This is the worst JL in which I had to change the oil. The workers are sleepy and do not understand what they want from them, they just stand and smile. Changed the oil in 45 minutes. zero stars. The oil did not have time to drain, but they have already tightened the nut, as a result, you have more oil in your motor than it should be! inadequate character in the photo.

I did not have a good experience with them we got to the shop with our jeep to get an oil change and top off the rest of the fluids. They were very quick with every thing they done. I got on the highway and realized my oil pressure was not working at all! Pull over at the nearby store, and start to look at the jeep make sure nothing major was wrong. Found out the oil they said they put in, was not in the jeep. I had to buy 3 quarts their at the store to put in, and found that when removing the oil filter they broke the oil pressure sensor. Instead of saying any thing about it snapped they just let us drive off to wonder why it was doing that. I had no problems with the jeep at all like this until we left their, so be careful and make sure they do what they said they did. I refused to call or try to be reimbursed do the the sensor being a cheap 25 to fix. The point is just let some one know what happened, instead of trying to cover it up like nothing happened. Doing that will more likely to have reoccurring business. Always make sure they do what they say they did, because some wont put any oil back in at all and screw every thing up on your car. I will not return to jiffy lube. No matter what deals they can offer, because they are quick but refuse to do proper honest work.

Fairly quick service at a decent price.

Nice and easy oil change, they hopped on it minutes after i got there. Didnt take long and informed me of any optional charges above the stated price of the discount i received in the mail. Nice and smooth experience close to where i live so definitely will go again

Everyone is so nice and professional. They care and are clear in explaining what is either wrong with your car and what your options are.

Although they were short staffed they were quick, friendly, and communicated very well throughout the entire time. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Customer service needs some serious work! Immediately get the vibe that they dont want to do their job. I wanted the $10 tire rotation with my coupon but manager wouldnt do it because they were not factory Mechanic Christopher was nice and helpful the only reason I stayed for the oil change.

Went with my Mom to this location. It was very busy and we waited awhile. There was a guy there, white tank top and shorts, that just showed up and he was where the guys were/r with the customer cars and also in the office area. After leaving i/we noticed grease on the inside upper drivers side and the moon roof cover. She had taken it there about 4 times b4 with no problems.(I use the location at 240 and S Penn)

They advertised 17.95 for oil change and drained my oil and than said it it was gonna be 79.45 for a change i said no thanks but sorry we drained your oil before we discussed the price so i had to get it! High way robbery so never again will i be back!

I came in thinking I needed an oil change. After checking my car I was told it wasnt needed at this time. They proceeded to fill fluids and check air in tires. I had a Service Engine light come on amd they put it on the computer and found out I only needed a gas cap. Thank You for being honest and for helping me save some money. Im on a fixed income. He was very professional and Courteous and Friendly and definitely made my day. Ill be back to that Jiffy Lube and I hope he is still there. He made a dreaded chore enjoyable! Thank You young man!

I went in at 12:00 and didnt leave til 430 was told one price and when i was finally checked out after being told the brake process would take roughly an hour and 30 mins it took 4 hours. Wouldnt suggest this one if you are on a time limit and receive correct price.

Delete me! Terribly disappointed.  I asked to use a 10.00 coupon and was told he had a better one. Turns out I didnt get a discount at ALL I paid 75. For a 75. Oil change.I was offered air filters two for 30. I paid 37. For both and the guy really tried to make me feel like I hit the best deal ever.  I didnt feel good about the desk but paid for it and vowed never again.  You lost a customer and I will share my experience with every one who cares to listen.Thieves!!!!

Very friendly, clean office and shop. They did an excellent job on my breaks, rotors and oil change, but dont bother buying the Groupon for the breaks and rotors. It only pays face value. It wasnt the guys at jiffy lubes fault and they couldnt do anything about it.

The gentleman that helped me when I pulled in was the nicest person I have ever met, I would recommend these to anyone and they were quick.

I got lazy and decided too take my car in for an oil change instead of doing it myself. It was done very quickly however, the bolt was completely stripped leaving me too fight and fight the next time I went too change the oil and I payed for a new air filter but one was never installed even though I was continuously asked by multiple employees if I would like one until I gave in just so they would stop bugging me. If you value your car please don’t visit here.

You just have to be very clear about what you want and what you are willing to pay. I do not do air filters there because they ask too much. I get oil changes only, with a coupon only. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the service and how quick it typically is.

They do a quick, efficient job at a price equal to someone elses with a discount. I will go back to Mustang!!

Service was great. I had an oil change. Then, an engine coolant change. Everything was superb regarding timeliness and interaction. Prices were reasonable, coupons were honored. Quotes for additional services were in line with what I expected. My only recommendation would be to let the customer know the color of the engine coolant when changed. I didnt expect a color other than green.

