UPDATE: Just received text from our salesperson. “Your review was harsh and grossly inappropriate.” Clearly not a “how can we fix this?” message. Have contacted corporate office for resolution.At this juncture, one star is generous. Our new home was delivered 9 days ago. The day it arrived, A1 customer service dissipated like smoke. Our home, to date, is unlivable. Tile broken, floors torn, doors and windows not opening or closing. And their contractor? A total joke. He was supposedly there to address the seam in the middle. After 5 days, he hasn’t even started on the seam and the interior is covered in drywall mud, dripped foam and paint splatters. A1 hasn’t been there once despite our concerns and repeated requests. We had expected to be living there by Thanksgiving, but that appears highly unlikely as we have to wire the front door closed and THAT guy won’t be there to repair anything until two weeks after we make a list of defects. That could be a novel by itself. I’ll update this review and add photos as we progress. But for now, BUYER BEWARE.

This only has to do with the A1 San Angelo dealer, Do not buy from Harvey the owner in san angelo, or any of there salesman, they put on a good front and all smiles but its all a set up to drain all your money, Harvey the owner will smile at you and lie steal and cheat you. hes very greedy and manipulative. dont believe anything he or his salesman have to say. stay in the local market to get a good deal, hes a small town dealer and a crook. its the truth, it really is.
