My ac went out on my way to Arizona, they pushed everything aside and helped, took us in immediately, they got it looked at in couple minutes and ordered the part in blink of an eye. Id give these guys 10 stars if it was an option. They bent over backwards for us. Our AC went out on our road trip to California. They were busy, but stopped what they were doing- looked at our car- agreed to fix it- went on manhunt looking for the part- found it, fixed it and we were on the road again within a couple of hours. They were hospitable as they turned on the ac in the waiting room and offered us water or lemonade. They were reasonable and honest and fair. John and Matt were amazing!! I highly recommend AJ Auto. I just wish they had a shop in Southern California. Thank you guys! We made it back to California and the AC worked perfectly!

5 stars arent nearly enough! John and Amy and AJ Auto deserve 10 stars, even more! We broke down on I-40 and fortunately we connected with John (mainly because he answered his phone after closing time!). His expertise combined with his diagnostic abilities meant that he was able to quickly determine the problem and get it fixed. Johns understanding kindness made our experience memorable. Im almost glad we broke down!

While on a business trip driving through OKC the driveline fell out of my Tahoe. I called many shops and no one had the time to help except for John and Mathew at AJ mechanic! These men were very professional, time efficient, and their customer service is impeccable. I’ve never had a mechanic shop treat my family so well. There isn’t a more trustworthy shop out there and no one I would rather spend my money with.

The best customer service I have received from a repair shop this size. John puts so much care into his work and customers. If I have any issues in the future this will be the first place I’ll take it to. First time meeting John he treated me like we were long term friends. The best knowledge, service and prices.

They do great work and work with your insurance company

We live in Arkansas and was on a family trip in OKC when our vehicle started to give us problem. We went to AJ’s first thing Monday morning, he was able to tell us what was wrong, and got us fixed up right away. L AJ is professional, honest, and reasonable. He is a life saver! He doesn’t understand how much of blessing he was for us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

The owner of the shop knows what he is doing and shows human kindness. He swapped my entire engine and and got my car running, and when I needed rides he made sure I was able to get to my car and didnt charge me any extra. I will use his shop to do all the work on my car from now on.And my dog didnt bark or growl at him. At all.

I was traveling just outside of Oklahoma City when my alternator went out. Insurance towed my Jeep to AJ Auto. I called them the next morning to explain why my car was there and I was blown away by the level of service provided by John. I wish every car repair was as seamless as John made it out to be. Considering I was traveling, getting back on the road was my main concern and whether or not I was a priority for AJ Auto, John made me feel as though I was. He had me back on the road by lunch time and had the repair done an hour and half before he told me it would be completed. One of his guys picked me up from my hotel, saving me the cost of an uber. In addition to the impeccable service, the pricing was better than I had anticipated. Given my previous car repair experiences I was shocked at how great AJ treated me. I cant speak highly enough about this auto shop. I wish I was local, because they would be my go to shop. Thoroughly impressed! A+

I love this shop, he is straight forward,dont overcharge you. And quick,and precise with his work. He rebuilt our transmission everyone else priced us 5000 and he helped us save money. If you are a single lady this would be a good go to shop.

I was en route on I-40 from Memphis TN to Taos NM in a Tahoe with a trailer. My rear differential seized in OK city. Luckily, i found AJ auto. They took my truck at 3 pm, stayed late that night to remove my axle, found a replacement axle and had my truck fixed by 11 AM the next day. Out of kindness, they stored my trailer with motorcycles in their shop! They also gave me a ride to the nearby Hilton. John and Amy are the best kind of people, so is their mechanic Able. They had a massive job turned around for me in under 12 hours. They even fed me pizza. USE AJ Auto! They are the real deal, care about you auto shop.

Came through town with a broken Transfer Case for our Bronco. John and co. did everything in their power to find us a replacement part and swap it in the same day; absolute wizardry on their part with fantastic service and attitude. The worst auto shop in Okc that have been to, do not be deceived about the reviews they have, they will rip you of your money, and always want you not to claim your vehicle so that they can sell it, be warned!!!!!!!
