There is no substitution for a genuine dealership. Was in the market to purchase a used QX80 for several months and found some good deals, but made the smart decision to purchase from an authorized dealer. Nick and team @ Bob Moore were more particular on making sure I drove away with a quality vehicle without blemishes than I was. GREAT SERVICE!

I have come to Oklahoma several times and during my extended stay, I have had to get repair work done. I have had work at Bob Moore dealerships. Each of them are very user friendly and working with me as I am three states away. I am always treated well. Any problems I had addressed and I have used three different Bob Moore dealerships. Same treatment at each one. If I lived here I would not use any other dealership. Thank you so much staff. I had an appointment and the team was quite prompt in assisting me when I arrived. I waited for my oil change and maintenance inspection. The waiting area was quite nice with TV, comfy seats, charging station, and refreshments. The oil and filter change was $30 less than my local quick stop. They were fast and even washed my car! They printed out the inspection and made recommendations. The information was also emailed to me. I appreciate the service provided. Special acknowledgment of Matt, who greeted me and kept me informed.

This is the Best Auto Dealership from which I have ever purchased a vehicle. We desperately needed a car. My Sales Representative Jason assisted me in finding the used car meeting our needs. Their SUV was the cleanest Car and Best maintained car we saw in two weeks. Bob Moore Infiniti was priced lower than all the other vehicles in the same class and condition. We found the passenger seat was not working to adjust forward or backwards. Jason had the service department evaluate the seat and decided to replace the whole assembly. They also provided a loaner car for the weekend. They gave us a full tank in the loaner and our purchased vehicle. Everyone we met was exceptional. This is the first place I will visit when I need to make my next auto purchase. Thank You Jason!

Great Service!!!!!!! These guys are the best at what they do…….. Great costumer service always letting you know the progression on the status of your vehicle. Reggie constantly let me know when my vehicle would be ready and even requested me a loaner car so that I didn’t have to wait at the service department while my car was being repaired. I’m only giving it one star because I have to and because the guy who helped me was extremely nice and apologetic. I made an appointment and dropped my car at 7:30 in the morning. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and had a recall for my navigation system.I came back around 2:00, my fiancé dropped me off and had to get back to work. I hadn’t got a text saying it was ready but I thought that it had to be close…. Nope!!! I don’t think they even started on it. I sat in the dealership for over 3 hours waiting on my vehicle. My vehicle was there for 9 hours!!This was the very first oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle and at Bob Moore Infiniti and less than impressed is an understatement.The guy working the front desk in the shop was extremely nice and constantly came and apologized but it was absolutely ridiculous! What’s the point in an appointment!

I telephoned and spoke with Jesse. I told him I wanted to test drive a car on Friday. He said he would make sure it was there when I got there so I could test drive it. He also told me to ask for Jacqueline. The car was there when I got there I test drove it they were very very helpful. I bought the car. Just Seiyu took care of us as far as paperwork was concerned. Tired of hearing everything that Needs to be addressed, its not under warranty... the car was misrepresented to me when I purchased it... was told by your collision center, the vehicle should have been totaled not sold... had to have the alignment done 5 times now to finally get it right... my tires are a damaged, which I have tire and rim protection and was told tires are not covered on my EXTENDED warranty.... I have issues in the interior that I was told would be covered by this warranty and service dept. Favorite phrase is....its not covered that normal wear and tear.... glad I am paying for something that can never be used....

I had emailed to inquire about the vehicle and was answered and then called and gave my trade in information and was told what the value would be and then the financing part began and we agreed on a payment and set up a day and time to go look at it. We got there, test drove it, was shown things about it and then started the paperwork. Everything we talked about and agreed on was the same which surprised me because I had been through this experience before and things changed so I was highly impressed and so happy. Our experience with Bob Moore INFINITY was a great one. We had an issue with our used infinity and brought to them for service. Initial repair and overview of service was appropriate and appreciated. No pressure was given to the recommended service items. After original repair they encountered another deeper issue and that was addressed on our behalf with warranty that we had in place. They showed us they were on our side to make our car as good as they could and take care of us. Very pleased and would recommend.

We went to Bob Moore Infinity in Oklahoma City. We had contacted them via internet first and had contact shortly after by our sales person, Jason. He was excited and very helpful to us. He was able to guide us in the buying process and put us in touch with the finance office immediately. We verbally agreed over the purchase. The next day we flew to OKC and we were greeted by Jason. They made us feel very welcome, showed us the Infinity QX80 we had bought, gave us a tutorial over the display panel, mirrors, storage, audio, and more.When we went back inside they were quick about having us sign our documents. Jason personalized everything for our visit. We were so impressed by the treatment we received!

