Had cracked exhaust manifold on 2011 Chevy Equinox. Two Dealerships couldn’t get it in for 2-3 weeks, same with local shop I’ve used. Dan at Christian Brothers scheduled me in a few days later. Even provided courtesy ride home. First time I’ve used them and would definitely use again. Very professional but very friendly and repair was completed. Fair price and saved me from busting my knuckles doing it! Thanks Dan and thanks to Logan for the ride and friendly conversation.

Good service. Car was in within 10min of scheduled time. Was only there for an allignment but would feel comfortable taking my vehicle here for any services I couldnt perform myself.

I brought in my SUV for a bad starter and they were so kind. They kept me updated and answered all my questions. They got my car in and out very quickly and now it’s running perfectly! I can’t thank them enough for everything. Everyone I talked to was so sweet and they didn’t charge me an insane amount. They will always have my business for anything related to my car. I can’t recommend them enough. They took a super stressful situation from me and made it an easy fix.

Besides taking us to the cleaners for work that didnt need done and overcharging for other work such as $75 x 2 within 2 months for each pressure test ( that we learned later is $10 at another shop), the OKC Christian Brothers Automotive estimate this 4th trip to their shop in 3 months, over $1500.00 to replace a heater core. No way! It was much less at reputable mechanics. Besides, IT DIDNT NEED A HEATER CORE!!!! Some clamps were tightened and problem solved. A new radiator cap for less than $5 was done but I think they would have wanted to replace the radiator and charge thousands. This is just the tip of the iceberg.. Never going back.

Went to them, knowing exactly what was wrong. They explained they needed to run diagnostics to ensure they could provide precise care of my car. Great, except $134 for 20 min of diagnostics is kind of excessive. Especially when it was obvious what was wrong. They gave me the estimate (bad blower motor and resistor) for $625. The cost of the blower is less than $100, and resistor is about $35. Time to replace; 1 hour @$80. They explained they have to mark up their prices to make money. ($260 for a $100 part) Yeah right. I walked away having paid $134 for the inspection of what was obviously the problem. Turned out, through a mechanic I knew personally, it was only the resistor, $20, and took 20 min to replace. Sorry guys, but you failed this one. Turns out I’m not a sucker, and I’m not ashamed to call you out. That being said, the shop on NW OKC seems more honest. I know you have to make money, but $625 vs a $20 part and 20 min fix just doesn’t add up to me.

I was told my defunct radio was the reason my car had an electrical drain and needed jumping. After giving me a laundry list of other things to fix, I declined and I told them to only disconnect the radio and it would solve my problem. Started to go to work next morning after service and DEAD CAR!!!! What did my $135 pay for? Two days without my car. Not the first time Ive gotten incomplete service here but definitely my last time back there.

I dropped my truck off to get my A/C repaired and while the customer service was professional, I was told over the phone I would be called and notified before performing work so that I could give the okay. I was not notified before they performed a $975 dollar repair (and would have opted out if I knew it was going to be that high) that quit working the following day. I take it back to have them fix it again and the next fix also failed the following day. I’m being asked to drop it off again to fix a nearly $1000 repair that should not have happened in the first place. I will be doing more research into the mechanics I have perform work on my vehicles from this point forward.

Christian Brothers Automotive takes their name seriously. They are honest about your car’s issues and tell you if the issues you have are things you can take care of yourself at home. My rear brakes were making a noise in warm weather but not in cold, and after checking on them for me they said they still had at least two years left and explained to me what could be making the noise from their experience that wasn’t doing any damage. They sent me pictures of everything they looked at and they were willing to explain them.

Great place with HONEST people! Our 2018 VW Atlas had been to the dealership for routine maintenance and during their inspection they believed the alignment was out and recommended a four wheel alignment at a cost of $300.00 plus dollars. I contacted the folks at Christian Brothers Automotive and set an appointment for the alignment to be performed, at less than 1/3 of the dealership cost. Once CBA had the car on the rack they determined NO alignment was needed and everything was perfectly in spec. Dan called to tell me the news and offered to come pick us up rather than me getting a ride back even though we werent going to be spending any money with them. This is my new go to place for any and all auto repairs that fall outside of my vehicle warranty. I really, really appreciate their honesty, integrity and promptness.

Originally the repairs were going to be over $3000 but after fhe mechanic got into it he said the other repairs wouldnt be necessary. So it turned out to be a lot less. For an automotive place that speaks volumes. I really appreciate their honesty. I highly recommend Christian Brothers on western Okc.

