We were very happy with the service we got at Kwik Lube on 2nd St in Ogden. The customer service was top notch. And they were done very quickly. Weve been going there for about 5 years now and will continue to do so.

I am surprised and impressed with the attitudes and integrity of those that work here. This summer has been a very hot one and today was no different. These kind people had been working all day in the heat with hot cars and were all still very friendly, helpful and upbeat.Josh helped me today and deserves special mention. The place was very busy and I did not see one person not stepping up and trying help each customer. I was in and out for an oil change and emissions in 45 minutes and there were four car ahead of me. Great experience would recommend.

I went for an emissions test on my lunch break around 12pm and while there were a few cars in front of me, it wasnt too busy. Staff were very engaging and friendly- they asked right away how they could help, and many others checked later to make sure I had been helped. The emissions test went quickly and they were efficient in getting my registration renewed and sending me on my way, I was there for about 30 minutes. Overall great experience, very nice people and great help.

These guys are so sweet I will definitely be coming back here from now on. They got me in and out with no trouble and I was able to get my registration renewed within a half hour and get on the road again. Definitely go here these guys rock!

This place is so great! Im used to being treated less-than at other shops. I had my 8 year old with me when I came in to get my emissions done. We were instantly greeted before even getting out of the vehicle. Although they got busy pretty quickly, they were still very fast. The manager is fantastic!! He made conversation with not only me but my child as well. Everyone was super friendly and were constantly making sure everyone in the store had been helped already. Services were explained in ways I could understand and prices were also mentioned before doing anything to my vehicle. I will continue to bring my car in for any needs I may have. Highly highly recommended!

I had my emissions testing and on the spot renewal done here today. They took less than 30 minutes and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The waiting room was packed and I still made it on and out of there faster than any other business. I will definitely be returning!

Josh and Luis were very busy the afternoon I came in but they got my car into the bay for an oil change quickly. Seeing how busy they were, I figured they might just do the change as fast as possible and get to their other customers. However, Luis not only changed the oil but checked all the fluids. They came to me with some recommendations and displayed excellent customer service (not pushy or condescending) as they helped maintain my car.

Went to the location on 2nd street in Ogden Utah. I was greeted before my car was in park, they immediately took my car into the garage with no wait. The manager came to talk to me about what oil my car would need and the pricing. He answered all the questions I had understanding that I was not very knowledgeable about my own car. Within 20 minutes they brought out my car vacuumed and glass looking immaculate. I stopped in for an oil change and felt like they went above and beyond to take care of my car for a good price. I have been coming to this location for years feeling like they have always taken care of me but the new manager I met for the first time today really went above and beyond!!

These guys have a great knowledge base! Quick service and friendly folks! Theyre even great with my diesel. They keep a large stock of filters for a variety of vehicles. Even if they dont have the filter for it, they will have it in their hands within 15 minutes. Best lube spot in town!

Pulled up for my emission, no one around. Attended came out and asked to pull to second bay. I pulled into the stall as I have done at other mechanics shops and the girl came up to tell me she will probably get in trouble for me pulling in the bay. At this time my instincts said to leave but I walk inside. Large, loud gentleman asks what he could help with. I said, I need emissions completed and he proceeds to scold me, in front of other customers, for pulling into the bay. At this point, I say thank you and I will take my business elsewhere. Never been to this location before and highly unlikely I will ever go there again. Very unprofessional and I feel bad for employees as obviously this guy is hard to work with.

We like to support small businesses; so this is why we took our vehicles to Kwik Lube for state emissions and registration. They were Kwik with the service; but we were concerned about their lack of cleanliness (covers for drivers seat, wiping down high use surfaces & we saw no sanitizer.) Not all employees wore masks and the very small waiting room became crowded--no safe distancing. Its a good thing the two of us were wearing masks and have been vaccinated.We may go back, but its doubtful!Sorry about the unfavorable review.😟

Friendly and amazing staff! Wyatt, Bob, Luis, and Ty worked on both my mom and Is cars in an hour and I even had a friendly chat with 3 of them about the video game character on my keychain. Didnt up-sell me anything and even caught something on my receipt that needed to be refunded before I even noticed. Great service. 10/10 would come again 👌🏻

Absolutely terrible! I went here to get a simple emissions test done after getting some work done at the dealer. The dealer installed a new overlay wiring harness for an electrical module (there was a service bulletin for this repair) and the mechanics here told me that they could not pass it because it looked like it was aftermarket?? I told them the dealer did it and I even had receipts to prove that it is a factory part. They then told me to they could not communicate through my obd2 port and said that it looked tampered with. (This is a completely stock truck) I took my truck to the dealership and told them about the issues and what do you know they passed it first try. Will never take a vehicle here again. terrible customer service and uneducated, unfriendly mechanics. I feel robbed and like I wasted my time. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Nothing but good to say about Kwik lube. Always take care of me, great price for a 15qt full synthetic diesel oil change . Recently had them do a full service on my truck and it didnt break the bank.

