Nice Mobile Homes spouse and I were looking at one that was not locked. A two other couples were looking at the same time. We all wondered about cost and had several questions about the homes. My spouse called the front office and asked Saul a representative of the lot in the office if we could have assistance to look at other models. Saul informed my spouse if we needed assistance or the other couples we need to go to the office. My spouse asked again if they would be kind enough please come out to the lot and assist us and the other couples. Saul refused and and said we all would have to come to the office. I unbeknown was walking to the office and stepped inside. I walked the halls of the office and no one greeted me. I knocked on the walls for attention then a person asked what I wanted. I said we wanted a sales person to assist us on the lot looking at models. I was informed that I need to get everyone to the office if I wanted assistance. I informed the salesman if I cannot get assistance Ill find another place to do business. He replied All Right. I highly advise prospective customers if you want to buy a mobile home I would not go to Odessa Titian Factory Direct on 8th Street. If this the customer service you receive before the sale imagine what you would receive after a sale. DONT DO IT.

Theyre nice to you until they pull your credit before you even look at homes. Not what I call very nice to do before you even look at homes. Never again will I ever go there. Nor do I recommend this place if you want to look at homes. Everywhere else I went didnt do that. Only them!!!

Salesman was great, but I would not recommend buying a trailer from here. VERY poor quality I’ve only had my trailer a year and within the first week the floors were coming up, the trimmings were coming off the walls. My front door started to come off like a month ago. I’m just very disappointed. They’re very nice but the quality sucks.

I called in to get a quote and the guy siad I cant give you prizes over the phone so if you cant come in you dont want it then proceeded to hang up on me. If this is how they treat someone who hasnt bought a home yet Id hate to see the way theyll treat someone who they already sold a home to and needs them to repair something that is under warranty. Dont buy here

So how do y’all start the process of buying then leave someone hanging for months and on top of that never answer the phone to customers or when someone does answer they are never in? Take your business somewhere else people to a business that on the ball bc I don’t why y’all people here at Titan even show up at all.

This company is probably the worst place to deal with!We tried to go through them awhile back and we paid the down payment and after 6 months they decided to tell us on the day we went to sign papers that we have to put more money down and wouldn’t explain why...Now we have friends that just bought a house through them and they have had nothing but problems and no one will call them or answer when they call. They got the house delivered and the people who do the set up messed up a lot on their brand new house and now it’s been 3 months and still haven’t fixed things. Today they had someone come out to fix their door and the guys just left and never came back leaving their house unlocked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR HOME!

So my experience getting the home was fast and easy they nailed it there . My issues came when i moved into my home . My A/C is under sized to the whole summer sat in our living room wondering sweating at 6pm in our brand new home. According to titan warranty I just want a bigger unit yet nobody has even been here to check this out.

Heres a bit of advice.....file a state complaint if they dont want to respond to your issues

I absolutely love the cabin! I couldnt believe that this home was a trailer. I grew up in a trailer, and these homes are nothing like that. When you are inside, you dont realize that it wasnt built on location. The price per square foot is much less expensive too!! Amy guided us through the entire process and even let us pick our own colors throughout the house! I cant wait for my daughter to have her own room! I highly recommend Titan. Go see Amy and tell her Sam sent you!

Having a 540 credit score made me not want to even go house hunting. I saw on FB that Titan financed clients down to 500 so I got in my truck to see if it was true.Spoiler! Not only was it true but I didn’t have a crazy interest rate or huge down payment. Martina told me not to worry. She found me the perfect home for me and my kids. I didn’t believe it until it happened. I recommend you buy your next home and land here!!!

The staff was great when purchasing my home, they were very friendly. The issue Ive been having is getting everything fixed in my home the correct way. The factory did a horrible job building my home. I suggested people get onto the bbb website and read the issues people and myself have had before purchasing a home.

We went into Titan not very knowledgable about Mobile homes, the buying process, etc. so we basically walked in not having a clue of what we wanted, with so many questions, thought we could get an idea, we were greeted right away by Tina, who was super friendly and knowledgeable, after knowing she was not going to make a sale that day with us, she still took her time and went into detail and answered all of our questions and took us around to look at some homes even as potential buyers were coming in, which we really appreciated because most places are about making that sale. Once my husband and I decide on our land we will be back to buy our home at Titan

Everything was good at first. Made the deal and paid the application fee, gave the sales person all the conditions. As the days went by, my husband and I had questions. We would contact the sales person and ask her and she would tell us that she was going to ask her manager. Never called us back with the response. We asked her again, and would come up with another excuse as why she didnt know yet. My husband called her and told her that we were going to have to cancel and go with another company, she didn’t try to make us feel better or try to keep us there, she told us to do what we wanted. So we did and everything is going smoothly.