Best experience I’ve had with a repair shop. Gave me a clear estimate, communicated with me well on the timeline, parts got delayed being shipped and they apologized (even though it was no fault of theirs), finished the job very quickly once the parts came in, and billed me exactly what they quoted. It was my first time to visit a Christian Brothers Automotive service center. And it will probably not be my last visit. It was a really good experience. The service manager was very helpful and informative. The waiting area was comfortable and peaceful. I really appreciated the Christian music playing in the background. Everyone that worked there that I saw was properly dressed and not sloppy and their clothes were not dirty looking, so I didnt have to worry about them soiling my cars upholstery. The got my car into the service bay for the oil change very quickly. I really liked the texting function that let me know when my car was pulled in for service and when it was done being serviced. Finally, the service was reasonably priced. All-in-all it was a great experience.

Went to get in my car after work and it would not start so I called Christian Brothers as I knew they have worked on my 2007 Lincoln MKZ before and I was pleased with their work. I had a tow to their shop on Thursday 04-29-21 after they had already closed so they couldnt look at it till the next day. I was probably impatient as I have no other transportation to work but, I do have family lol They were finally able to get me fixed up Monday and the repair was a odd one with my transponder going bad in my ignition. Odd type of repair but, evidentially a common one after doing some reading research myself. Christian Brothers got me fixed up and back in my car Monday afternoon! I highly recommend taking Lincolns (or any other type for that matter) there as they are a certified repair company and its hard to find a really good one of those. The Lincoln dealerships I have been to tend to cause more damage to the car in my experience.

I had a great experience with Misty and Logan. I needed a lil change and a new serpentine belt. They was very professional and felt comfortable there. The techs there are great. They found some other things that needed to be done and they took the time to explain everything that my car needed. Will definitely be going back. I like how they have pictures of what all my car needed.

Oh my gosh yall these folks are awesome. I was in a bind my passenger window was stuck 3/4 of the way down. I took it in to see if they could help me. They were able to get it back up and diagnosed the problem so it will be fixed next month yeah!!!! Thank you Mike, Dan and staff. They are definitely my go to place. Update: I was called and asked to change my review by an employee there which is shocking so Im questioning the validity of the the reviews. Im going to change my review by giving you more information. I would make it very clear what you came in for and state time after time that you want nothing more. If they are telling you you need more. Get the quote and seek a second opinion. I also wouldnt pay for anything unless its explained properly to you. They did fix the problem I had but definitely tried to go overbroad. Good service but I would just double and triple check that no one is getting over on you.Original post: They cant be Christians double charging for diagnostics. They definitely are out to get all of your hard earned money. The people are really nice and and very respectful but they (I cant say nickle and dime you because its more extreme) $100 and $1000 you.

I was impressed with the detailed diagrams of the wheel alignment I was having done and how I was notified each step of my service via txt. Liked the fact they accept Groupon and was hassle free. The courtesy shuttle to and from work saved me time & money by not having to miss any work. Shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend Christian Bros. CB on South Western does excellent work. I have been doing business with them for 4 years now. Their waiting area is clean and they offer free shuttle service back and forth to your home. Their staff is friendly, well mannered and professional. They honor their parts warranties theyve quoted even when their suppliers wont. CB costs a little bit more, but I can vouch that they stand by their work and will do follow up on recurring problems at no extra cost. Thanks for the good work CB :).

This is how much Mr. Michael Cochran (owner of CBAC) cares about his community. During a heavy snow storm, my Nissan SUV got stuck in the middle of a road. I tried to shovel the snow, push my vehicle, go back and forward, but nothing worked. Mr. Cochran stopped to my rescue. Pushed my SUV and got me back on the road. Additionally, he noticed that my tires were low. He followed me to his shop, pushed my suv up hill, and once my vehicle made it to dock, he ensured my vehicle was in good conditions to be on the road.He didnt just do this for me, but because the business was slow, he decided to drive around to help others.WOW- OKC, this is the type of business we need to promote. I dont recommend this place to anyone. They have smart mouth. Charge me $1800 to fix the noise around front tire and deal $1500 to change sphere part on both side. After 3 hours they called me to tell we add $300 more for labor. I paid $1800 before I test my car I trusted them, but I did big mistake on this. ( to make it short the history) they only change drivers side and took my 3 business days the noise is still there.Where are you legal shield?

I took my car to Christian Brothers so they can diagnose what’s wrong with it. They came back to me and said that it was the starter. I asked them if they are sure if there’s something else wrong with the car they need to tell me now before we start working. They assured me nothing else is wrong with the car. It’s definitely the starter. I gave them the go ahead to replace the starter after which the car had the same issue. It’s still not starting. After further research they found the issue is the number 3 piston. They gave me a price to fix it and I declined. I asked them to remove the new starter and put the old one back because the new starter did not resolve the issue and I’m not paying for it. They still charged me $400 for labor and some test they had to. All an all nothing was fixed on the car and they charged me $400 for the diagnosis. I dont think that’s a fair amount of money to charge for a diagnosis which was wrong in the first place. UPDATE 06/13/2020 - Changed rating from 1 star to 5 - I contacted Mike as per his request. He took ownership and resolved the issue ASAP. Mike was professional and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Mike!

