The shop itself was really cute, loved the murals in there. The service was also okay, not bad at all, but not incredible. However, the one downside for this boba shop is the bubble tea itself - its not very good.For starters the flavor of the milk tea is pretty watered-down. We got the brown sugar and Taro, so your mileage may vary, but the brown sugar milk tea specifically was NOT up to par with other milk tea shops Ive been to in the past. The flavor was muted and did not really have the iconic brown sugar taste to it.Additionally, the tapioca pearls were very overcooked. They were incredibly mushy, as opposed to being firm and chewy. It was a little off-putting, and wasnt very pleasant to eat.Overall, it was a cute spot. Unfortunately at the time of visit, the product is not very good.

I came here with friends and this was my first time having a pearl drink and I had no clue what to order. The staff was so friendly and totally understanding of my confusion🤣 I got a mango drink and it was soooo good!

The anime decor is fun! This is a nice local boba shop with coffee and snacks. They do put non dairy creamer in all of their fruit teas, which I had never had before and didnt care for but Im sure you could ask them to leave it out.

This place has some cool art inside and is located along a cute little main walking street. Great place for boba, the pomegranate flavor was very tasty. The staff was friendly and it is open on Sundays, unlike many places in Utah. Id love to come back here for more boba tea someday.

Went on an off day I guess. Horrible service. Was served a milk tea slush that was completely melted with boba pearls I didnt order. Horrible attitude and service from the people that worked there. But hey, at least theres a boba place in Ogden

Came in to order two boba smoothies - last week had a great experience- however the people behind the bar making the drinks tonight literally took over 20 min for 2 smoothies and looked sooooo confused as to what they were doing. One group was ahead of us and a drink came out every 5-10 min. Someone walked in behind us ordered got her drink and left. We sat and waited and finally were presented with frozen boba in our smoothies. We suggest maybe a little more training for the employees and better customer service. Totally said with love- Respectfully!

It was very slow with a couple of kids just mosing. However, not the company’s fault. The tea was quite delicious and I’m impressed with their boba options. There is nothing else here expect tea and a very slim pickings of Japanese treats.

I love their bobas! However, customer service at the Newgate mall in Ogden, Utah was lacking when I came in at 10:30am for a boba and the employee wasn’t prepared for opening and made us wait another thirty minutes even though they supposedly opened at 10:00am. And then asking for banana in my boba the employee said they were out… literally on display on the counter was 5 whole bunches of ripe bananas. Great bobas! Questionable employee.

The bubble tea is sub par; however, it was the abrasive manager who made the experience unpleasant to the point where I nearly had to look elsewhere for a refreshing beverage.

Since this is the only place for Boba, that I know of, they try to make every drink as great as possible. If you have never tried Boba, they will try to give you a good combo for your first drink. Mine was a fruit smoothie with mixed fruit bubble tea

I went in and the only worker was hiding behind the wall on his phone for a good 10 minutes. I ordered two different bobas, the mango was disgusting and the Thai tea was mediocre. Not worth my money or time at all.

They have so many options. Inside is a great atmosphere to hang out and enjoy your boba.

Ordered a blue berry Boba milk tea. The drink tasted stale and bitter. The tea as you can see came out green. Nothing against the girl making the drinks but if I could have my money back I would.I hope yall figure out the trick to great Boba. Good luck!

I went there today and I order two large drinks then 5 people came in after me and ordered 5 drinks they got there is before we did which I thought was not right and customer even apologize to me for getting their order before we did which I told her it wasn’t her fault they were super slow and not friendly at all

Ive been getting drinks here every sunday for several months now and the drinks are absolutely amazing. The staff are usually super great about everything from the wait time to COVID safety measures. However, today as we waited in line I noticed that one of the staff who was making drinks had his mask off the entire time. For fifteen minutes he behind the wall within six feet of both his co-workers and customers. I love the drinks but not enough to put myself in that kind of unsafe situation again.

This place was great! They were a bit busy when we got there so it was a little wait, but definitely worth it. The Boba was tender and the flavors were on point. I got a coconut taro shake and my wife got a brown sugar milk tea. Best Ive had in Utah!

