Went to this location today. Order 3 completely different drinks and they were out of 1-2 items to make them. Had to sit in line for no reason just to leave, the 2 carS behind me same thing. DO NOT COME TO WASHINGTON BLVD LOCATION

Beware of the addictive impossible breakfast sandwich. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the rest of my life. Wash it down with a pumpkin spice latte. I hate fall. I become weak.

Bought a Venti Caramel Macchiato and my cup its only half way full with the actual drink and a little foam almost 7 dollars for a half full drink

This place has horrible costumer service. We stood to order for 5 minutes and no one said anything to us. They all looked at us but never said anything. Then another person walked up and they helped them before us. Then I had so say something to them to be able to order and the girl that helped us gave us major attitude. I get they were busy but they could have said one second or anything to acknowledge us but no they just looked at us and said nothing.

The whole crew is awesome. It really makes my day to see people working together as a team to accomplish one goal. Day manager should be proud.

Where do I even start 🙄 I order through the mobile pickup and was told it would be ready by 3:05. 3:15 and I’m still waiting in the store while everyone talks except 1 person making the drinks. Not to mention there was about 15 flys around me. (Maybe get a fly trap?) Finally someone asks me what I’m waiting for and quickly made it. (Couldn’t have done that in the first place?) I ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. Got home and 1 of the sandwich’s had a long black hair in it 🤮 seriously? Do better! This store is only 5 mins from my house but I will be driving out of my way from now on to go to a different store because this is not the first time I’ve had horrible service here.

Sorry cannot recommend this location, Corporate People everywhere in the place, who were rude and unresponsive. Must have been at least two dozen flys in the lobby.

Well, what can I say. Im obligated to come here. I have over 5k stars from a credit card offer which I did to try out this place. Enough with the flexing. I never understood Starbucks because I didnt like overpriced drinks and food but its actually pretty good. Service is great, food is good and they have a vast array of tasty drinks. Definitely has the best vegan sausage sandwich of any fast food restaurant even though Im an omnivore. Will I come back after I run out of stars, probably not but if you want convenience, tasty food and drinks out of this world then come check it out.

Starbucks has always been typical. Typically good coffee with a standard that we have all come to know and expect. The coffee here is no exception. Good stuff good people. Great choice.

Never went to Starbucks. But, I have purchased their Frappuccino drinks from Walgreens and they are delicious.

Customer service was not so great. I stood by the register for a couple minutes and none of the employees acknowledged me. I dont like that at all. I usually walk away when this happens. I figure they dont want my service. They were busy, I understand that but they got our orders wrong and my coffee was not hot at all. This place is usually better.....maybe they were having an off day??

This is not my normal place to stop for a drink, and I was thrown off when I had to change my order because of lack of sugar free options. I ended up with a basic not flavored drink that honestly tastes like any other place.

There was a barista at the drive through with long, dark hair that was so fun - I wish I had caught her name. She reminded us of Garcia from the Netflix show Lucifer. She chatted with everyone in the car for the whole time they were setting up our order, and we left feeling totally entertained :)

I placed two separate orders, the first order tastes like the coffee wasnt made properly( my girlfriend suggested burnt) but my second order was perfect.

Me and my wife have gone here a number of times and have never gotten our order correct so after a month of trying not to go to this location my wife just went there and she ordered a pink drink and they handed it to her and it was obviously wrong so she said sorry, I order this drink a lot this doesn’t look right. They took it back. Then they went around the corner and stirred it up and brought it back… my wife was to frustrated and going to be late for work so she left with the drink that she didn’t want.. We will make sure to never come here again

It was good and delicious as usual. Got a little flustered for a few minutes when my drink order couldnt be found even though i ordered from the app via my phone ahead of time. But with that said, they hurried to find it and got it made and my panini and croissant came out hot and delicious too!

Starbucks has really fell off I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and even tried going during different times and trying different ones but lets face it yall are overcharged and low-quality I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate twice in a cheese danish and asked if it could be heated just a little more just so that a cheese would be warm what I got was a disaster my hot chocolate taste like water and my cheese danish with burnt but not warm Beans and Brew are definitely a better choice....although they dont have the cheese danishes.... Thats not even the icing on the cake I even spoke with a manager and express my concerns for my last visit he then proceeded to tell me that she would definitely make sure it was correct this time and yet failed again I guess I will keep my money in my pocket for now on

30 minutes in the drive thru is just too slow. And it happens more than it should. Dont come here if you are in a hurry.

