Other than being friendly, the staff goes above and beyond to get you the best price on parts and service — and unlike most mechanic shops I’ve been to the pricing seems realistic for the work and service being preformed! No-hassle or price gauging! Will defiantly do business again!

My car sat for 6 mos. wasn’t touched ! I called and called, kept saying couldn’t find parts! I found parts many times but came up with some excuse. Took my car .Hood latch broken, battery dead, stereo not working . Had to jump it to take it somewhere else. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Dishonest and very unprofessional!

I was met with great service by Riley and Brent. They were very knowledgeable about everything and handled all communication very professionally. The mechanic Anthony took his time to explain in detail what was going on and made me feel reassured that the issues he was speaking about were legitimate. As well as doing a stellar job on the repair. Even went above and beyond to accommodate my detailed questions about everything. My car is an Audi A4 2014 and the fuel pump had gone out and Anthony had discovered that the timing chain needed to be replaced. Had I not replaced it I’d probably be Buying a new engine in the next six months. So excellent service and excellent staff. I would recommend them to anybody especially on German foreign cars!

Love these guys completely professional. They have an amazing secretary who is very smart about what they do in the shop. The shop boys are the best mechanics in Ogden and I have never used any other automobile service center since 2002.

The brake light came on in my Mini Cooper Coupe....and I took her into another place and got an estimate on a brake job. It seemed high, but what do I know. I happened to run into the wife of the mechanic at B&R while getting my Covid shot....and she told me I should go to B&R...that the mechanic owned minis and worked on them all the time. So I gave them a call. The estimate they gave was less than the other place....so I made an appointment. They got me in, got the brakes done and saved me $150 from what the other guys quoted. I was super impressed and will definitely return when I need service for either of my two Minis! Thanks B&R!!

B&R have reasonable prices and when I’ve been told I need something done to my vehicle I will always take it to Brent Beus at B&R for a second opinion. In the past I have found out that the work didn’t need to be done. They are honest and will never try to sell you repairs you don’t need. Pricing has always been fair. Best part is they guarantee their work!

They have saved me loads of money, have always been upfront with me, and have treated me with respect and integrity.

I was in purchasing a car that someone had abandoned at B&R, when I noticed that my tire on the car I drove to the shop had a screw in it and was leaking. These guys were able to fit me right in for a flat repair. Talking to the staff both technicians and front office they were friendly and competent.

These guys were great! However specific to my car they werent able to fix it. They were quick to evaluate it and even helped me set up an appointment with a place that specialized with my make and model, and didnt charge me at all! Ill definitely go back!

Yeah so they tried to tell me a window part was going to be $300.... for the part alone. Then $200 for labor. I mean I did a quick search and the part was $85 max(new). Then we asked just to raise the window.$180 in labor to get the window rolled up. Because they had to “take off a panel” man I didn’t realize it took 5 hours to do this job.What a rip off and a joke, won’t ever recommend or go here again. Should have went to my normal guy who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to roll a window up.

Mechanics were great. They got my car I. Right away and started to work. I had to follow up on an issue and they road with me so I could show them the issue so they could better understand it. They do their best to consider their customer. I will for sure return. Thanks for the respect.

I own a BMW 750 I and my wife has a 1998 Mercedes Slk. Tony is very knowledgeable, professional and honest in his pricing. He gets the job done when promised unless it is circumstances beyond his control. I am very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them to keep my cars running. Just had Tony work on the Mercedes and it runs and drives like it was a brand new car.

I was stranded when my car broke down, and they were the only ones who could get me in the same day. Anthony, who worked on my car was great, he went out of his way to do what was needed and saved me money. They even took me to my hotel to pic up my things so I wouldnt get charged for another day. Everyone was great!!!!!!

So far so good. The folks at B & R seem friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Will update post upon completion of work on my car.-- Follow up: The mechanic was very knowledgeable about my foreign vehicle. The price came in a little higher than estimated but when I questioned the price they adjusted the final bill. I would probably return my foreign vehicle to this shop but will continue to have my domestic vehicles serviced elsewhere.

I couldnt be happier with my experience with B&R. They were extremely helpful and very reasonable. They worked with me to find a solution that worked for me and my budget. They were very courteous. I would recommend them and would go back to them myself for auto body needs in a heartbeat.