I recently went there to get my emissions done. I paid $30 for the service. I was told I failed due to the tuner that was present in the truck. I waited 50 minutes for this information when it was obvious the moment they got in the truck. I went to a neighboring shop and was told that the Edge tuner was legal not just in Weber County but in all 50 states. I guess they got me for $30 and an hour of my time!

They used synthetic oil at a higher cost with out asking me. Also, it says on the paperwork that they vacuumed the car. Nothing was vacuumed. It makes me wonder what else they forgot to do. We wont be going there again.

Not only is this place close to my house, the guys here are always so nice and amazing to work with. Juan in particular went out of his way to help me when my Geo Metro failed emissions for the second time. He offered me advice on what I should do and even offered to help me with it if I needed which really made my day. He didnt have to help me at all past the emissions test but he did and I really appreciated it. I dont normally leave reviews but I was just to taken aback by his willingness to help that I thought I would share my experience with this awesome place. :)

Rudest men in ogden.Came in for a saftey and emmissions and was questioned by 2 different workers as to why I needed saftey. I was told by the state I needed it done in order to get my title. The man argued with me then told me to take it somewhere else. I have never been treated with such disrespect and cruelty in my life. Over asking for a saftey test..

Unprofessional and extreamly rude.I went in to get my emmissions and saftey done so I could get my title and registration. I was told by the dmv to get them done. Since my car was recently in an accident and I just moved here from out of state.All the men wanted to do is question me and tell me I didnt need a saftey test. When I insisted that the state wants it. And will they just do it.Instead of just doin the tests the guy wanted to keep arguing with me. When I got tired if being treated like Im dumb I blew up.I was told to take my business somewhere else. And I did. I will never spend 1 dime in that business. I took off work early to get this done and this is how I was treated. I had to scramble to find another place.

We have been loyal customers for 5 plus years. We have never had any problems before. Today took in 1 of 6 vehicles we take in for the oil change. It uses syntheric last time I paíd I believe around $80 today was over $100. Then they refused my coupon which is on their website. And I have always used. All the lady said was. They should have been deleted at the beginning of January and were not, and walked out of office. They would not honor the coupon. Not event an apology. Wasnt so much the coupon it was the more the attitude the lady gave. After 5 years plus of being loyal customers, we will now find somewhere else to go.UPDATE:The new manager Juan called. Hr apologized on behalf of owner and said all coupons will be honored. And the lady will not be there. With that we will continúe our business there. Thank you Kwik Lube

This place is great! Was quick! Everyone was very polite and friendly.

My wife went in for a routine oil change. The attendant asked her if she wanted to use synthetic oil to which she replied that she did not. When the service concluded the attendant charged her $80 for synthetic and told her the car requires synthetic oil, WHICH IT DOES NOT. I have five vehicles in my driveway that I have faithfully taken to this business. But I will no longer support a business that takes advantage of women like this. Avoid this place!

I took my Buick in there today to have it serviced.I’m not sure if they put in synthetic oil or regular oil that car should have synthetic.When I questioned them about it they thought it had the synthetic but the price reflected regular oil and the sticker in the window reflects regular oil which doesn’t get as many miles as synthetic oil.They were very unprofessional they did not vacuum the car they did not clean the windows they did not even check the air filter.I have been here before and they did a great Job but this time it was terrible not sure if I’ll be back or not

Did not attach my front skid plate properly after an oil change. I had all of fun of having it come off on the freeway and having to get on the ground in 90 degree weather to troubleshoot on the side of the road. So far I have waited over a month for them to replace the bolts. This has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with any business.

Went in for an inspection on my UTV ran into issues with their computer, Cody and Juan figured it out and took care of me. Will be back and will refer my friends on the mountain and all around town. Its so refreshing to have problem solvers take care of things!

I was in and out for an emissions test in about 30 minutes and they were way busy. I was beyond impressed. Jiffy Lube told me it would be 1.5 hours and they had an open bay with no cars in front of me. Thanks for the great service!

Steve and Frank were both working and they seemed very professional, on top of what they were doing, quick and efficient. These guys are awesome. They got me right in late on a Friday afternoon. They did more than just an oil change by actually checking all of the fluids on my big box work truck. I’ve taken my truck to other places for a lube oil and filter and only got a basic oil change. If these guys hadn’t been diligent and knowledgeable they would never have found that my rear differential was dangerously low. They filled it back to where it should be and I was on my way in no time.