They did a great job. I needed my breaks replaced and they took great care of my car. I also had an issue with my rear blinker. I asked them not to replace the bulb and not to charge me for it as it wasnt a bulb replacement I was needing, it was something else that was causing it to stop working. They removed the cost and didnt replace my blinker but went ahead and looked at it and found what was wrong. They fixed it and didnt carge me.

Our first point of contact, Misty the Service Writer, who was friendly and professional. Also, the incredibly fast diagnosis and fix that surprisingly cost no more than the flat diagnosis fee. Already planning to bring in neighbors car since wiring/electrical problems fall outside my husbands automotive expertise. Good experience and glad we didnt have to go to the dealership. No telling what we would have been looking at $$$.

Based on reviews I brought my 2018 Chevy Colorado in for an alignment after getting new tires. After I got it back I noticed a slight pull to the left that got progressively worse. I took it into the dealership for a diagnosis and was shown that my lower control arm had been bent during the alignment and the alignment pin had been broken off. Along with that the plastic alignment guide was snapped and left under the drivers side seat of my truck. They quoted me $1400 worth of damage that was done to the vehicle for a new control arm and to weld in a new pin as well new bolts and casters. I do not trust this shop to do any further work on any of my vehicles.

They are really willing to help and fix your problem at a fair price, I will always bring my vehicle to them it’s been so long since I have trusted someone to fix my car, Thanks for your telling me exactly what and how long and for working around my schedule and for the picking me up and dropping me off, NO ONE can beat that.

TWO hours for an oil change!! TWO!! I called ahead, let them know make and model, arrived, checked in and went next door for shopping. Still here TWO hours later....why? Because they didnt bother to check if they had the filter in stock before starting. Thats about as lazy as can be. Now my groceries are warm and melted and Im STILL waiting!

This was my first time to visit Christian Brothers Automotive. I had heard good things about them from others. I was very impressed with the way the guys up front handled my repair needs. Neither of my brake lights were working. Within minutes they came and told me what the problem was (burnt out sensor) and the final cost to repair. Since I didnt have a ride they gave me the choice to wait the 1-2 hours it would take to get the part and install it or they would take me to wherever I needed to go. I decided to wait. The first part they received was faulty so they had to have a second one delivered. I opted to take them up on the ride offer. They offered to come pick me up when the repairs were completed. Bottom line I was very impressed with their attention to me and other customers I observed while waiting. I thought the costs were very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I can.

They are attentive, try their best to educate without looking down, and have the best lobby Ive seen so far. Their shuttle service is a godsend and their team is too. Ive had issues at other places breaking my car parts in servicing other parts, but not here. I dont have to worry.

If you are looking for customer centered service then look no further! There was a little miscommunication at first but that was corrected and made up for in the rest of the transactions. This company cares about your business and takes care of their customers. They also stand by their work. If there is a problem they fix it! They are super friendly and explain everything. I will be referring everyone I know and they will be servicing both our vehicles for anything in the future!

Ive been taking our minivan and compact car here for years. Tom and his crew do great work. I have gotten second opinions before and they match up with what Toms crew says. Recently the minivan was having trouble starting, I was pretty sure the battery was going out but stopped by the shop and asked if they could check the alternator (aware that most shops charge to test that). Tom came out to the vehicle, tested it, showed me where it said the battery was going out, and showed me that the alternator is good. He said have a nice day, well see you later. No charge. No up sell. Tom said Ive been a long time customer and not to worry about it.

Outstanding service. Went into this shop for a simple oil change. They did not try to sell me anything else I did NOT need of want. Most places would want to change out a simple cabin filter. Charge $40-50 for something I can do myself and cost less than $15.00 for the cabin filter. I will never use the dealership again.Thank you for having integrity!

My car was on its last leg and I walked in to see if they could help me out. The staff was polite, kind and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my car in less than a day without an appointment! I will definitely come back but if its affordability your looking for you might wanna check somewhere else. Other than that they were great and look forward to getting more work done from them.(:

Great place, friendly. Offer a variety of bonuses. Including a local bus to take you home or whatever if a long wait. Also have bathroom that’s very clean, & coffee. Also a perfect touch is there’s a bible in the lobby. Pretty nice to see that. I do have a complaint. Got brakes and rotors replaced cost $400 & took 4 hours because their guy broke down. Our rotors are rusted already and we just got them in February. & pretty sure it wasn’t with $400. But hey, nothings cheap these days