Not every jiffy lube is created equally, but I have never had a bad experience at a single one. This one was exceptional, service was nice, tight timing, and friendly. I was thinking for my patients, and I really felt that unnecessary as the time it took to get my oil changed seemed very normal; however, I do find the courtesy quite appealing

Went in for an oil change and the mechanic mentioned that I had a different oil from my previous visit before so if I come there regularly how come I had a different type oil in my car and not my regular oil which is expensive enough cause its synthetic.. Im sure it was an accident but I dont want a messed up engine or whatever the case maybe.. Please do not change my oil.

Fast, you have the choice to sit in your car or in office while getting oil change.

I brought in a coupon for oil change. Manager requested my email information to use it. He came in from the garage and told me my air filter needed cleaning for additional 20.00. I agreed although I thought that was steep as I watched them use an air blower which took no time. Then he ask if I was aware I would need an additional quart of oil, I said No I didn’t but if that’s what it takes I understand. He then said I will give you that at no charge this time since you didn’t know. I was greatful. When time to pay he said he couldn’t accept my coupon since he included the oil. It was uncomfortable and I don’t know that I’ll do business again. He should have told me upfront. The man in the waiting room with me said to me...that doesn’t seem right to me the way that was handled.

Easy to work with. They let me stay in the car which makes the whole task much easier during a pandemic with a toddler! They also have a great Groupon!

I am displeased with the way the prices were given It jumped twice from its original price. and no explanation it was just like a take it or leave it type deal and was just friendly after they got my money so that is why leave a bad review.

Good location. They were fast, too. They made sure our team was fully aware of what needs to be done and what our options were.

I called and asked how much for an oil change they said $40.00 when I got there and showed my $10.00 off coupon the said they already gave me a discount of $20.00, I said I just want a regular oil change and they said its normally$64.00 😱 seriously ?????? Plus they said on my receipt that they checked my air filter which they didnt, or check wipers, they didnt clean my windshield or check the tires, i dont care if they did or not but they said they either did or I refused which was not true. I always get mine changed at Walmart for $30.00 and they really do check my tires and vacuum and top off my fluids all for $30.00, the only reason I didnt go there is because of covid-19 some of walmarts automotive shops are closed and the others are packed.

Well first of all they over charged me for a oil change and second I don’t believe they put the actual new oil into my car the oil they put in seemed all worn down and my car is making tick noises when I do the oil change it Never did that so clearly they didn’t put the right oil. And they didn’t change my oil filter as well worst place I’ve ever been to,

Poor customer service skills. The technician is clearly uneducated about how customers service works. Had the technician been a little concerning or had any care then his minor problems could of been so simple. Instead his inappropriate language while getting paid was being used towards the customer.

I will always use jiffy lube, Great customer service, and can’t be prices.

The manager was very helpful give me an estimate,on tires that was reasonable,But I worked with another place another type of tire at with a much lower cost.Everyone was fast and courteous.Jeffrey Ludington11/2020

You shouldnt go anywhere else to get your oil changed. They are fast, courteous and explain what they do and look up to see what else the manufacturer recommends needs to be done. In my case, they didnt have the part in stock, but would order the part and have it ready the next time I come in instead of making me wait for the delivery. If you want fast service, come here. This is what they do.

The service was quick and I did get a discount for a coupon. However I was charged an exorbitant price for filters. 5 times the retail cost of any other location that sells similar products. In the future I will tell them what Im willing to pay for filters and they can either sell them to me at that price installed or Ill just do it myself.

Had a Groupon and still in and out very fast. Had to pay a little extra for more oil and fees but didnt even have to get out of my car.

I came in at 9:22am to get a patch on my tire and the gentleman approached me and told me he had nobody to do it. Then said to come back at 10, if you’re open at 7am why don’t you have anyone and then the guy didn’t even offer to do it himself. Used to love this store but the last two I have went there I have had nothing but problems.

Cool crew. Easy down to earth people. Super fast service. And they will work with you to the BEST that they are ALLOWED. Plus they have deals that roll through occasionally that are definitely worth the money.

Well when i dropped my car off the guy behind the counter was having a bad day i guess cause he was very rude!! But the work seems to b done & it was more then he quoted me but he still gave me the quoted price. I do recommend this place, I bring all my cars here!!

This Jiffy Lube was an excellent experience. They were very busy, but still had me in and out in 20 minutes. They took my coupon on-line with no fuss. They do ask you if you want to do all this other stuff to your car while you are in. Unfortunately, this is standard across all Jiffy Lubes (and a lot of other oil change places). However, a simple no thank you and they dont keep pushing.I recommend this place and personally will return.

I was really impressed with these guys. They were very nice, and quick to get me in and out. They were pushy with add on sales, and were patient with others. The young man up front I watched handle two unruly customers and I was impressed that he stayed calm, cool, and collected. The manager made me a deal on a set of new tires, oil change, and new air filters for nearly a 1/3 the price i was quoted at Hibdon Tires.

