Straightline is the only place I will go. I was nervous to use a body shop for my BMW as its not a cheap car and turning it in with damage would have cost me thousands. I am so happy with the result and the cost was less than I expected. If you need any body work done this is your place!!

Straight line was awesome!! I really hate dealing with anything that has to do for my car and I was dealing with my particular problem for weeks. As soon as I walked in (they take walk-ins!!!) I felt taken care of. They literally took care of everything for me. I went from stress level 10 to a solid 0. The customer service I received honestly was unlike any other. I truly felt like they cared about me and my problem. Not only did they fix my car, but they dealt with the insurance companies/the people the banged my car up. They also took care of my car rental and even drove me to pick it up. Seriously the best low stress experience I’ve ever had with dealing with my car. I couldn’t be more impressed. My car looks great, and it was done very quickly. 11/10 recommend straightline!!

Came in for a quote in November of 2020. Was quoted $1300 total by Ryan for getting rid of all my scratches and dents and to have it sprayed with their lifetime coat of ceramic pro and have a spoiler attached. I came back the following year in February and spoke with Ryan about his previous quote. He tried to back out of it and I had to go back and forth with him.The lifetime coat of ceramic pro normally cost $2000 or more so he quoted me quite a discount.Long story short I came back again a month later and we finally settled on having the work done to my car. Fixing my paints scratches, my cars dents, plunging and sanding my front license plate holes, spraying it with ceramic pro on the entire car including windows and wheels, installing a spoiler, weather shields around my windows and putting in a new headlight assembly. The price we had agreed upon for the THIRD TIME was a little over $1500 and he said if I paid Venmo then it would come down around $1450. So I agreed came back after the work was done and boom they said o yeah that $1500 price didn’t include the weather shield and spoiler. I payed the extra amount at the time because I didn’t want to argue with them and they had the keys to my car. I told Ben that there was a price discrepancy and he said if Ryan had quoted me less he would stand by that quote and pay me back the $200. So I come back the next few days and weeks to try and get this resolved. Ben is absent throughout the whole process even though I tried to speak directly to him many times, seeing how he’s the owner. Ryan finally wrote me a check for the $200, then later that day Heather called me wanting the check back so she could give me a smaller check. When I had come back in the end after explaining to Heather the original amount agreed upon she let me keep the check. And lastly when I took my car in the second time so they could complete their work I showed Ryan a front bumper scratch I had made the day after they sprayed with ceramic and he said while they were fixing my dents and spraying my wheels with ceramic they would touch that up for me. Of course when I come back that wasn’t done. And the cherry on top I come back to pickup my original headlights and ask about the touch up on my front bumper scratch and plugging my front license plate holes and Ben said he fires me as a customer. What a joke.Let’s take a look at their work. I had to come back after they had my car for 3 days which cost me a lot of money in lost income not being able to work sense I do DoorDash, and give them another half day because they didn’t do the dents or spray the wheels with ceramic. On top of that the weather strip on my drivers window (which I roll down often for work as I pickup food) prevents my window from rolling up all the way. There also is a scraping noise when I roll my windows up and down and marks are being left on my window after they sprayed ceramic pro on it. They also didn’t remove the scratches under the door handles which they said they would do from the very beginning. It’s one of the main things I mentioned to Ryan that I wanted fixed and he said they would do it. To my surprise they said they couldn’t get their wet sanders down there and they would have had to remove the door or parts of the door to gain access to below the handle so they just left it with its scratches. The new headlights were put in but they didn’t even adjust the beams so they basically light the road 5ft in front of my vehicle. The original headlights they probably would have kept as well if I didn’t ask for them. When I got my keys and drove home I was expecting to find them in the trunk or something seeing how they’re mine but I had to ask for them back.The biggest problem I have is their lack of professionalism, and integrity. Give out quotes you can do. Stand by them. Do the work you say your gonna do. If you can’t do something just give the customer disclosure. What a giant headache it was to do business with them, and now both parties are left unhappy. I hope no ones has to go through a similar experience.

I went to Straightline Auto for rock chip repair. I have had my car for just over 1 year. I took my car in and they said they could fix it as well as coat it with CeramicPro. They sold me on the CeramicPro coating and we scheduled my car. They said they would need my car 3 days. I dropped my car off on Monday, May 17, 2021. On the third day, Wednesday May 19, I did not hear from Straightline Auto. I called them after business hours. Ben, the owner, answered and said they needed another day. I replied that was fine. On Thursday, May 20, I called them and told them there was no rush and if they simply wanted to keep my car until Friday they could. They opted to keep my car until Friday. When I picked up my car on Friday, May 21, the rock chips were not repaired and they CeramicPro coated over dirty paint all over my car. When I brought up the issues of coating over dirty paint the owner, Benjamin Lucero, told me their process was perfect and started to call me names acting unprofessionally. It was at this point I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and I will follow up with all the appropriate social media sites to hopefully keep someone else from being treated like dirt and not getting what they paid for. Also, the owner, Ben, told me he took my car for a burn which means he drove it. They left my interior with dirty boot prints and dirt all over the driver side. These issues are still unresolved. I have pictures and video of everything. As a person in this market, Benjamin Lucero does not know the difference between a consumer and a customer.