Literally one of the only places to get Boba! They use fresh fruit which I appreciate, with that though it takes a bit longer to make. Super friendly staff. Parking is a bit challenging.

There was no ice in the milk tea, and there was very little boba. Also, we asked for half sweet, and there was basically no sweetener. Honestly it tasted like brown water.

I frequently visit Pearl and have never had any issues. However, I went in tonight and ordered a pineapple, strawberry smoothie style with lemonade rather than milk. They informed me they were out of popping boba (no big deal I said I’d get it without any). The man taking my order didn’t read it back to me or ask if I’d like a receipt. I then get my boba and it is made with milk rather than lemonade. I take it anyways as there were a few other customers and it wasn’t that big of a deal. Upon drinking it, there doesn’t appear to be much fruit it’s just thick and majority made with ice. Really disappointed:(

Ordered the Jazmine Tea with boba. The flavor was on point but the boba was SUPER soggy and fell apart so easily. Low key gross, not worth the drive from Logan to Ogden.

Loved the fish shaped waffle like treats! Especially the red bean coconut! I forget what theyre called but I grew up eating them fresh and havent had them since I was a little kid. Therefore I was really excited to find them here!!!! Highly recommend!

The wait for the drink is well worth it. Super good and not overly sweet like some other places Ive been.

They rarely get my order right but when they do its amazing. Also they refuse to deliver or sign up with a delivery app. They have missed out on so much of my money during lockdown.

We semi-frequently drive all the way to Ogden to get our Boba Fix from this favorite place. Ive never had anything but excellent beverages from the Pearl Milk Tea Club. I highly recommend the mango smoothie with blueberry popping boba. Id give them a higher score if they had a selection of biscotti or muffins or other pastries available to purchase.

Some of the worst boba I’ve ever had.The menu has a great variety of flavors, but not every flavor is available in every type of drink.The cashier was kind, but the dude working with them was kind of belittling. Not cool in front of the customers.The fruit tea was milky and separated in like 10 minutes and the wait time was awful.

I dont go there often but I ordered a chocolate shake with strawberry boba and they put coffee boba in it and it completely ruins the texture and taste so I just threw the $6 shake away. At least my wifes (who ordered the coffee and got coffee) enjoyed hers. Cant dine so I drove all the way home and just had to be disappointed.

Truly they are the kings of boba for all of the Ogden area to enjoy. Fresh and on point very impressed. Truly a delight, you have to try the smoothies!!!

I was so confused by this place. I was the only person in the store and took 15 min to make a Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate. Apparently the barista didn’t know how to make a cappuccino? Almost left without my drink because it seemed that a simple drink order was way to difficult for them to accomplish. Literally all I asked was for a simple cappuccino.... Not from the area, maybe the concept of time and service is not like it is in a major city.Drink was bad, didn’t even finish it. Sorry I usually leave good feedback for small shops like this, but this was a very poor experience.

Its always a nice treat to stop here. I enjoy going here for first dates as its something different. Theres always unique art peices displayed and the drinks are delicious. Cant wait to go back :)

Honestly one of the worst boba places I have ever gone too poor service workers had a attitude I was so disappointed. Trremonton had way better workers told you what options you had what you could put in your drink.

Tried it for the first time--- She loved it! 👍The smell in the cafe is amazing.

First time came in was awesome with great service and drinks. Second time was a complete tune around. Staff was rude and milk tea was warm. 3rd time different staff awesome and gave great suggestions. 4th time girl with nose ring was rude and rushing us with no one behind us. Its a hit and miss for us. If it was always good easy 5 starts. No lie still going to come back because when its good its good. Just hate that we have to keep coming hoping for a good experience.

Pretty good place for our 1st time. Nice gentlemen helped me and my kids find the right flavor for each of us. Cute little place, nice to just sit and talk however that option was closed due to the virus so we where okay sitting outside getting some fresh air with our delicious bobas. Would definitely recommend and will be going back again.

The guy at the register was literally yelling at my boyfriend and I about the difference of the boba I was trying to order like he was frustrated that I wasn’t a boba enthusiast. Anyway, It was a very weird experience and I hope others don’t have the same experience. I prefer going to the mall because they’re always super kind.

