Got rear ended and went to Beckstroms for repairs. They made it so easy. Got me a rental car. Worked with the other persons insurance and kept me informed. Went above and beyond to make this experience as painless as possible. Repairs look great!

If youre needing anytype of bodywork done to any of your vehicles Beckstrom 2nd Street is where you want to go! When I pulled in, I was meet by Marshal. He gave me a complete detailed break down description of the process of the repair needed to my vehicle. Immediately I knew Marshal had some life long experience in the bodywork industry. I then went to several other shops for bids, but was impressed with Beckstrom, because of all of the detailed information that I received from Marshal at Beckstroms I took my vehicle there. Once my appointment was set, I received a text each time my car progressed through the process of getting repaired. They even put a shine to my headlights without me asking, they simply saw they were faded and got to it! Leaving them with a clearer shine. It wasnt just one individual at Beckstrom, the customer care was clearly a team effort from everyone there. My car looks awesome paint was blended perfectly. They even lined up and delegated a quality company to take care of some appostery work while my car was there. Thanks for all of your help and customer care you truly veiwed me as a valued customer!

This shop should be avoided at all costs!!! My daughter needed her car repaired due to an accident, and they were 3 weeks later then estimated. The front bumper was bent and rather then replace it they pushed it in and just re-secured it, and to top it off when she got it back now the radio doesn’t work. They did have us bring it in twice but said they didn’t see anything they did wrong so now we’re taking it to the dealer to have them fix it for us. I’d gladly pay more to go to another shop that’s on time and gives the car back with everything functioning as it was before it goes in. Allstate has been notified to take them off their list for preferred shops for repairs.

Beckstrom was awesome and super easy to work with! Weve referred some other friends there as well now. They went above and beyond as far as communication, and they got our car fixed ahead of schedule. I seriously cant say enough positive things about this place. Hopefully well be accident free for a while, but if something comes up, well be back!

They fixed alot of things lol we were in an accident and our insurance chose them. Which was a great simple experience to say the least.Our whole front got pushed in and it literally looks just like it was. The receptionist sent me an update every week. And made pick up super simple as well. Would definitely recommend.

Under promise and Over deliver comes to mind with my experience at Beckstrom. It was a check in Wednesday get the car back Friday situation, which was totally fine with me. But, I had the car back on Wednesday instead, same-day service. They did a great job and even threw in a quick unrelated fix to the car for free. Great place to get great service. Amazing service!! Had an issue with my front bumper, Mason gave me an estimate that day with options how to fox it.Took it in, they fixed the problem in 30 mins and saved my day!Extremely focused on customer service and making sure the job is done right, with amazing care.Have already recommended them to everyone! Got a dent in my hood from the crazy wind about a month ago. Spoke to my insurance and they opened a claim. I wanted to use one of their trusted body shops, so I chose Beckstrom and got my car in asap. They were so amazing and helpful. I know with this weather, and covid, they probably have a lot of work and are short staffed due to restrictions but they finished so quick. 2nd time Ive had to go to this shop on 2 different cars. Both times theyve done exceptional body work on my cars. This time they had to deal with me while I was upset. They did everything they could to get my car back to me fixed and completely at the cost of the insurance and dealership. My car left not running and wrecked. I received my car back in its like new brand new condition. Marshall and Sydney were awesome in handling the situation with my car!

Mason at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The shop does top tier work. It was a great surprise compared to most auto body experiences I’ve had. I’m telling everybody about them. Worth your time to at least call these guys. Mason, you rock!

THE BEST place to take your car. Their work is stellar and their customer service cant be beat! They took great care of me and my car. I could tell they had my back. My car looks PERFECT.Also I came in to see if they could help me with something hanging from the bottom of my car (a couple months later and unrelated to the first visit) and they didnt hesitate to help me out. I know cars can be tricky and beckstrom did fix my truck right, but they are bad at giving quotes. After it was finished they tried to charge me triple what the original estimate was without telling me. Very unprofessional, don’t always take the low quote 👎

I took my car in for new tires and an alignment. They are very professional, fast, reasonably priced, and most importantly, honest. There are too many shops that will take advantage of people, so this was a huge plus for me. I highly recommend them for all of your body shop needs and will be continue to take my vehicles to them.

