I ordered a 2022 Frontier Pro4X back in August and my salesman Shaun kept me up to date on the status of the order throughout the process. Between Shaun, the sales manager and financial manager all my questions where answered. They where very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.
I had a appointment on September 23rd to get a recall on my hood latch done and a coolant leak repaired and it took almost a month to get the repairs done. Once they ordered parts and had them all in by the 5th I believe it took almost 2 weeks to get my car finished. No one ever contacted me to let me know what was going on. And when I did call all they said is hopefully we will have it done soon With no sense of time frame. Being without my car for a month was not easy to do

Personally would not recommend. I took my car in after rain damage per request of the insurance. They could finally see my car after 3 weeks, at which point no evidence of damage could be found. I got charged over $500 for a diagnosis and my insurance was charged over $900. No repairs were made or reccomended aside from cleaning out my AC Drain Hoses which they quoted me $1,100 for. Communication was poor. I dropped my car off on September 13th. I did not know it would be over a week later before they could finally look at it. I had to call any time I wanted a status update and never seemed to get clarity on the issue, how long I could expect to be without a car, or how much it would cost me. Sometimes my voicemails even went unreturned. When I acquired about the trade in value of my car, they told me $200, when Kelly Blue Book had it at $10k for my car in good condition. Will not be returning.Update: They have reached back out to me and extended much kindness. They are looking over my vehicle again to see they can better help me. They have even given me a nice loaner to drive in the meantime.
Courteous staff, upfront pricing, and easy to get to location. I used to go to another location but switched as this one is closer to my job. I really like this location. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Im definitely coming back to this location for future visits.
Andrea and the maintenance team were superb in helping me navigate my car troubles. Naturally, I know nothing about cars but they helped me through every step and helped me make a plan to get me back on the road in the most time-efficient and cost-efficient way possible. they were incredible.

10 years ago when I bought a vehicle here, this place was great. The service department was great as well. Staff was helpful, considerate, and polite. Today- theyre still polite, but good luck talking to a service tech over the phone. Our service technicians dont take phone calls is the message I was given this morning when trying to ask a question about a $600 part I was trying to order. From now on, Ill call one of the other Nissan dealers in the area. Congrats, you just lost business for parts (building a race car), and a vehicle sale when I buy my next Z.

I have had a great experience at Graff Nissan. I’m a first-time buyer, and Nicole and Mike were very helpful in making the process go smoothly. Everyone is kind and personable. All of my options were explained thoroughly, and I almost never felt pushed into making a decision. Also, as an MSUFCU member, their affiliation with the credit union allowed them to handle all of the paperwork with the bank rather than me dealing with the title and other things. It was a one-stop shop, and I have no feelings of buyer’s remorse at all. Highly recommend.

I had to bring my Nissan in here for a recall on my airbag and after I waited 3 hours for what they told me would be a 1 hour job, after I went to bring it home and my left blinker wouldn’t turn off. I called and told them my blinker wasn’t working after I had dropped it off working perfectly fine and they told me a “mouse had probably chewed the wires” and that they would look at it for a price of course. Will never buy another Nissan.

I called to inquire about a Nissan Rogue. I had not driven one and wanted to come in to see one. I also wanted to find out interest rates and lease rates. Andy came on the phone and spent a lot of time with me. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes with the numbers I requested. He did and those numbers proved true throughout the transaction. I have a busy psychotherapy practice and take care of my little sister who is on hospice with early onset dementia. I have very little spare time. But Andy and Nicole were fantastic in accommodating my time crunch. I had a few hours Monday and went to Okemos (I live 99 miles from there and my office is 75 miles from Graff Nissan). After test driving and learning about vehicle options I came home and filled out the credit app. The next morning Andy, Nicole and Mike were busy finishing up the deal for me. By noon, my new car was in the parking lot of my office. Amazing service! I will encourage everyone I know to go to Graff Nissan. Best car buying experience Ive ever had!

