I was traveling through Utah to Missouri and had a deer commit suicide by running into my Landcruiser. Tad and the Ken Garff, Ogden, crew were helpful to me in every way even though much of their assistance wasnt required. They have not forgotten what professionalism and service is. I highly recommend them.

Their completion date estimates appear randomly made up and it seems they have no intention of keeping their promised completion dates. You’ll receive one apology after another as to why the sixth and seventh due dates can’t be met and then they’ll smile and give you an 8th completion date.Two stars instead of one because they are very nice while they give you fake completion dates. I can’t speak to the quality of their work yet because we still don’t have the car back.

Fantastic Service! I could not be more please with the level of service I received after taking my truck in after a crazy driver swerved in front of my and slammed on her brakes causing me to slam into her. After Ken Gaffs mechanics were done with my truck, you couldnt even tell there was ever any damage.I worked with an adjuster named Justin who was great at communicating any issues, and personally ensured my truck was done quickly! Thanks for taking care of me!

My insurance sent me to this location to get my car looked at, the guy literally took a picture of my car and gave me a quote on what he thought was wrong with it.He didnt take it into the shop to check anything on my car. Turns out he was way off there wasnt anything wrong with my suspension. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !

Saturday Aug 8th I brought my Ridgeline in after it was hit on the front right rim area. My Ridgeline was ready to pick up on Aug 21st. The 11 days they were working on it Breana kept in constant contact with me. I am a stickler when it comes to service and Breana went above and beyond that expectation. I was worried after reading some reviews on here but there is NO justification in my book after receiving such top notch service. Thanks again Breana, awesome job!!!

If you need to choose a place and your accident might involve engine work go elsewhere. Apparently they dont have a mechanic. There words not mine. Maybe bring your jumper cables when picking up your car also in case someone from that shop left the inside lights on. Also your car is not in the most secure place they dont even lock there gates at night and have little lighting. I could go on and on. Also dont be concerned when they forget to ground something as big as the item shown in the picture. Choose some were else.

I’ve taken two vehicles to this place because my insurance recommended them. The first experience they did a horrible paint job which I made them fix along with very obvious paint splatters on the black trim of the grill. The second vehicle they “lost” an after market part for my Jeep tailgate and my bumper. They tried over charging me 3 times, we finally agreed on a price, I paid them they turned right around and charged my insurance a huge supplemental bill for absolutely nothing...which is being investigated right now. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER HAVE A VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE EVER AGAIN.

I was rear-ended at the end of February and scheduled to have my back bumper fixed with ken garff about ten days later. Waiting that long was fine because my car was running perfectly anyways so it wasn’t a huge deal. I pick my car up from them a week after I dropped it off and the bumper looks great, what wasn’t great was that I no longer had a running car. I tried to drive it home and I couldn’t get my vehicle to go faster than 25mph. They won’t take any responsibility for my car not working and are saying it’s just a bad “coincidence.”

Daughter had a fender bender. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and we were completely satisfied. Great customer service with their manager. She is awesome.

The work was great and my car looks fabulous. It did take forever to get my car back.

They worked with the insurance company covering the repair on my vehicle to keep repairs and cost at a bare minimum which led to sub-par workmanship. They also took over 2 1/2 months to finish the work. My truck has never has been the same since the accident, and they contributed to that by doing everything they could to do as little as possible.

They do a very good job and do not leave the customer hanging. From the time they were notified, Allstate notified and approved and the part ordered and delivered and and fixed was a total of 7 days. 😊

Working with these guys.... was a blessing! Roy kept me informed everyday on the process of my vehicle. He listened to me on what I wanted looked at and what needed to be done. He walked out and climbed under my vehicle with me to show me all the parts that were replaced. Also cory kicked butt on the repair! We were incredibly impressed with how well it blended and how nice it looked! Thanks guys for never disappointing!

If you want to manage the repair of your vehicle and play middle person between them and your insurance company. This is your place. If you want the repair done right the first time then go to John Chevalier Collision Centerz. It is right up the road. If you want to see why read further.I have a 2018 Ram 1500 that was involved in a minor accident that required the rear bumper to be replaced. I had the estimate done at their shop. Three days later there was no communication between them and me in regards to when I need to drop the truck off for the repair. I called to determine the status of the estimate and they said they were waiting on the insurance company. I called the insurance company and they sent over the approval during the call. It appears they were not doing a very good job of communicating with anyone for this repair.I told them that I would be on vacation for a week if they could do the repair during that time and they said no problem. This was the second week of June. I dropped the truck off prior to leaving and did not hear from the entire week I was gone. I called them when I got back and they said the work was not done because they were waiting for an adjustment approval from the insurance company. I called and once again they had the adjustment sent to them.Because of all of this I now had to get a rental car. The work was said to be completed the following Thursday. I still did not hear anything from them the entire week. I called them that Thursday to determine the status and they said it had been done for a day and a half. I told them that I never received a call about it being ready. When I went to get the truck I looked over the repair and the bumper they fixed was damaged and a cover for the step on the bumper was missing. This could have been a manufacturer defect, but that is not my concern. I told them I was not accepting the truck in that condition.They told me that they would have to order another bumper and see what it looks like. This is going on week three. I told them to do what they needed to do to get the truck back to the way it was when I bought it. They finally had the truck finished the following Wednesday. This repair took over three weeks to be completed.