I get drinks at the one in Layton almost every week when I’m working because they are genuinely addicting. The Spiced Chai milk tea is normally my poison of choice but Amya today hit me with a sweet Almond and Lavender mix that was sweet and delicious. She also gave me a Horchata one that was killer. The staff is always friendly and provide me with top notch quality service. If I had more money, I’d be in every single day

Ive been here several times before. Whether I came with friends, family, or just swung by on my way home from work, the staff were always friendly and worked fast. Had I not had my experience there today, I wouldve given this place five stars.Recently, a co-worker at my primary job recommended that I try out Postmates as a way to earn some extra money on the side. My financial situation isnt exactly the greatest, so any additional funds I can receive is greatly appreciated, hence why I jumped on her suggestion to try my hand at being a delivery driver.Today was the first time I was going to give it a go. I got in my car, and waited for an order to come in. The very first order I get is at a place I recognized, the Milk Tea shop on 25th. I was genuinely excited, albeit nervous due to having social anxiety. Doing something like this actually scares me somewhat, despite how easy and simple it sounds. I wanted to try though, to give it my best effort. But literal moments after entering the building, any excitement I had quickly faded.The employee who greeted me stood roughly around my height, Id say about 510, had black hair and wore a Utah Jazz cap. For the first minute or so, he barely said anything, just staring at me as I explained what I needed. He asked if I was wish DoorDash or Postmates, a seemingly irritated tone in his voice. After replying that this was my very first delivery for Postmates, he launched into a tirade about how awful companies like this are, how they damage small businesses, among many other things. He was very liberal in the use of profanities, yet strangely apologized to me saying he was sorry that I had to deal with beast mode (whatever that means). The entire time he kept making the order, he continued to rant about how much he despised Postmates specifically, along with all those who drove for the service. He said that I seemed like a nice guy, but despite that, continued to be incredibly rude and hostile.When the time came to pay for it, he refused to even tell me what the total was for the order, as well as not give a receipt after paying. When I informed him that I needed the total and the receipt, he said it wasnt his problem, and that I had to deal with it. For a couple of minutes, I continued asking for the information I needed, but to no avail. He continued to refuse, and told me to deal with it myself, or to give him the customers number so he could get ahold of them. There was another employee there at the time as well, though they stayed in the background and didnt get involved at all, instead laughing a bit when they found something their coworker said to be funny. Eventually, I gave up. I canceled the order and left the store, frustrated and nearly ready to give up.I understand if he doesnt like dealing with delivery services such as these, and that a business has the right to refuse service to anyone they choose... but this genuinely hurt me. The hate and vitriol he threw my way despite saying I was a nice guy was completely unwarranted. This is no way to treat someone patronizing your business, and certainly no way to treat a fellow human being. Im not sure if Ill ever come here again as a customer, though DEFINITELY not as a delivery driver.The Pokemon/Gorillaz themed mural was really cool though, props to the artist.

I love boba! My favorite flavor is taro (reminds me of buttered popcorn jelly bellies), I ordered a taro/coconut and they were out of both flavors. It gave me a chance to try something new. We ordered a rose, a peach, and lavender/vanilla, all shake style - like a creamy smoothie. The peach was delicious, made with real peaches, I think. The rose was a little perfume like, but my daughter loved it. The vanilla with the lavender cut the perfume flavor of the floral flavor and made it sweet and delicious, plus all the chewy fun boba made great, refreshing, enjoyable drinks. Hopefully we can stop here again. The milk teas looked great and they have a huge variety of flavors.

This place was amazing! The best boba in the area, I tried some in Rexburg, and Salt Lake City, but this one in Ogden, it is good and cheap, the atmosphere was nice, I wish I could experience this place fully open, next time Ill go to UT, Ill make sure to stop by!

The Boba drinks are amazing! They have a nice, relaxing vibe and a wide variety of flavors and combinations. Definitely a great place to visit and relax.There is a little room for improvement in the overall layout, spacing, and flow of the line and lounge. The menu also needs to be simplified and a little more readable. But don’t let that stop you from visiting!You’ll simply love it here.
