Purchased the wrong size shoe for my wife for X-Mas ( 1/2) size too big. Called to see if they could check with other stores, or order them for me. They told me no, Id have to do it myself. Haha, and people wonder why the mall/retail is loosing to online purchasing. If I go find the shoe elsewhere they loose my money, makes no sense to me.

If I have to give a -star I will... I stop there because my kids loves the brand shoes they sale, but first they dont sale 7 1/2 in men so I have to asked the same question 4 times before they told me we dont sale 71/2. After I got really mad and walked away from the store, my older son told me that he need to buy some shoes, so I give him my credit card and he went inside the store. I walked to another store and my son came back to let me know that my card didnt go through. I was confused because I knew I had enough money to spend. When I paid my merchandise my card work just fine. So I knew this people didnt want to sale those shoes to my son. My son was so dad so, I came back to the mall and give to my son my card and cash, assuming that probably it was a mistake but no! They saw my son walking in and made faces... After my son ask for the shoes they said the same thing again...the card didnt go through... And he paid in cash. This was so annoyed for as... I want to tell them that they need to stop being so trash with the costumers!! I hate this kind of person...

I went to kop some forces at 6:00pm and they close at 7 but when I got there they were already closed so please dont close an hour early

Great customer service

Cute shoes but not a lot of variety as I was told by a employee the shoes do not come in wide, nor extra wide. They were way too busy to measure my sons foot when we were there.

If I could put a 0 I would have .Bad customer service with your employee name Terisa . Makes the store look very bad to be honest makes you not want to go in there. But in the other side a young lady name Eve made me feel way more better great customer service .

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Had several issues. Got shoes for Christmas, wore them one time and they broke. Went to exchange and the girl and the counter seemed like we were making her life hard, and said she was getting off work so she wasnt going to help us and to look for a replacement. Found a pair of the same shoes and went to exchange them and the new girl helping us told me basically because who bought my shoes for me bought them on sale and now they werent on sale I had to pay the price difference. And both females behind the counter were extremely rude about it and said it was the first girls fault for not explaining the policy. Paid the difference, whatever. But from now on will be paying the extra money online to Nike directly, and will no longer buy from foot locker, even online.

Two female workers always seem high and unkempt, I asked to try shoes on, when I said they didnt fit well, they rolled their eyes and shook their heads at me... sorry I asked you to do your job...??

Purchased a pair of Nike N95 that were squeaky when I walked. They exchanged them; no questions asked.

DONT EVER HAVE SHOES ORDERED FOR YOU IF THEY DONT HAVE YOUR SIZE EITHER IF ITS TO YOUR HOUSE OR TO THE STORE ITSELF THEY SERIOUSLY CHEAP AS CAN BE (THEY SENT MY SHOES ON A TURTLE TOOK 3 WEEKS ALMOST

Its your ordinary foot locker the sales people are pretty Kool and have a nice idea of whats trending.