I am very impressed with KenGarff Bodyshop. I brought my 2020 Veloster N (performance blue) for an insurance claim mostly to do with paint. Performance blue is a VERY hard color to get right. They did an unbelievable job making my car look brand new again as it only had 3200 miles when I brought it in. Briana was very very helpful and answered all my questions and followed up. We took our Honda here after hitting a deer. They made the car look just like before. After a few months, the A/C kept cutting out. We took the car to another Honda dealer and they discovered that the fan pigtail was not re-connected following repairs. Im still giving 5 stars because we took the bill to Ken Garff and they refunded that amount an apologized for the mistake.

They fixed our door after an accident. The door looks good but it whistles now. Took it back in but still whistles.

I personaly give NO stars!! Your people ( Guys) are stuck up people and when you take in something to be Recalled they Do Not Fix it!!

It will not let me do half stars, or it would 4.5 the body work i think is superb, they had a communication problem, however to be fair it was over the christmas holiday and a weekend. But i think there could have been better communication.

This body shop definitely lives up to its awesome one star reviews it has! As well as what people have to say! I truely don’t recommend this untrustworthy shop to anyone! Unless of course you want to be the one having to call to get updates on your vehicle or get lied too! Took them 3 weeks to finish my car. Never got a phone call when it was done. Was lied to that my car was alligned and of course I had to take it back so they could actually do what they were paid for.When I picked up the car I pointed out gaps along my fender and hood on the car to the adjuster Mathew I believe was his name. And he just blew me off and didn’t even seem to care one bit. Why would he right? He already got paid and it’s not his car.Definitely won’t ever come back to any Ken Garff shop or dealership after the way I was treated here!

The initial repair portion of my experience went well. One piece was left off my car, and it took over a month to get it back on my car due to several people telling me, We will order it and call you back. The awesome administrative assistant was the person who finally got stuff done. If you have an issue, let her help you. This other guys at the desks/ones answering the phone seem uninterested in actually helping.

This shop is well organized and produce exceptional collision repair and painting!

I am so impressed with Ken Garff Auto Body Repair. My car was backed into resulting in damage to the front end. They took care of every tiny thing and gave me daily text message updates. When I got it back I was blown away by the quality of work performed. It looked better than new! I will go to them every time for body work from now on. Great company, amazing service!

I bring my car for an estimate this guys tried to screw me up on price and i had to wait for 2 hours, it’s like a clinic here you need to wait for one hour, 4-5 people working on the desk i don’t know what they doing on computers like they so busy but no you need to wait and get screw up anyway, so 0 for this shop,

Absolutely the worst experience. A job that shouldve taken 10 days took 4 weeks. Had to tell them multiple times about thibgs they did not fix properly. And at the end of the 4 weeks they still did it wrong. Paint not smooth, window tint does not match on all windows nor is it the same shade of tint as before. Do not go here if you want it done right most importantly or in a timely manner.

Will never go there again the receptionist IGNORED me until some other people needed to help me. I walked in and she started to look around her desk to do things. Actually GARBAGE! The other guy was nice and helped me well but that girl is rude, my friend actually told me to not go there because of service wont be surprised it was because of that same girl.

The whole process of getting my truck fixed was extremely frustrating. I was rear ended and my bumper and hitch was bent. At first they replaced the bumper and tried to tell me my hitch was fine. Yeah try pulling a trailer with a bent hitch and stay in one lane it just doesnt work. So finally we were able to get them to replace the hitch. After all this trouble we got the truck back only to find out that the license plate lights had been stolen, probably because they were LEDS. We brought a receipt in for them and we were told we would get reimbursed because their technician had no idea where they went. All I can say is at least they reimbursed us, but I wont be going back there. Between having to call them daily to see when my vehicle would be ready and having my stuff stolen it just wasnt a pleasant process.

This is a place where you will pay thousands of dollars to have someone take your car on a joy ride and put scratches and swirls all over the paint.

I was treated with nothing but respect! Even when I became one of the most annoying customers ever, Matt continued to treat me with respect. I pushed about when my car would be completed and he remained professional and did not ever promise me it would be done early. Today, a day early when my car was completed I was so thankful! This was a great experience.As a customer I found the texting updates annoying! When I got the message that said 60 % completed I wanted my car very soon. Matt explained that 60% complete does not mean done soon. It depends on what is left in my car. Pos. It could be that the 40% is the most time consuming. I would have been easier to deal with without those texts.Matt and Ashlynn were amazing.

Great customer service

Did a fairly good job with the initial repairs. They tout a lifetime guarantee on their work. Trying to get them to follow through has been miserable. Very poor service and communication. I shouldnt have to chase them down. Very frustrating.

Ken Garff had my truck for over a month for hail an wind damage. They called and said it was done...I went to pick it up and refused to sign their release paper cause the hood and roof was still covered with scratches and pit markes...They had to take it back in and repair what should have been done in the first place!!! DO NOT RECOMEND THIS BODY SHOP!!!

I am going to start off this review by stating that I am a Ken Garff employee, I bought my car from Ken Garff Nissan. And so naturally when my brand new car got scratched up pretty bad. I took it to the Ken Garff body shop to be fixed, the problem was not that my car was not satisfactory. When all was said and done it looked like nothing ever happened. So here is what I ultimately had a problem with, I brought my car in on a Monday morning. They tell me we will call you when its done that doesnt work for me. You are taking my only form of transportation so i need an estimated time for how long its going to be. I give them a call Tuesday night and a man told me that my car was in the shop being worked on and it would be done Wednesday. Well Wednesday night rolls around and nobody calls me all day, so I call again, a woman answers the phone and says that they havent taken my car in yet and I will have it by Friday. I told her what I was just told less than 24 hours ago but she didnt really care. Again, I am a Ken Garff employee and overall I love the company I work for. But I really dont appreciate being lied to, and that they couldnt give me an honest time line to begin with.