They mess up here 2/4 times. Today we ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. They took our payment and immediately after told us they didn’t have nitro. They asked if regular cold brew was ok, we hesitantly said ok. She said she would make it a venti. They drink she handed to us did not look like a cold brew with sweet cream. Usually the sweet cream is the top layer. It was already coffee mixed with something. Didn’t taste like cold brew with sweet cream either. We will avoid this location.

Yeah way over charged, it doesnt add up one medium brown sugar shaken espresso and one medium frap with sugar free cinnamon with whip cream and it was 12.00 for 2 medium drinks, one with I think is two much ice. Two sips and its gone

Ordered a Venti Carmel Macchiato with extra Carmel drizzle. I sat in the drive thru for nearly 15 min. Once at the window, I was handed a drink without any Carmel. Handed it back to them for a correct drink.

Once again my go to. Yummy food and yummy drinks. So many to choose from

This has been my go to coffee shop the last 9 months. I love the people who work there, they have great customer service. My reasoning for giving a 2 star rating is the last 5 times I have went my order has been wrong. They have not been adding the extras that I paid extra for.And honestly if im paying $10 for my drink i expect it to be correct. Other then that this place has been great.

The Friday evening shift maroon red head Anne has an annoying drawl, a self wrapped, higher than thou tonality taking orders and snappy rude ways of answering questions. Maybe she should take a job instead in day care center where she can talk that way at the kids. Was a nice place not sure any more.

Starbucks is my favorite place! I love coffee! My number one drink is a butterscotch latte with an extra shot of coffee. I think its a seasonal drink but it was the best I had ever tried. I also love the hard gingerbread cookies they have at the check out for dipping in your coffee, really good. Enjoy your day!

I give you five stars if you would carry seasonal drinks year round like the butterscotch latte I cant wait till February and then its gone at March.. otherwise I love the lattes and macchiatos

They will consistently not hear what size you say and give you a bigger one, so you get charged for more. It has happened multiple times with different people, and the bigger the size, the more it tastes like nothing. I might as well be sipping boiled water. They are also awful with allergies: cross contamination and misreading labels. If you have any food allergies, do not go to this one.

My husband and I went here last night and ordered 2 medium hot chocolates with whip cream. We were given 2 medium hot waters with whip cream. Seriously the most watered down hot chocolate ever! Wont be coming here ever again.

Just close this location and build another. Its the worst one Weber county by far.

For some reason the coffee does not taste like a starbucks. It has a beautiful view of the mountains in Utah.

I love Starbucks coffee and food. Normally, I would recommend this restaurant, but choose another location if possible. I only go here because it’s closest on my way to work, but half the time my order is wrong or the coffee is cold so I have to fix it when I get to work or warm it up. Mind you, I get brewed coffee, cream, and maybe some sweetener-nothing complicated. Not sure why it’s just this location, but the employees sure are nice, bless their hearts.

I really like the banana bread here. I should just make some myself but it is fast quick and easy to get to the people working here are very friendly.

Highly recommend for their fast drive, quality customer service and friendly environment. My family likes Starbucks, however since Covid, the store nearest to us has temporarily closed so when we order Starbucks through Uber Eats, it is wrong 9 times out of 10. My family orders from this store several times a week. They are simple orders but they are usually wrong, how hard is it to follow the order. I know Covid has caused problems for businesses but when the quality is this bad, it is lack of caring, no quality checks. Its not that hard to train people to read the order and do it correctly. I understand mistakes happen but when my family orders it several times a week and its wrong almost every time, its just poor management and training. Id avoid this store unless you are ok with them giving you whatever they feel like making instead of what you actually order.

Everyone is always REALLY nice here, nicer than any Starbucks Ive ever been at. I dont know how anyone can be so happy at 5am in the morning, but its as refreshing as the coffee.

Went over they have drive thru blocked off but a note on door stating drive through only. States order online when you arrive, drive through drive thru for order. Hhmmm?? Tried to order online sitting in parking lot, that location would not come up on my app even when I typed in address. No one is answering phone. Lost about 10 cars just while I was sitting there. If you order online how do you get your order when no one answers phone? I work across the street so couldnt go to another location. If youre not open at all put a not stating that.