Great customer service they really helped us out as first time potential buyers. They gave us a lot of great information and we will hopefully be back to purchase our home!

No pushy salesman here, excellent customer service. The sales manager answered all of our questions and showed us any house we wanted to see. They help guide you through homeownership but allow you to make the decisions.

I know for a fact that the Operations Manager, Amy, cares about each one of her customers. She gives each one of them her cell number to reach her after hours of they have questions or concerns. I really feel she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy!

Word of advice, make sure youve got great roof insurance, these champion homes are known for the roof to go bad fast, had to have it done 3 times guys. Also they never finished out the inside of my cabinets, theyre still all pressed wood looking and no shelves. I know it doesnt come like that. Be careful, he sold my husband the smallest possible home, go with your husband so you can get what you will like.

I dont own one of these homes and never plan on it. One of my relatives bought one and they have had nothing but problems with their home. For being a new home, their place was falling apart before they could put it together. They have had the home for 4 years now and are still having issues with it. From my understanding they have tried to call management to help them out but seems like they are just being ignored. I feel for them because they paid a pretty penny for their home and still cant be comfortable where they sleep.

They are the biggest liars I have ever done business with. Was told by general manager to contact bank after we purchased are home to get everything done faster and to just answer all there questions yes, I did that and that same day everything stopped my trailer was brand new and was not finished being set up. Poor quality of trailer like I said mine is brand new and is already falling apart 3 months into us living here and having to finish trailer myself. Mathew at titan in Odessa the manager along with Frank from Midland are the biggest liars u can meet I recommend nobody do business with this company

Once purchased they ignored any issues after repeatedly calling and I purchased an extended service warranty bought the nicest home on the lot its unlevel and boards are commingled apart and ctacks are forming but they continue to ignore the issue. Microwave doesnt work, fan above oven doesnt work. Dont buy from these people! And most of the good reviews they write themselves!!!

Horrible place... Yes they are really nice and helpful when it comes to buying but once sold anything that start falling apart or not work at all is the buyers responsibility ... Appearanly the houses only have a year warranty when this house is supposed to last a life time... Everytime it rains water enters the windows and doors and now inside the extractors in one of the bathrooms, the roof is the one messed up.. They dont want to take responsibility for making a crappy house ... I do not recommend this place to anyone else..

They just give you key to go look at home. Had appointment and person they scheduled me with wasnt even working. I told them I wanted to look at certain home and was told they had certain home and they didnt even have it. Trip was a total waste of time. Go somewhere that people are willing to help you. I recently purchased a home through them.My agent was Frank Diaz. He lied to us on multiple occasions telling us unrealistic lies. He got demoted and moved back to midland.Im warning you in advance dont purchase a home with them.Frank sold us a dream home, more like a nightmare from hell.Our home has a bunch of damages.We never got the red carpet deal where the fix all the damages from transit.The customer service is horrible here. I have been waiting from Mr. Brandom Firebaugh who is in charge of the maintenance people for 5 months. Still hasnt answered any emails, or phone calls.He keeps ignoring us and titan said they will tell and will call us and get a hold of them.This was the worst mistake we made in choosing our first home.Our kitchen gets almost 90 degrees and nobody has fixed that issue.There are warps in the kitchen ceiling.The trim is falling off from the walls.The doors from cabinets are falling off to and the door is broke.They keep saying its west Texas weather and its not that hot also their is no vents in the hallway.How am I supposed to cook when it gets so hot in my living room and kitchen due to a malfunction issue in the factory when this home was being made.We have tried everything with them.We were patient enough we are still currently waiting for our home to be fixed.Do not waste your money on them. We also have tried calling the 800 number to champion Holmes and no answer.All the numbers dont work or their disconnected.One last thing the interest rates are so high, only 91$ of 920$ mortgage payment is going to our home, something Mr.Frank Diaz forgot to mention to us.

I wish they had a star with negative we bought our house like 1 1/2 years ago and we have had problems! Weve tried to get a hold of the mangers and they said they would call back and would never call back so now we still have the house and the problems and they cant fix it. My advice is dont go here unless you want a bad house.
