Always go in for the comic books and music selection. But they really have a good cafe and drinks to wet the whistle.

I think they have some of the best coffee in town, if you get the right barista. By far the cheapest best tasting cold brews for sure, 3.80 for a large who can beat that!!😁💜

They have THE BEST coffee here, hands down. The customer service is great, theyre always sweet and patient. Their coffee makes my day, you should try a sugar free vanilla frappe. Its so, SO yummy. Sugar free but its still sweet. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🖤

I love this place, you can find all most ever book, cd, record, comic you could ever want. If you cant find it there they will order it for you and get it in as soon as they can for you and then call you when it arrives.

Coffee is delicious and the old man who took our order was great! He even told us some riddles which made our day. What a wonderful experience.

Im a big coffee fan so I tried this place out and it was so good! The coffee was fresh and the employee was very friendly! There was only one employee working and it was pretty busy, so she seemed a little stressed but she did an amazing job and my order was on point!

I really enjoy this place for many reasons.....I rent movies here, and buy. I buy cds here (yes, I still enjoy a full album and can find them here). I love the book section and coffee shop too. Its warm and comfortable! Awesome, knowledgeable servers. I love the variety of coffee drinks & creative flavors. Also, there are movie and music memorabilia for such enthusiasts. Im glad that it is in this location too. Great place for all your entertainment needs. 😊

Madison is an absolute doll!! I have had the absolute worst week, between my mom being diagnosed with Breast cancer, my dog passing away, my dad having not one, but two strokes. To say the least I am emotionally drained. Tonight I needed to go for a drive to clear my head and concentrate a little on whats to come. Somehow I ended up at the HardBack cafe where I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Madison. Let me tell you, this girl is an absolute gem in a world full of hate. Not only did she make me smile but she brought me comfort that I didnt know how badly I needed. Not to mention the drink she made me was unbelievable! By the time I left my drink was gone and I was craving another one so I stopped at Starbucks, only to be treated like complete dirt and given the worst drink I have ever tasted, so I drove back to order from Madison again. I have worked in the food industry, I have managed multiple government contracts, I have managed multi million dollar companies and I am telling you, this is someone you do not want to lose. Treat her well, she is your future!

Great place to get a coffee and snack. Nice place to pull out your laptop or favorite book and relax, while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. The employees are always really nice and are honest about how long itll take them to make your drink. They also have a drive thru which is nice.

Just moved to this area, with my main place being a 15 min drive I thought I would give it a try. Waited 10+ min at the speaker to order the guy who took my order apologized but I waited at the window a good 20 min a lady opened the window looked around and shut it again without saying a word to me I made the decision to leave without my order. 30 min wasted and unfortunately lost my business without ne trying the product Ill make the 15 min drive to my norn place.

Sometimes it does get a little busy and you may have to wait a little bit but its completely worth it. You cant make a good mixed coffee in 30 seconds cause it taste like crap. Have Andy make you one and you wont ever want to go anywhere else!!!

Used to be okay, now its a giant waste of time. Dont go to the drive through, it will take over 15 min to make two lates. Ordering inside is only slightly better with a 10 min wait and no one in front of you. Its best to not ask for anything that deviates from their menu, extra flavor shots, one less espresso shot, skinny, etc. The baristas become irate when you ask why its taking so long and when its brought to their attention that what was given to you is incorrect they will turn their back or shut the drive through door and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Save money and time and drive a little farther for Starbucks, Grounds for Coffee, or any other place that serves the same thing with better service and competent staff.

Finally...someone explained the difference between a cappacino and a frappe to me. 😁 The employees are so sweet and their carmel frappe was awesome!!

Ive alway had excellent service at the hardbck cafe in ogden utah they make the best frappes and smoothies and the employees are always happy smileing and friendly then today i learned hastings might be closeing and if they close hardback cafe closes to i dont want to see that happen they are the best i think a pation should be started to keep hardback cafe upen and just move it if hastings closes WE NEED TO SAVE HARDBACK CAFE AND HASTINGS!!!! ANDY AND SONIA AND ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT and always make sure you have good service
