Very Disappointed with Oak Creek Homes Odessa. Upon delivery of our home, there were many problems with the home. Manager at Odessa location stopped answering phone calls and texts, had to go through corporate to get problems fixed. It felt very much that he got his commission and was finished dealing with us. VERY POOR customer service. Please if you are looking for a home look elsewhere.

The manager at this location was very rude and non professional. I wouldnt buy or accept anything from him. Learn some customer service skills.

I will never recommend anyone go here for a home! Very unprofessional staff we walked in with pre approval and she instantly treated us as if we had and were nothing. She wouldn’t even show us anything because we had looked at other places. It’s a shame companies have people like that representing them. I wouldn’t even give them one star.
