bad. They checked my suspension and said it was good. They did enough of an alignment at no charge for me so I could safely drive to the tire store. I purchased new tires and returned for an alignment. They were booked solid but one of the mechanics seeing my distress offered to do it on his lunch break. For service above and beyond I give them an A+. Of course I insisted the mechanic accept a tip

After being given the run around by a mobile mechanic, the mechanic at Xtreme lube was honest and told us the engine was gone. And because they couldnt help us, they didnt even charge us, which was nice because of the hard times. The were also nice about keep it a couple of days until we could get it towed away. We have a new truck now, and will use Xtreme lube for all of our oil changes.

Found this shop on google and realized it’s right in my neighborhood and I had never really paid it much attention. Came in today for an alignment on my car. They got me right in at my appointment time. Everyone was so nice. Thank you for great service. I will be back. Only thing I’d suggest would be to post prices of your common services somewhere in the lobby.

The front signed no waiting for oil change. I had oil change, cabin and air filters done in 20 minutes and out of there.

They did a check on my Dodge and didnt even charge for it . I think that they are definitely a good shop !!!!!

I went to this store to change the oil today. They did a comprehensive inspection and added engine coolant and windshield washer fluid for me without extra charges.In addition, I asked if my tires need to be replaced because I thought my tires were worn out, but they told me that this tire can still run 5000 miles. These guys are awesome. They do their job and very patient even in busy situations. Been going since August 2018.

While they were nice at the counter, I continued to watch as they used their phones laughing at whatever they were watching. I was quoted 45 minutes and since I had an appointment an hour after I agreed to get it started. HOWEVER they decided not to start mine right away but wait a few cars and then the phone fun began, it has been an hour and a half since they took my keys and they stopped working on my car to work on a new one that came in. I hold peoples words very highly so this experience leaves a very bad taste. Id understand if they were busy but there were only 5 customers, all but one came After me and had later appointments. And I am now alone with one new customer who appears to have their car almost finished. While nice to chat with inside this caused quite a few problems. I will never come here of my own volition again unless they prove they can do as quoted. I was even told by the person who recommended me that they go super quick and I would be in and out super quick. A disappointing experience.

Need to do better on answering the phone but overall very helpful and they got trucks a/c back running and cool air is blowing now. Thanks xtreme lube. Very professional when I did speak with someone. I will go back.

I went in today to have a brake light replaced and schedule a timing belt change. They were quick to tell me I didnt need a timing belt, as I have one of the few Hondas with a chain, instead. They fixed the light, topped off my fluids and didnt charge me a thing. They are always professional and kind. I trust them to take care of my car!

By far the best auto shop Ive ever been to. My wife was about to leave for a trip out of state and was experiencing issues with her battery. She made it there just before they were closed and they were extremely respectful and understanding about it. They were able to get her taken care of in a matter of minutes. I have been coming to Xtreme Lube for my Oil Changes and other mechanical work for the past 3-4 months now. I am very impressed with their professionalism and service. They are knowledgeable, fast, and polite. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. Ask for Mason or Dillon, they helped me today and did an excellent job.

Back in January Discount Tire recommended me here telling me my tie rods needed to be replaced with that they agreed and handed me a quote for $432.81 which I did not have. Why it took me so long to post was that at that time i had a job that supplied a company care and could drive it anywhere, last week I changed jobs again so took the Avalon to 2 repair shops both of them told me that my tie rods did not need to be replaced. The out come was I had to replace 1 camber bolt on the right side, so the bill dropped to $103.99. What a difference and now it drives smooth as glass, with that said be careful out there!

Kept trying to set up an appointment for an alignment here and never could get in contact with them. I called there 5 different days and left voicemail 3 out of 5 of those times, clearly stating my name, number, and why I was calling. Never got a call back. Yes they were open each and every day I called. Needless to say, I ended up going to an amazing place down the road from them (TW Tire) and they did such a good job and customer service was so good I took my wifes car there as well. Sorry Xtreme Lube, but you missed out on a customer due to lack of customer service. Still to this day have not received a call back, must have plenty of business and didnt need more.

This place was recommended by Discount Tire, along with a coupon. They did a great job with my alignment and brake inspection. Clean shop, courteous staff, timely work. I only have one complaint. They were unable to do the service on the day scheduled due to weather, which was completely understandable, so we rescheduled for the following week. I had remade my personal scheduling arrangements, then got a call when I was about to leave the house on the day of saying there was a mixup and the front end tech was off and we would need to reschedule again. Bit of an inconvenience, but stuff happens. However, they would have rated a five if they had offered a comp or discount for the trouble.