Ive been to this location twice now and have had great service each time!! They get you in and out in no time! They also are very helpful with discounts such as groupon and the time before that I was also given a discount coupon! All around great service! Thank yall and keep up the good work! This is by far the best and most helpful Jiffy Lube I have used in years. They serviced my woek vehicle multiple times and was extremely happy with their quality of work and helpfulness of the staff. They had to order parts on different occasions and were constantly in communication w/ me and my company. Recommend to anyone for basic oil changes or tires, brakes, etc.

Came in for a simple repair for my truck, the Manager was very polite and professional. The mechanic completed the work in a timely manner.

I dont love that place! It turns out that my oil change and the brake job they talked me into for $600.00 could have been done for half of that cost by a actual certified mechanic because when I asked about replacing a blower motor they said it would cost between $400-450.00 and so when I called my actual mechanic he said it would cost $230.00 parts and labor so I told him about the brake job and oil change he was totally shocked by their cost. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone else and for those that go there CHECK PRICES AT OTHER PLACES!!!!!

Was very pleased with the staff and service. Mr Sacha Blackburn was very courteous, professional and promptly addressed my vehicle needs. In lieu of my oil service, he performed a complimentary vehicle inspection and, under no obligation, suggested I replace the filters in my vehicle (air, cabin), since they were dirty. Complying with his recommendation, I went ahead and had them changed. Will definitely bring my vehicle back here.

Im totally disgusted with Jiffy Lubes. I have been to this place because its the Jiffy Lube that I have had the least problems with. They have changed out my fleet cars wipers on 2 separate occasions. I specifically told them THE WIPERS ARE WORKING FINE. DO NOT MESS WITH THEM. Well I go to check out and the guy tells me to sign without telling me what they did so I asked them what they did and of course they changed the wipers again. They charge $35.99 each!!!!! The last time they told me that they put on good quality Bosch wipers.... yea right they are some cheap brand I havent even heard of. I do a lot of driving sometimes up to over 500 a day so they are pretty important to my safety. I will no longer be going to any Jiffy Lubes again for my fleet car or personal.

The wait wasnt long and the waitng room was clean. Customer service was ok. There prices are to high on synthetic oil change.

I asked about brake service was told they would have to replace my rotors no matter condition of them because of year if my car, went to another brake place and were able to do just brake pads.

The crew was especially friendly. They told us a lot of helpful information. They wiped off our headlights and even filled our coolant for free. Really nice guys, and fun to talk to. I would recommend this location to anybody!

The staff at this location are very professional, friendly and communicate clearly. My kids loved that the employees have water guns that they sprayed them with while we waited. Its clear that they all enjoy their jobs and that they appreciate taking good care of their customers.

I visited your location and requested just a basic oil change as I did not have the money for the 79.99 option he was immediately trying to shove down my throat. They did finally agree to the basic option and during the oil change one of the workers came in and sat down and proceeds to tell me the 400 or more worth of work that has to be done. I informed him in front or 3 or 4 other customers that I had recently lost my job and that I can barely afford the oil change let alone the long list of stuff he assured me was wrong. Please Keep in mind my car is 3 years old and visits my mechanic regularly for checkups the only reason I came to your company was my mechanic was on Holiday leave. The guy would not stop trying to sell and haggle on pricing and I repeatedly kept telling him I lost my job I do not have the money and it didnt seem to matter. I finally had to get rude with him. If this is how you train your people to haggle and bug people fora few extra dollars it is extremely unprofessional and tacky. It was very embarrassing to repeatedly tell him I lost my job in front of a audience twenty times and the guy is still trying to sell. My entire visit was uncomfortable and all the stuff he said was wrong was marked as ok in the Service checklist so I really just feel I was being swindled. Not to mention he stated he would write everything down that was wrong and the price he stated he would honor it for and he never did I had to ask for the estimate and even then he didnt/wouldnt write down the price he had promised would be honored at his or any jiffy lube once I had a income source. I will not be back. Thank you

This particular Jiffy Lube does our company Vehicles they are always efficient and they always get me out of there pretty good time.

Came in for an alignment and found out that an inner tie rod had come detached which was an expensive replacement fix for me. The manager fixed this issue for me at no charge when I told him how I could only afford to get an alignment. So very grateful to this group for their hard work and compassion

If you ever decide to use a coupon here for a cheap oil change, watch out for the employees running back outside to ask you some important questions about what oil you use if you answer with anything other than what the coupon says, they will ask you if you want to use that instead, and not tell you it costs an extra 23.99 on top of the coupon, but because services were rendered before you realize what just went down, you have to pay for it, they apply the coupon, take it, and apply an additional 23.99 for oil that you had no idea would increase your bill. Stay sharp everyone!

Fast service however if you get the high mileage oil change they charge you more for the high mileage filter. Not sure how thats not included.Also my car was 1 full quart low on oil when they pulled it out of the shop and handed me the keys!