Just had my Jeep fixed was pretty banged up from a dog these guys did an awesome job can’t tell it ever happened they were extremely helpful in talking with the insurance for me they handled everything all I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up they did the rest it was awesome not having to deal with the insurance they also checked in giving me updates as they did the work and they also followed up after I got the Jeep back to make sure I was happy I’d definitely recommend them and go back myself

After the car wash damaged the paint on my front bumper I took it to straight line to be repaired. Ben was awesome to work with. His price was cheaper than other body shops and the work was flawless. The guys at straightline auto body did an awsome job repairing my cars mirror when someone hit it made the whole process easy and in a very timely fashion would recomend these guys for any auto body repairs you need!

I would say you get what you pay for but in this case we paid much more than what we got. About $540 more for extended rental that they did not notify the insurance about after they said they would. Weve been attempting to get it for four months now. I am tired of the You got it messages and emojis telling me they are working on it.I tried to pick up the truck four times, over ten days, when they said it would be done in four. It was never ready. They never called to tell me. Each time, I was either calling them or at the shop to pick it up when they told me it wasnt ready. When I finally picked it up the hood was more crooked than the body shop. Twice I asked them to straighten it, twice they failed. I finally said I would do it myself. The stock white paint matched and the minor dents were fixed but anyone could have done the work and saved me the problems we are having. I am finding out we are not the only ones having issues. I have heard several times They are nice guys but I wont go back. It is true. They are nice guys but the business sense is lacking.

If you are look for professional people, awesome customer service and the best damn auto body work, then this is the place you are looking for.

I took my car here to have my bumper fixed, as per the Subaru dealerships recomendation. They did the least amount of work possible to fix it and charged me $250. It held together for about 5 months, I went through a nicer car was and when the water sprayed up it came right off in the exact same spot.I took it back to Straightline and they immediately tried to blame me and said that they can see pressure cracks and damage on the bumper. That was all there when I took it in the first place and why I brought it in initially. He then said it would cost an additional $800 to Fix it right but no one ever told me that the first time. I never would have paid for a $250 band aid, that was just going to break again.

I have a 2014 Black truck and it had scratches from trees and was already just starting to look faded and old. Black is so good looking until it starts to age. Ben told me about a product called X-Kote, he said that it would make it look like new again. I thought about it for a day and decided to give it a go. He was right! he pulled my tuck out of his shop and it looked like it came off the showroom floor. Im super impressed. Thanks Ben

We are an active duty military family new to Utah. We needed an auto body shop and after searching around decided Straight Line would be a good fit for repairs for our vehicle.We called and spoke with the shop owner and explained the sitautation before hand, to see if he thought they could help! He assured us and we made an appointment to bring our vehicle into the shop! When dropping off our vechile all was fine- super friendly staff, no problems at all!Little did we know how wrong things would go....The owner of this shop lacks complete respect for his customers and self control for that matter.We had good faith in this company but after picking up our vechile this evening from their shop, we were highly disappointed in the manner that was displayed. The cops showed up due to the aggressive behavior of the shop owner. He was completely out of control. I have never heard so much profanity come out of one persons mouth, paired with extremely aggressive actions...The communication this shop held with us as their customer was absolutely lacking! This shop drove my vehicle around Ogden, on destroyed tires even after the insurance and us as their customer requested them not to do so. The insurance company was being told one thing from the owner of this shop and he was doing another. Completely untrustworthy. It is dishearting to realize that a company doesnt take the request of their customers seriously- and in return isnt honest about it.After I rendered 240$ worth of payment and asked for a walk around of the vehicle to see what they had fixed- they declined and told me to read the inspection report that were taken... mind you these reports were taken the day they received the vechile and no repairs had been done yet....they also denied us a detailed invoice or receipt of the services or repairs that had been to the vehicle.This shop owner completely belittled us as his customers- as he was mad that he made no money off this deal.The shop owner called us names that were unbelievable. I truly dont understand why all of this aggression was on display.Its one thing to be upset and voice your concerns to your customer on the sistuation at hand- but its another thing to insult them, threaten them and completely fly off your handle. It was an extremely sad situation. All we were looking for was honest, open communication. The fact that this shop can provide no paper trail for us as their customer, on the repairs that where made on the vehicle is extremely alarming!! I requested this info 2 times and was denied both times. I asked for a copy of the repair paperwork for my car was told we cant give that to you.There should absolutely be no problem to provide these documents or a proper receipt in that manner if all was taken care of.... right??Def didnt add up.In the end we will never use this shop again- our lesson has been learned.

Young subaru brought my car here. 2015 wrx limitedi was told that i would get a professional touch up for the car that they neglected and scratched.it was done is a day. got it back and the job was not as good as i thought it would be.all they did was clean the whole car and and touched it up.all the touch up are over lapping the original paint not even buffed to even it out. and they touched up some very unnecessary spots. one pot has bubble on their touch up.i specifically told subaru that make sure that i only wanted to get that one spot done correctly. but they offered to do the whole car. but the job was not done right in any way.i wouldnt recommend this shop.
