I have nothing but great things to say about One Stop Auto Shop! First of all Heather who runs the office is so knowledgeable about automotive issues! She is very thorough and has a great and friendly demeanor and really works with her customers, and then theres the head mechanic Juan, who in my opinion is a mechanical genius! He really knows what he is doing, they have a great little auto shop, very clean! I think they have the best prices, and if they cant fix it for one reason or another, they will let you know, in my personal opinion, I dont trust anyone else to work on my vehicle. One Stop Auto Shop is the best auto shop in town! 💯💯👍👍

Dont use this place I dealt with them for 2 years and I am still experiencing the same problems and when I take it somewhere else they tell me the parts hasnt been changed and that if they did its not new parts. Save yourself the headache they are not worth it they seem like they care but they dont. They put 6 to 7 motors in it and 2 or 3 transmissions and im still having transmission issues was told they put rubber lines on it which now is leaking. I could go on and on but things because like I said over 2 years. I dont want to give no stars but wont let me post if i dont

They did an awesome job on trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck..

My wife had her car repaired her after the front tire came off on the highway. The owner came out of pocket for a fender which was awesome. I ended up taking the car back because of a noise. They perform a free inspection and did not charge me for the fix because it was a plastic tab rubbing against the tire. They did exactly what they said they would do and went beyond.

Repairs were not completed as promised. Was told to return Saturday morning at 9:00. Waited until 9:35 and no one showed up. Called the office a little after 10:00. Admittedly I was angry but the female that answered the phone was aggressive and used inappropriate language several times. Was afraid to return but went back Monday morning. Was not confident that completion of project was possible so nothing else was done. Will have to go elsewhere to get truck fixed

Came here to get a price for my a/c service and to do some repairs to my suspension, Ill admit after that last review I was expecting some rude witch to greet me XD NOT EVEN CLOSE, the lady in front was REALLY SWEET! She and the mechanics are very knowledgeable, honest, and professional! Im nosey so I asked her about the last review, she explained to me the situation without hesitation, YOU JUST CANT PLEASE EVERYONE! THEIR WORK IS 1000% SOUND AND SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN MY LAST QUOTE, I WAS ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING DONE AT ONCE!!!! DID I MENTION MY TRUCK WAS READY THE NEXT DAY AND IT FELT LIKE NEW??!!!!