Needed to have my front end aligned after buying new tires. The service here was friendly and professional. They got my vehicle in and the work done quickly and accurately. Called in today to schedule an oil change and was happily surprised to hear I could come by without an appointment at my convenience. When I got there everyone was very friendly and helpful and they got my car started right away despite them seeming busy, which made me think they were well staffed and coordinated for the day. My wait was less than average compared to previous oil changes, and one of the staff came in about mid way through to inform me about a potential problem with my brake fluid, he let me know my options without any pressure to make a decision at that moment and when I told him I needed to wait to make that decision with my husband later he replied with no problem and let me know he was going to top off my brake fluid for no charge to make sure I was set. I was really happy with my service and will absolutely return to this location for future service. Thank you guys for your help!

Make sure you get your estimate in writing. I was given a price of $1,079 for repairs to my car. When I came to pick it up, was told the total was $1712.00. They did take of $200 but still ended up costing me $1,500+. I cant review their work at this time because Im still incredibly upset about this. Buyer beware.

Decided to edit my review, be great-full I did. They were not able to do an alignment, said they couldn’t compensate for my small lift and slightly larger tires with their machine. Then lied to my face about unbolting anything then had to fix what they unbolted because they didn’t know what they were touching. Then somehow scraped my brand new upgraded drag link bar all the way down to metal in a spot no bigger than a 50 cent piece. No apology for lying to my face and no apology for having to pull my vehicle back in to readjust what they unbolted. Therefor, I give them one star.

Looking for an HONEST mechanic? Your search is over! I brought my 2002 Ford Ranger P/U in with a gasoline leak somewhere above the manifold. They found the leak, replaced an o-ring, and only charged me $35. Im not mechanically savy, they could have charged me $135 or more and I would have been no wiser. Fast, complete, reliable service, and an Honest, Fair Price! I will bring any and all of my automobile business to these guys in the future!

Xtreme Lube has saved me a lot of money in comparison to other repair shops. They seem to remember who you are which is quite surprising considering the amount of customers they seem to have. Their service is friendly, honest, and straight-forward. If your car problem is pretty severe, Id stick to a certified dealership that knows everything about your vehicle, but for the recommended maintenance and minor repair jobs, Xtreme Lube has been great to me so far. I would definitely recommend them.

I had been using Christian Bros and my Toyota dealer but both were always trying to upsell, and Masons crew fixed FOR FREE the oil change that the Christian Bros messed up by not tightening the bolt properly. I went there for an alignment and they found the people that replaced my rack and pinion didnt tighten the bolts on either end, so my steerwheel and car was hard to control. The place that I got the rac replaced told me I needed wheel alignment, which I probably did. However, the guts at Xtreme pointed out the other shows mistakes tighten my rods and gave me tgmhe alignment. They were quick and professional u will definitely be back😁

This happened several months ago but I wasnt sure I wanted to leave a review until now. Had my oil changed at Extreme Lube. When I arrived to pick up my car, the mileage was incorrect on the sticker that they put on my car. The people working there had no idea how to reset my oil gauge back to 100%. One of the guys tried working on it for 15 minutes. I finally googled it and figured it out myself. Within a few weeks of having my oil changed, I began having problems with my car. Someone had put Stop Leak in my fluids, Extreme Lube was the ONLY place that my car had been. They had checked my fluids. My car is parked in my garage at home when its not being used. At other times, I make sure that its locked. No matter what. No one else had access to my car at all. If they were not even able to write down the correct mileage, figure out how to reset the oil gauge or even clean up the mess in my car. I have no doubt that someone at their facility would do that. I think that they wanted me to come back and spend more money.

Always come to these guys when I need my vehicles serviced. Honest and straight forward.

Customer service here really stinks. When I called the store back to ask about something dragging underneath my car I was confronted with defensive statements from the co-owner. They told me I must have done something to cause that amount of damage. My concern was that they didnt inform me that it was damaged that badly. I did get upset and use some inappropriate language because they refused to listen to my concerns and were more interested in telling me about their reputation and I was the one of thousands to complain about service. This company cares more about defending their reputation and clearly expressed that they didnt need my business. I was told that the reason they didnt inform me of such mangled damage to my undercarriage is because they simply could not take that much time to tell every one of their 40-80 customers a day all of the problems with their vehicle. I’m sorry, but if their is something that is a road hazard to me or to other drivers (if the pieced ripped off and hit the car behind me) I would like to be informed about it. Their defensiveness and telling me the damage was there when I pulled in makes me very suspicious. The technician working on my vehicle did not seem competent of the work he was doing when I asked him to explain the work done.

They accidentally left a light on and our car died but as soon as we called they sent someone out to help! Great service thank you!!