I recently started working here as the Service Advisor for the repair shop. Im writing a review because I want people to hear about this shop. I have been a Service Advisor for 11 years. I have worked at other repair facilitys and have worked with a lot of technicians. I can honestly say that these mechanics are THE BEST mechanics I have ever worked with. They are intellegent, honest, dependable, trustworthy and most of all fair. They always stand by their work. Youd be missing out on an incredible shop. Had some parts installed for a power steering unit and for a throttle body. They performed the labor. The mechanic Anthony was friendly and willing to answer questions everything was installed correctly and completed fairly quickly. Price seemed a little high but it’s hard to find a good mechanic on BMW’s. They told me the cost before working on it as well so I knew what I was going to be looking at before hand.

Great customer service! I have taken 2 different vehicles here over the last 2 years to be worked on . Each time they were very thorough and friendly.

I got my head gasket repaired on my 2001 Subaru Outback and it took them over a week. When I asked them to look at my clutch since it would be accessible while the motor was out, they assured me it was fine. A few months later and my clutch Is out. Spending $500 in labor labor alone for something that wasnt checked properly.

I was stuck between the proverbial rock and hard place; half-way through a cross country road trip with a highly questionable transmission. Sandy, Neil, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get a solution in place, get me on my way, and get the car back in working order for my return home.It was a crazy situation that caused more than a little bit of trouble for all involved, but B & R took it in stride and really helped me out. They presented all the options and once I decided the course I wanted to take, they moved quickly to make it happen.Many thanks!

I had numerous cooling issues with my vehicle. I contacted B & R on short notice and they were able to get me in and work within my budget as well. I am very grateful for them they were top notch in customer service support.

I will recommend B&R to anyone who will listen. They have quality professional staff and well trained technicians. We brought them a 1988 VW Scirocco that others could not fix. They helped us engine work and electrical wiring challenges. If you have a foreign car you should take it to B&R.

We purchased a car that had a rebuilt title. We wanted to get it checked out. Come to find out, we bought a bad car and B&R auto helped us discover that. They were great and I will continue to go back!

These guys were great paid for a pre vehicle purchase inspection on a used car I was going to buy. They found a major accident that was not on the car fax. Saved me from buying a bad car. Thank you to these guys.

I took my car in cause it was sputtering like it wasnt getting gas. They were very personable and nice. After there initial fee of 60 dollars(if you got the car fixed there 85 if not) they told me all the things that they said could possible be wrong spark plugs were bad the electronic control module and a couple others totaling to be 800 or so. They wanted to replace it all. I told them to take it one step at a time they talked me into a compression test which I knew wasnt going to be an issue but allowed it. All said and done my bill was over 350 and the only thing they did was a compression test and change spark plugs. Went to a different shop to find out I really only needed to replace the fuel pump which he did for 100

Fast service, clean waiting area, fair prices, friendly staff and mechanics, whats not to like?

I was looking for an auto repair establishment that worked on Saabs. I was forced to go to Salt Lake City to the Ken Garff Saab for all my service, which is over 110,000 miles. I had a leak coming from a hose connected to a overfill radiator container. I had to call two times to get them to look for a part. I am still waiting 5 days later. I am done with them. However I did find B & R on the internet and saw some raving reviews. I cant tell how great it is to see reviews being so on point. These guys are great! I saw the way they handled other customers and were so caring and didnt push repairs that were not needed. They gave you options, but always did their research before presenting those options. These guys are a must if you have a foreign car or any car. You wont be disappointed.

These guys are amazing I work graveyards so it is super difficult to find places that work with my schedule and they did! As well as I told my tech that I knew nothing about cars and instead of making me feel stupid he explained what he was doing in a very clear manner. Lastly im use to getting treated poorly buy people here due to my appearance but they didnt care about all thats Thanks again guys you just gained a life long customer

Their tire tech is a complete jerk. When I asked him to explain why replacing the valve wouldnt fix a leak he got rude and said he couldnt help me unless I brought the tire in for the third time to be looked at. I ended up taking the tire to a different tire shop and they found the problem in two minutes.Why take my vehicles to a place that cant fix it right the first time.

Incredibly friendly people, fantastic environment

I was experiencing problems with my fuel system and they originally quoted me 30-60 to diagnose it. They called to tell me what was wrong and way over priced me on everything. Told me the total for just the diagnosis was 159 dollars.....I told her I was quoted 30-60 and she said okay youre new total is 65, then when I got there it was 78! When you say a price you stick to it! I asked her what the extra charges were for and she said for the rags and program they use to diagnose it..!??!

Brent at B&R is amazing kept me informed my car looked great found another issue that was due to the wreck called him he ordered the parts contacted the insurance and is taking care of the problem would go back if the need ever comes up again

They got right to retesting my car for my Safety & Emissions. They found a bad blinker lightbulb, and replaced it for free.

These guys specialize in preventative analysis in which they do excel, but its been my experience that this is not the best place for actual repair.
