We brought our car to KRISTIAN for 100,000 mile service and when we got it back, the rocker pannel was bent. They refuse to pay for fixing the damages because there was no “proof of their liability”.We brought our car to Bob Howard Service Center despite knowing that it would be more expensive because we TRUSTED them. It is just very frustrating how we are taking good care of our car but others just thrash it. We don’t deserve this.

Terrible experience. I had an appointment for a basic oil change/tire rotation this morning, and it took 20 minutes just to drop the car off. The service was supposed to take 3 hours, and its hour 7 with no word from anyone on when my car will be ready. Ive been trying to get an ETA for an hour, and no one in the service center is answering the phone. My service advisor hasnt called me back and the service manager hasnt picked up his phone. Ive had to cancel plans this evening because of an oil change which should have been done by early afternoon. This is a pattern with Bob Howard Service Center. With all the options available for routine maintenance, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

This was my first visit to the BOB HOWARD HONDA SERVICE CENTER. The gentleman that helped me, Garret, was professional, patient, knowledgable, and respectful. I had many questions about a few things that had come up regarding my car, and Garret patiently answered each one. He kept me apprised of developments and repairs, provided information regarding things that needed to be done immediately and those that could wait, and did not try to convince me to buy unnecessary items. The cashier was pleasant also (no name tag so I cant name her).Based on this experience, I will continue to use Bob Howard Honda and recommend it to colleagues and friends.

Bought my car from Bob Howard Honda In 2015 and just had over $1200 in services performed just a few months back. Needed a quote on an alternator and they could not pull up my car via my name or phone number. No record of me ever being there. They were stuck on getting my VIN which I did not have. I have not changed numbers nor my name. They have always been difficult to deal with. Actually, the buying experience was atrocious too. I have used them a couple times for service for the convenient location. I called a local competitor and they opened up a slot for me to bring it down today and gave me a quote over the phone. That’s what I expect. Done with BH.

Appointments and scheduling dont mean anything here as experienced through numerous visits. Tried working with manager, but they over-promise, over-price and cannot deliver on service over and over again. Done with this place.

Called to just get a ball park estimate on a used car we are thinking of buying, without VIN could not get anything. It is ok though, called another repair shop and they gave me one. Never had a service department do that!!!!

DissatisfiedMarch 15, 2017I had an appointment at 6pm with Holly (used car sales) and when I get their, no one tried to help me except Connor however, he was with another customer. So, I sit there and realize I am going to have to call the dealership and have her paged. I got hung up on twice. When I called the third time I was successful with getting them to page her and then I hear she not here. Really, I thought. Shes gone for the day by Connor who used his personal cell phone to text her while he was helping another customer. Heres the kicker. The sales manager is sitting in the office behind the glass wall (my back is touching the glass) (Jeffs I think is his name) with his door open, he could hear me calling dealership and finally paging Holly. I say he could hear me because I could hear him talking (about nothing) the whole time I waited. Connor finishes up with his customer and trys to help me. I let him try to help me because he made a valiant effort to reach out to Holly. Check this out. He asked normal question about the type of car and price range I was looking for and provided options. I choose one and he runs into the sales office to get keys and says I be right back, Ill bring the car around front (07 Honda Accord), okay I said and waited. It took him so time to come back but when he did, he was walking. I looked at him and he told me, Im sorry. I cant find the car. Id had enough. I told him thanks and walked out.Roy Billups, Jr.
