Got in and out quick. Did a quick cheap oil change. And if you got the walmart app. You get to track your vehicle and the progress of the oil change. It even tells you when its done and finished and you go pay and leave.

Was very helpful. Came in to deal with some dragging plastic and the guy said he couldnt fix it because walmart only did certain pre-defined activities to bill but said just to buy these zip ties for $1.50 to reattach the plastic.

My tire got a larger than life piece of metal in it driving on Grand River this morning. I thought well great its Sunday now what? I couldnt drive it, so got towed to the Auto Care Center. They were super friendly, fast and helpful! Great service with a smile and got me a new tire and back on the road fast! Highly recommend Walmart, as Bell Tire isnt open on Sundays in Okemos! 🙌 Thanks for being a life saver!

Thanksgiving morning my tires valve broke off while pumping air into it. The guys answered all my questions over the phone, gave me options and quotes. Once we were able to get my tire to them they fixed it ($10!) And explained the hows and whys.What started out as a cold sad morning turned into a very delightful day with the help of these talented people!

Jason really knows what he and his team are doing at this location. This is the walmart tire and auto to go to when you need service.

Half the price of the speedy oil changes for the same product. Also good prices on tires.

Best place to get a regular oil change

Update 1/21/21 David at the auto center made it happen, they seemed busy but I was in and out, definitely my go to oil change place. Staff is awesome they deserve a raise!The best and most cost efficient for my European VW requiring full synthetic, topped off fluids, didnt try selling me up on things I didnt need. Super nice, my go to from now on. Monday 11/25 pm staff were the best !

The guys in the auto center are very nice and helpful. This evening, I would in total disaster if the person with the blonde hair would not help to start the car, and get the car in the right place. Thank you very much, sir.

There is a tech there who is single minded while he services the car. With minimal staff, phones ringing, questions from walk-ins, and the waves of surprises that only the American public can supply, he started my oil change and finished it without missing a beat. Oil changes are easy. Oil changes in a public hurricane without missing the little things are commendable. The best part was he was a duck on the water, below the surface, churning, above smooth and serine.

By in large, its been an very positive experience taking cars to Walmart auto center. Theyve provide fair and honest work on my vehicles for basic auto care. Reliable oil and tire service.

Cant even get them to answer there phone. Tried to call multiple times and just rings and rings.

Bought new Yokohama tires. Walmart people mounted it - wrong balance. steering wheel shaking. went 3 times to make it balance right. Every time 2-3 hour wait. Bought new tires again 2 years later - same story. I spent 10 hours waiting until they do that properly - what Im going to save ? no more Walmart auto center ever. Waste of time and money.

Walmart techs have been prompt and honest with repairs and once told me I did not need a battery replaced, which it didnt at no charge. Once they changed the air filter I had them check at an oil change that really needed it and it was appreciated.The value and service is excellent for the services they offer!!

Good place to get an oil change while you do some shopping. Its too bad they dont do transfer case and differential fluid changes as well. They can be easier to do than an oil change, so I believe they are missing out on some extra work. More than once Ive seen the techs looking a little slow for work, so it would keep them occupied a little more.

Its a Walmart. What else is there to say? The shopping experiences here usually have me returning for good prices; the self-checkout area is usually moving quickly. Its a good all-around store for when your shopping list includes a lot of miscellaneous food and non-food items.

Great team and staff they did my tire change really good

Good prices on oil changes and tires. As with any tire place watch out for the road hazard add ons and what not. They are the Cheapest in town for batteries. The service is very slow with long wait times. Staff seems to hate life but it is walmart. Waiting room with tv vending and cofee.

Very disappointed. Paid $26 i think it was just to have my tire put on my rim. A 2 sec job that shldnt have cost over $10

They identified and fixed a leaking valve stem in one tire and a nail in another, all in about an hour! Road hazard covered both tire repairs!

They always have good service

They only have one employee working at a time in the mornings. If someone is there ahead of you wanting a complete tire swap, plan on waiting an hour before you can get an oil change.

Had my battery replaced in April 2015 and recently my car has been dying every day, took it back to have them replace the battery at no charge. Meanwhile they broke the terminal end and now there is no power to my radio and the speedometer does not work. Very disappointed and will not be back.