I have owned vehicles for over 40 years; have been to numerous automotive shops and dealerships. Christian Brothers is the best Ive have been to. The cost to repair my 2013 Focus was reasonable (cheaper then the dealership.) Work was completed when they said it would be. As soon as you walk in, the staff is happy, friendly and helpful. If you have elderly family or friends or a young adult who does not know how to work through the vehicle repair process, send them to Christian Brothers. No fast talking, hard salesmen to sell you more than you need.You get exactly what needs to be done and no more. You cant go wrong with Christian Brothers. Service was good but I cant attest to a lot. They did a window motor and regulator replacement for me in a pinch because my normal shop was tied up. I work in midtown so leaving a window down all day isnt really a possibility. They do offer a shuttle car to get you around which is why Im guessing prices were so high compared to other shops around town. My normal shop quoted me about $300 to do a job that I was charged $480 for here. They also didnt get it done when they said they would.Pros -- Nice, pleasant to deal with- Provide Ride Service to get you around town- Could get it inCons -- Really really expensive, especially on parts- Could take my car in but couldnt get to it when they said they could

Christian Brothers Automotive has new owners: Mike and Melinda Cochran. I took my 98 Ford Explorer to them because of the check engine light. My dad is a retired mechanic and knew what the problem was before taking it to Christian Brothers. He didnt tell them he knew what was causing the problem. It was our first time using their services and we wanted to see if their diagnosis was the same as my dads. It was!! Its very refreshing to find automotive service thats honest. They did a great job on the repair. They did an inspection on the vehicle and said it needed back brakes. We had them go ahead and replace the back brakes. They also replaced the cruise control button at our request. They checked the PVC valve and it need replaced as well. Im excited to say Ill gladly take my vehicle to them in the future. They will be my go to auto repair shop. They have a shuttle service that will take you home or to work if you dont want to or cant wait on your vehicle while being fixed. I think thats a great idea. If you do want to wait they have a comfortable and cool (AC) waiting room. Its nice and clean. They offer coffee, water and soda to drink. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. No bad attitudes. Thank you Christian Brothers.

I usually do not write reviews but these guys deserve a great feedback. They did a complete diagnoses and told me everything about the car. They are the only one who didnt force me to get unnecessary repairs on the car. Instead, they gave me an honest opinion and wanted me to tell them what to do. One of the best customer service I have had. I would definitely recommend them for auto repair.

This is a great Automotive service center. Had my Nissan worked on and they did a great job.

Seems to be clean and nice people but cannot trust their service. Got my car in to fix the A/c not working, they charged for inspection and fixed it but it didn’t work the next day. Brought it somewhere else and it was fixed perfectly.

Very nice shop incredibly clean and inviting however when I brought my vehicle there trying to get an estimate they were very pushy in adamant about leaving my car broke them for several hours which I wasnt trying to do because I had multiple things to do giving it with my day off and my day I have to run errands I ended up just telling you I would come back never did because I found another shop who was willing to take a look at my car on the spot tell me what was wrong and they started working on it right away since they had enough staff to work on my vehicle along with the other projects they had going already these guys probably do a good job they just rub me the wrong way

I was impressed with the care in the diagnostic arena. They took the time to drive and research the problem going through out of the box (or off the script) solutions. I am from out of town and my air conditioning quit in my car. Christian Brothers was amazing and so accommodating. They got my car in very quickly and started trying to pin point the problem, they kept my husband and I informed of everything that was happening every step of the way. They would spend a lot of time explaining exactly what they found and how they were going to fix it with my husband. I was very happy that they provided a shuttle service, it made it so easy to not have to worry about how I will get back to my car when it was fixed. I have been a customer of Christian Brothers Automotive for over 10 years, they always explain everything and give you a idea of what really needs to be fixed and what can wait a little while. There prices are fair and they always take care of the customer. Plus the shuttle makes it easy to drop off and pick up my vehicles. They know my name, they always tell me the truth, and they do what they say they will and they do it right.

This place is incredible!! They were extremely nice and helpful. I brought my two kids and they even gave them complimentary water and coloring books to entertain them. Not that they needed them because they changed my oil in no more than 10 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The service is spectacular. They returned my car to me in a timely fashion and the mechanics made sure that my car was safe to drive across the country. I will definitely continue bringing my car to this location!

This place is a class act! I was referred to Mike at Christian Brothers from the guys at Discount Tire in Moore. Mike and his crew took great care of me and my Truck. On top of their service they probably had the nicest waiting room Ive ever spent time in at an automotive shop! 5 star facility!

Needed tires and found out that Christian Brothers can take care of that as well as normal maintenance. They found tires that were cheaper that I was quoted at a tire store I set up an appointment. I came in and they welcomed me with a smile and offered a cold beverage while I waited. It was quick and professional. I loved the experience.

Long wait and it seemed on my visit they were really busy fixing service errors but that said they were really busy (and mechanics only stay THAT busy when their good). The staff was nice and they left a little note on my seat thanking me for my business and a bottle of water. Id give them more business if I needed it.