I brought my car here two weeks ago to be serviced. Andrea helped me and she was wonderful! She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Besides Andreas fantastic customer service, the other thing I loved was that all of employees were wearing masks and following COVID protocols. They even cleaned and sanitized my car afterwards. It smelled so fresh and was even cleaner than when I brought it in.Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Sentra needed non-routine service, and being under warranty I took it to Graff Nissan of Okemos. I was skeptical of the quality of service I would receive because I had trouble with both of the former Nissan dealers in this location (Lansing Nissan and Fox Nissan), but the Graff team was amazing! My service representative, Andrea H., was incredibly helpful and ensured my car was inspected quickly over the holidays. After the inspection, Andrea worked to get my parts ordered and covered under warranty. Within a few days following warranty approval, my car was repaired and back on the road, as good as new!
I can’t give a high enough review to describe how extremely happy we are with the tremendous service given to us at Graff Nisson in Okemos MI! Our salesperson, Pat Eagan was extremely upbeat, friendly and easy to work with and went out of his way to find us the perfect car at the right price. Even though the dealership was extremely busy that day, Pat never made us feel like we were being ignored and kept the entire sales process running smoothly right until we drove our new car off the lot! The amiable Financial Manager, Mike Gillengerten, did an excellent job of explaining all the warranty options and made the money part of the transaction very quick and easy without the slightest bit of pressure to purchase anything I didn’t want. I ended up having to make this car purchase without my husband being able to join me and based on previous past experiences with other dealerships, I was very leery of going through the process by myself. Im always pleased with their courteous and friendly service. My car wouldnt start due to keyfob issues. Someone actually came in on their day off to fix it and I was only charged for one key fob rather than two which was a relief.

My husband and I came in to look at the Nissan pathfinder. We have a 1.5 year old son and newborn twins. We wanted something that allowed all three carseats to fit in the second row. We had already been to a few dealerships before stopping here and honestly we were about ready to turn to online shopping. But the team at Graff made our experience so great! We found exactly what we were looking for and for a better price than I couldve dreamed of. Everyone there was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. They canceled my appointment in the last minute and wasted my time. They dirtied my car mats and didn’t provide the multipoint inspection report.

It was so refreshing seeing a female in the service area. I knew she was smiling even with her mask on. She was very kind and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will come back as long as the service is this great.
This star is for the reception staff, and her attitude is very good. Of course I know that the repair cost of the dealer is relatively high, and I have no plans to repair anything at the dealer. Because of a recall, I had to send the car for repair. The receptionist called me in the afternoon and told me that I needed to replace the battery, as well as the battery terminal, and reset the radio and time. The battery price is $115, the terminal price is $45, the price for resetting the radio and time is $100, and the total price is $250. I agreed. When I went to pick up the car, the reception staff told me that they had cleaned the outside of the car and the batterys warranty period was one year. This makes me a bit dissatisfied. The price of a one-year battery at Walmart is $70. But when I went to drive, I found that they didn’t clean the outside, and even got a few scratches on my hood. My car is White, scratches are quite obvious. More importantly, they did not replace the battery terminal and still use my old terminal. They did not readjust the dadio and time, I had to adjust it myself. The final bill is $286. I think their service is only worth $100, and I spent $186 more.
Went in for a Transmission Flush and actually paid less than what was originally quoted. Did a multi-point inspection and quoted me a price for all services and repairs in given to me in a packet.Pretty nice waiting area as per the picture ( youre in control of the tv) free WIFI, water, cookies, coffee, or tea.Also they have a section for your kids to keep them distracted equipped with a television, blocks, and *maybe books*

The woman service advisor was very nice and helpful. However, the man who was training her actually scolded me for not presenting my coupon when I dropped the car off and actually said that now they are wasting paper. Would he have talked to me like that if I were a man? Probably not. Not good customer service. He was also going to charge me to replace a missing cap on the coolant! They were the last ones that were under the hood. Im sure they forgot to replace it.

I had a good experience with this dealership. I bought a used car from them and the remote start did not work properly. They promised to get it fixed and did get it fixed, at their expense and gave me a loaner free of charge. The customer service was outstanding. Like many, I had put off significant scheduled automotive maintenance due to covid-19. A failed thermostat in the middle of Michigan winter made postponing any longer unreasonable. Also, as this was my only means of transportation, I needed a loaner vehicle to get me by while my Murano was in the shop. Andrea worked with me to schedule an ideal time to bring in my car and have a loaner ready for me. Two days later, the laundry list of services I gave her to complete were done. With 30 minutes notice, my Murano was washed and sanitized, ready for pickup.The final cost was not cheap, but also was not unreasonable. (Bundled-service discounts helped.) More importantly, the maintenance was performed perfectly and the results exceeded my expectations.