My son took a rattle can of paint to our new car, they made it look like new again and made sure they got all the over spray off the entire vehicle. Looks great!

That situation in general is very frustrating and sometimes having your car in a shop can be a stressful experience. These folks did a great job and made our 2014 Pathfinder look brand new! Fixed a crease/dent and buffed the headlights as well as applying 5 coats of a new clear coat in a timely manner. They also took care of the pricing after finding out Im a military retiree. These folks have earned my trust!

I really trust Beckstroms. They bought parts I needed without having to look at my car first. Then I took my car in to get fixed. I ended up not needing one of the parts and they called me telling me that. They easily couldve just used the parts and charged me for it. I really appreciate their honesty and will be using these guys again in the future!!

I dont write many reviews, but felt compelled to write one for Beckstrom-North. Hands-down this is the best body shop I have ever worked with. From the moment I brought in my vehicle for the insurance inspection to the moment I picked up the repair they went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. They genuinely want to help you and ensure you get a hassle-free quality repair on your vehicle. My repair was a small fender bender to the rear bumper and some scratches on the rear end and it now looks perfect.

I must say from day one when I first went to get an appraisal, I felt that this group of people felt great sense of pride in the type of work that they do. They were very friendly and helpful, they certainly have not forgotten who keeps them in business. I drove by there after they had closed for the day and felt piece of mind knowing that they had put my car away in their shop instead of leaving it out on the parking lot. The team worked their magic a 2nd time! Paint and finish are first class, looks custom! I was walked thru the specialized compounds they used and low-stress grit blast techniques they used to ensure no warping or deep cavities would be created in the sheet metal roof. The truck has a sun roof and they managed to work around it somehow! Very satisfied with workmanship and timeliness of the repair! So, where is the 10 star button??

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and REPAIR!I took my vehicle into Beckstrom s and I noticed two things: 1) Customer Service was amazing. Follow through and keeping me up to date on the status of the repair, and 2) the workmanship was top notch.

I normally dont take the time to write reviews, but Marshall and his team definitely earned my trust! They offered me a ride to and from my residence while they took care of the repairs. Which were expertly addressed, the color matching was what I was most worried about. However the color matches perfectly, it looks factory new again!They went above and beyond by also buffing the majority of my clear coat scratches around the truck at no extra charge. Its a relief that there are still businesses who exercise utmost professionalism and really prioritize attention to detail. I highly reccomend this shop!

Our experience with Beckstrom (Lincoln location) has been rough.Car was towed to their repair shop Nov 12th 2019. As of today, January 25th, 2020 we still do not have our car back.Everything seems fishy and still dont feel like we have recieved honest communication. Between the insurnace adjustor and folks at Beckstrom we are not sure whos being honest. It should not have taken this amount of time to fix our car. But, we continue to wait patiently hoping to get our car back soon!

I wrecked my car on a Thursday, within 30 minutes they had a tow truck there to pick it up and take it to Beckstrom North. I was so impressed with how quickly and efficiently my car was repaired!! Marshal was so professional and just took right over and had everything worked out with my insurance. He took a very stressful situation and solved it all for me. I am so thankful and impressed for this shop. I had a crack in the fiberglass on my toy hauler. I took it into Beckstrom Auto Body and I can’t even see where the crack was. They did a great job. Very impressed.

I always fear going to a body shop, because car repairs are so freakin expensive these days. After being greeted by Jeff (I think hes the manager) he put my fears at ease. He explained my repairs to me in a way I could understand and when he told me the cost; I was more than pleasantly surprised! I want Beckstrom Bodyshop North to know I am a very loyal customer and Im sure we will be doing business again in the future! If you need a bodyshop; I highly recommend this one!