I was highly unsatisfied with the customer service I received as i ordered my drink at the box. i love Starbucks and have never had an issue with this particular one, but after my experience i’m sure to never return. whether this employee was having a bad day or not i don’t think it was right for him to act the way he did. i will say the young lady at the window was very kind... at least some of your staff has manners.

Their WiFi has YouTube blocked! They really dont want you to be there and get comfortable LOL. When Im traveling I used to love to go to Starbucks, get breakfast or lunch and relax for a bit. Their overpriced coffee isnt that great but overall it was a nice atmosphere. Things have changed, you are no longer welcome.

It says on both Google and there sign that theyre open but they must be playing hooky as there are employees in the building sitting around not doing anything, they have a vehicle blocking the drive thru and the doors locked with a sign saying drive thru only. Its been over an hour that Ive left and came back and they are still basically refusing business. Considering all of the vehicles I w as watched pull in and leave, I can just imagine the amount of business theyve lost. I really hope corporate catches wind of this.

I absolutely love going to this Starbucks at least once a week on my way to work. Even when the line is long, they are always calm and friendly and treat to like you are the only person in the line. I recently went to another location and definitely learned my lesson. There is a reason why I always go to the Ogden location. These guys are the best!

Very friendly staff, but they didnt have the coffee I tried to order initially and then were out of the coffee that they told me they had. THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD AFTER I CANCELLED MY ORDER!!!!!!! Dont get ripped off dont waste your time and get your coffee by going elsewhere

Clean, comfortable location. Seating is separated nicely so youre not stuck sitting super close to anyone. Service was great, drinks were good, food was fresh.

No matter how long and intimidating that line gets it always moves fast. Staff is friendly and always offers suggestions to try something new.

Line is always long and takes a while. Today I waited in line for over 20 minutes, this is unacceptable and they should find a better way to expedite things.

Usually a great stop in the morning. But since they opened the new one in North Ogden they took all the experienced employees and now the wait time is almost 10 minutes in the drive thru. Almost worth going out of my way to get better service

I like all the Starbucks Ive been to. They have wonderfully fattening coffees and treats. They also have lots of quick gift ideas. You can buy mugs, treats or even just a Starbucks gift card. They saved me this year for Christmas but you can get a last minute gift all year round and everyone loves wonderfully fattening stuff.

My coffees never tastes like it has coffee in it. Unless I paid more For extra shots. they should hire someone that doesnt live here that knows how to make coffee teach them how to make a cup of coffee. Still good if I wasnt expecting some type of coffee taste from a coffee shop. Trust me its not just this Starbucks. Its all over Utah. They should look into this. Or make the drinks cheaper and not advertise coffee drinks as coffee drinks instead advertise foam and sugar. Lol naw only almost that bad. Or have the ingredients to try something new.

I loved it. I had my first day, i was nervous and overwhelmed, but i had lots of help and support.

I would have a much higher rating if they let you go inside or call and place an order with the COVID-19 going on. The only take mobile orders and I asked the lady who came out how to do one and she explained nothing. Normally they have good expensive drinks but that day the line was ridiculously long and there drink and service wasnt worth waiting hours on

Dont expect employees to show up on Sunday mornings. You order ahead, pay for drink and they arent even ready to work. You will wait for at least 20 minutes. If your not open you shouldnt be able to order and pay. No apologize by employees, just excuses.

I have to give them only three stars because the food is not prepared fresh, it is frozen and put in a microwave. For the price they charge not good. Plus I would rather support my locally owned coffee shops with fresh good organic food.

I have never drank coffee, but I collect coffee grounds for gardening.This is Ogdens busiest coffee shop, they have the most grounds.The workers here are the best in Ogden. they are helpful, friendly, courteous, kind; you get the idea, the Boy Scout Oath.It is truly a pleasure to walk through the doors. Obviously the manager has truly created a great culture that Starbucks touts.The construction & neighbor has made it more difficult getting to this rare Oasis in the modern world. Overcoming these obstacles is well worth the effort. Kudos to these Gals & Guys for their work world.