Our car had to be towed in because the brakes went out on our QX50 that we purchased six months ago. Reggie in the service dept. called to inform me that it needed a new master cylinder, the repairs were made, I ask if they could have the car delivered to a south dealership in south west okc or the Cadillac dealership in Norman so we would not have to make the long drive, after checking Reggie said it would be next month before someone could get it to one of the other dealerships. We are 73 and 74 years young and really do not care for the long drive on the interstate, very disappointed that you could not offer better service.I have been a long time customer of Bob Moore and always very pleased but not this time, very unhappy customer.I cannot believe that a automobile of only two years old would have a bad master cylinder, Reggie told me that it could have been worn from the factory and after it got several miles it just was worn out, that story does not even make sense.Anyway not one of my/our better experiences with Bob Moore. The QX50 will be for sale as I worry what else will go wrong with it.

Our car hesitates really bad when you pull out into traffic. I drove an hour and a half to let the dealership fix our car because we want the work to be done right. I paid $450 fir them to work on our car and it still doesnt run right. How hard would it have been to drive the car to make sure the issue is fixed

They sent a video explaining what all they saw and why it needed repaired/replaced. The prices seemed high, but I’m also ignorant of how much the repairs I had should cost. I searched some of the repair costs and it seemed like they were charging near the high end of a repair but still within the expected costs. Seems logical for an Infiniti to be near the higher end of the spectrum anyway so all seems fair to me. Super friendly service as well and the loaner car they set me up with was one of the nicest cars I’ve driven.

I dropped my car off at 8am. Did not hear from anyone until I reached out to them at 3pm. Was told it hadn’t been worked on. When I still didn’t hear from them I informed them I’d pick up my car at 545, 15 minutes before they closed. At 540 I get a text they just started working on my car. UNACCEPTABLE. When I got there the service department said “sorry, I have no excuse.” Didn’t try to right the situation or offer any reasonable reason why they wasted my entire day. The fact that they thought they could rush through working on it 5 minutes before I planned on getting, and even think about charging me is ridiculous Now I have to find another place to service my car on and spend another day without my car. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION and SERVICE.

The service advisor was OK everything was fine up until it was time for me to get my car. I just came in for a simple oil change. When I got in my car my car smell like oil I thought maybe it was on his shoes or something. I drove off and the car started smoking I looked up on the hood and there was oil all over my engine. I am I Immediately called the service advisor he said that they put the oil in with a oil gun OK that’s fine, but why is it all over my engine he didn’t have a response. “I’m Very disappointing” Granite I never leave messages on these sites for reviews but today I felt like this was something that needed to be addressed. If you take your vehicle there You better make sure that the technician is in a good mood and doesn’t put oil all over your engine!

Things were really great until after purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately the day we purchased the vehicle, the technician to do the certified pre-owned inspection was not working. Dealership provided a loaner and said it would be ready the next day - which is understandable. Later the next day we did not receive a call so I contacted our salesperson and the dealership. Found out it still wasn’t ready and would be the next day. Wednesday I didn’t receive any communication on it and had to contact them again. Finally was able to pick up later that afternoon but the car wasn’t as clean as other new purchases I have received in the past (foot prints in all doors, tires not cleaned, etc.) - I assume they were working to get it to us quickly since I had called multiple times. Lastly the 2nd key fob could not be found even though the key ring says 1/2 keys. Overall I feel like the customer service leading up to the sale was great, but after that it could use some work (better communication). We do love the vehicle we purchased!

Reggie went above and beyond on his customer service. He got my vehicle in and out in a timely matter which was much appreciated so that I was able to pick my kids up from school. He went over everything with me in detail and made sure my vehicle was washed and cleaned well. Last time I had my oil change my vehicle was not washed and they did not have my vehicle ready when they said. Reggie took care of me and I appreciate all he did in taking care of his customers.

Was only there for a couple of hours from test drive to finish and couldn’t be happier with them. Josh Clift, service advisor, and the service technician at Bob Moore Infiniti in Edmond, Okla. solved a year long issue with my QX 56 sporatically not starting. From the very start, Josh listened as I explained the issue and provided test results of my battery, alternator and starter. He kept me informed periodically during two days the diagnoses and work required. They solved the issue under the Infiniti service warranty program so there was no cost to me.

I recently took my vehicle in to get an issue fixed. Explained the issues to the service advisor and left my vehicle for them to fix the issue. I reached out on multiple occasions on the first day to get an update to find out that they didn’t even start to look at my vehicle until after being there for 7 hours. I was contacted the next day in the afternoon that our vehicle was done. We literally got in the car to leave and the issue was still present. After talking to not only the service advisor, the service tech and the GM, we left with the issue still there. They could not explain what the issue was except that it was due to my phone. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!I made an appointment at another Infiniti dealership the next week and it was a total different experience. They were able to fix my car in less than 3 hours!!!!
