I ordered a toasted six cheese bagel and a chocolate chip cookie through the app. Both the bagel and the cookie tasted like it was three days old. The cookie was especially bad. It was only 12:30, you would think they would make sure to provide fresh food for the lunch crowd.Two stars instead of one because at least the service was quick.

I dont normally write reviews, but my husband and I had a really good experience here! The workers were fast, and very friendly. We have been to other Einstein locations and this one definitely stood out to us. The customer service was absolutely amazing here, we will definitely be coming back!!!

Service was friendly and quick. I got the Chorizo Sunrise egg sandwich, which was well constructed and very tasty. And holy cow the smoked salmon shmear is to die for.

Im not a huge fan of bagels and sandwiches restaurants but I had a coupon for 20% off so I decided to try this place out. Let me say their staff is amazing. Very friendly and they remember your name(well my dads but theyll get mine soon). I come here at least once a week now and they have great service. Their food is also good. I recommend the brisket sandwich. Come check out this place for great service and food!

I love their food. I purchased a brisket bagel sandwich, three 1 egg sandwich and a begalito and 4 drinks. It cost me almost $50.00 dollars. It surprised me the price was that high. The bagels are always amazing, and employees are always so friendly. The only thing I could say that is some what bad, is the prices. Everything else is awesome!!!

This place is great. I use them as a work tool often, grabbing a bagel box and heading out to meet up with potential clients and contractors. They have a quality delicious product and a great menu for grabbing a bite on the go as well.

This location has recently gone down in quality. The last two times we’ve been here to order sandwiches they were disgusting and barely edible, the produce used on them was not fresh or good quality at all. I probably won’t be back for a long time, not sure what happened because this place used to be good .

WOW, I forgot how much I love Bagels from Einstein Bros. I stopped in right as they where closing down and they where super nice to me, and helped me get some fresh fresh bagels! They are running a very clean store for Covid-19, Thats important to me these days.

It was ok but was expecting better but Im also spoiled with little shop of beagles in ashland oregon. Way better then fast food though.

I love this Einstein’s Bagels. Even when they are super busy they are prompt and happy. Not to mention how great the food is. This is pretty much my happy place and where I come when I’m having a bad day. Service slow!! 5 customers waiting on orders for 15 minutes and no one is being served! 6 more people came in to place orders and it was a mass of customers. Orders were made..nothing was being cooked. It was difficult to stay within 6 feet of everyone when we were all waiting for our orders.

Placed my order a couple weeks in advance. They had it ready & waiting bright & early in the morning and a little before time, too. I think everyone liked it. I barely got any of the leftovers. Emailed my receipt & billed the CC I entered online.

I love everything here! I just moved back to Utah. Einsteins has always been a favorite. I love their coffee and chocolate croissant. I will definitely be back again and again! Great selection of bagels, pastries, coffee and much more! Friendly employees and great prices!

Einstein Bagels are so good! Its always a treat to stop there. I just wish they had a few other lunch options because I dont love turkey and almost all of them have turkey. Breakfast is amazing though and served all day. Their simple bagels and shmear are unbeatable.

Great Food. I have always loved this place. Their bacon turkey avocado is to die for, but make sure if you want the pickle to make sure it is included. Several times it was not with the sandwich. The staff is super friendly, and it is not always crowded like other places.

This is probably my favorite bagel spot. Nothing better than a Spinach Bagel with Garlic & Herb cream cheese. If you ever think about stopping by and you love garlic & her, by all means...TRY IT!

My first time there, I had an avocado toast on green Chile bread. Next time I will add an egg. My son had a country breakfast in a bagel...it was awesome! Clean place, I am coming back!

Got put on hold before I could say a single word, but instead of putting me on hold they just set the phone down. I then listened to the employees talk about their personal lives for 10 minutes. I called from a different phone while still on hold and they answered right away. They literally set down the phone and forgot about me while they talked to each other...

Best bagels you will find in this area. Their coffee is good, especially when its freshly brewed. The employees have always been courteous during my visits. Best time of year for bagels is November to March. When the flies are not able to get indoors. I visit weekly throughout that time frame.

Best place for bagels. My only complaint is the price. These bagels are expensive. However, they taste great and especially when they are warm and filled with cream cheese.

Home to my favorite coffee drinks as of late! Their Small Dark Chocolate Mocha is the perfect blend of sweet and bitter. The drink is a great flavorful rebirthing of coffee beverages in my personal opinion! Definitely worth a try!

Einsteins makes the best bagels in Utah. I usually get one with plain schmear (cream cheese) or as a turkey sandwich if its lunch time. They also have good breakfast sandwiches and salads. Its good for a quick breakfast or casual lunch.This location is usually pretty good. Plenty of professional employees so the wait is rarely long and a clean store. It gets four stars instead of five because there are often times when several varieties of bagels are completely gone, while others are full to the top. After several years of operation, they should be able to figure out whats popular in this area. Also, they occasionally get small things on my order wrong (such as toasting a bagel when I want it plain or using the wrong spread).

Been here a few times. Customer service was good. Coffee was okay. The farmhouse (I think) bagel was great. Always busy but service was fast.

I always stop by before work to get a coffee, the vanilla hazelnut coffee is amazing. The staff are all wonderful and every time I get food its always tasted great. If you sign up for the (free) bagel club youll get coupons emailed to you that you can just show from your phone at the register.

This location is the best!! I bought a dozen bagels, and they were so nice to separate the sweet from the savory!! Its the worst when you go to eat your cinnamon and sugar bagel, and its been tainted by the everything bagel!!! They were quick to get me in and out, and really nice! Thanks Ladies!!! Great Bagels - we try to go here at least 2-3 times a month. Lately, we have not gone as much. They have a group that comes in, takes most of the tables and sit for a long time with just coffee. Once in a while, we have to eat in our car. Not a good experience. Bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

I feel like this place is extremely overpriced. I didnt think the food was bad, but definitely not worth what I spent in my opinion. The wife loves it! But Im not sold. That being said it was extremely busy when we went there and the staff handled the rush of customers very well.

Had a small incident a few months back where I found myself walking around at midnight without shoes. I noticed them opening and almost stepped in, but was politely asked not to. My order was taken from the doorway, my latte, delicious, and when I came back with shoes to try again, my bagel was fantastic. 10/10 service here.

This was my first time at an Einsteins bagels. This will be my last time at an Einstein Bagels. The tables were dirty and hadnt been wiped in what appeared to be forever... grime and crumbs everywhere. Then I went to get the $2.29 cup of coffee Id paid for. One coffee option was cold and the other was completely out. I looked up to the staff to see what the heck kind of operation they were running and I saw about 5 people standing around behind the counter chit-chatting and completely ignoring the customers, the upkeep and the products for sale. Im out, this place sucks.

I visit here way too often and they always act like it’s the first time they’ve seen me. My order never changes either. The eggs today will probably give me a heart attack with the amount of salt they added. Yuck!

We called to order and they forgot us on the phone for 10 minutes while we listened to other calls being picked up and orders being taken. Both the order taker and manager were not empathetic about the issue. We would be put at the end of the list and have to wait 15 minutes more. We left because of their inability to manage the situation.
