Apparently they choose to employ gossips and liars who stick their noses in places that arent any of their business. Train your employees to work on themselves or get a hobby. Right Candy?

It was very messy I couldnt get up and down a lot of the aisles everything was blocking and you couldnt go up and down the aisles to look what you were looking for and all I saw was people standing there that was supposed to be working and filling the shelves out standing around BSing with themselves I will never go back to that all of the general dollar ever again The family Dollar store never to that one again

Bought alot of stuff today...customer service was on point today.Super friendly and fast

Very good on personability.. Meaning greeting customers and so forth..Terrible about letting staff sit on cellphones on front desk..Store manager needs more support she is a rounded and knowledgeable person..Store usually gets good inventory..SAFETY ISSUE IS THAT THERE TOO MUCH INVENTORY ON THE FLOOR..I would give a better rating but in as many visits.. No change

The manager was very pleasant and directed me to the right aisles.1 cashier. And the cashier was helping the customer in line to check out on how to do personal banking. Apparently she didnt have enough money in one account. The customer was using 2 cell phones to make the payment. So we waited for a while. The Line was getting long.. But I told the manager to open another register or to suspend the customers transaction and help us and she got on and helped the customers waiting in line...The store is very messy. I have never seen a manager sitting on a stool and on her phone doing phase changes. But she was nice to tell me where things whete.You need more employees at that store. The store has freight in the aisles U-boats full of merchandise.I hope I can back

This is probably the nicest and most organized Family Dollar in the Ogden area. (3531 Harrison Blvd). Staff is always welcoming and professional. The inventory is a bit sporadic, some things they tend to have an overstock of, and others they constantly run out of, but other than that, they seem to do their best to keep supplies available, even during the pandemic. The layout of the store itself is not exactly efficient which makes it difficult to practice social distancing, but aside from some of these small complaints, I will continue to patronize this location because the benefits definitely outweigh the negative and its 100% better than any of the other surrounding Family Dollar locations in this area.

This family dollar store is my go to place for digital coupons and much more. Nika is a wonderful sales associate. She definitely makes the store and shopping experience that much better.

There’s a young woman making faces when you ask for help to find an item, it looks like she doesn’t want to be there and that’s very uncomfortable! Zero costumer service!! I won’t be coming back.

Great place to get a lot of things at a reasonable price. Soft drinks, cosmetics, clothes, candy, and medical supplies are just some of the things you can get there.

Good prices on many things but the manager at this store is not great in Customer service, she’s a B*~•+!. So I go to the store on Monroe the employee’s there are very nice and helpful.

Nice store for finding great deals for things around the house, they keep it fresh too. If you get a pic for your wall or something they usually stop selling those pics each year for new ones.

It seems like when you go in employees are always standing around and nothing you really need is stocked on the shelves. If you ask they say oh if its not on the shelf instead of checking in the back. Very poor customer service.

They will give you a hard time returning or even exchange on any merchandize you accidentally bought even though you have the receipt to show for an exchange and very unprofessional customer service.
