If I can give the salesmen who helps me his own individual review I would give him 4 stars.But for the reason for this review having one star due to the fact that I have had nothing but problems from them. From the day that I bought the home till three years later I I have still had problems with them. Long story short from the beginning they had sold my trailer that I had already put down the deposit on so they needed to request the factory another replica of the house which was built too quick and not finished when it was delivered. Cabinet doors were crooked, popcorn ceiling was cracked, windows were not even sealed correctly and have water coming down them which cause drywall water damage. And they couldnt even put the correct door on properly. Took them a year to finally fix some things and then I waited another year for them to finally put the correct door on the house and fix the rest of the problems including the cabinets. They were the last ones to repair my cabinets which have detached from the wall and almost fell on top of my wife. It has been nothing but ups and downs back and forth contacting them, emails going back and forth. I am completely done with the house now and it is now being resold. I absolutely do not recommend buying a house from Fiesta homes.

This is the place to go ! The will tell you exactly what you want to hear.Even that the will build you a new model, 5 bedroom home. Then Their manufacturing company will try to make it and deliver non working home. .while the pandemic stopped workers from coming out to fix the issues, they will contine the warrenty until it runs out and leave you screwed. The home was supposed to be in full working order for 1 year. It has been broken since we got power on. Thanks for a broken non working home fiesta . Hopefully your company crashes .

This was my first home buying experience. I cannot believe, within myself, that every home buying experience is as bad as the one that I experienced here. After I purchased the home and it was set up it has been nothing but problems. It started out with the toilet not working and the glass vent over the stove being chipped. It was an undetermined amount of time for most of the small issues cosmetic issues to be fixed but the toilet took a week to fix. Then there are the more major issues since Ive been in the home for 6 weeks now, such as the nails in the floor coming up through the linoleum rug and most recently since 2 days of rain I finally understand why the lights in the living area never worked. They roof is leaking and blew them out. Now aside from having these problems with a home I just purchased for $80000, it has been as I said 6 weeks and these problems are not fixed yet after repeated attempts speaking with the owner himself and the service department at fiesta homes. I almost forgot to mention that when they wired the trailer in the breaker Box archt because the wiring had been pinched in the Box so wiring has been an issue in this home since the purchase in more than one area

Fiesta Homes has been great. Everyone is so friendly when you walk in and they try their best to get everything you need. They helped us out greatly in our time of need after a house fire and gave us the hope we needed to get a new home. Ask for Harvey Andrews when you go in

If I could give them no stars I would!!! We purchased a trailer from them 10 months ago and havent been able to live in it do to it not having electricity in those lands.They promised we would have electricity in a month or so after purchasing the home but still no light. Were in the process of losing our trailer that we never got to live in do to covid, We couldnt pay both rent and the trailer. They keep advertising these land packages on Facebook when they dont have no electricity!! Please dont let them scam you!!!

I rented a home from Dimas Avalos, I was charged a 1500 Dollar Deposit, I finished my 1 year lease and even gave them a 30 day notice and I only got 600 dollars back because he claims the carpet was stained and cant be cleaned. When I first moved in that carpet was already stained as if the tenant before had pets. When I was shown around the home, I let the property mgr know, and she assured me it was going to be taken care of and replaced. And then I come to find out that their water well was connected to our light post, making our bill between 250-300 a month, when in the contract it states we would get free water. I saw the contractor connecting the water well to our post, (not sure if that is legal, because I gave no authorization for that.) Dimas Avalos is a scam, and will find any reason to keep peoples deposits. I DONT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM HIM OR THIS BUSINESS AT ALL.

Dont have anything against the business itself but the way Dimas treated my dad after he worked there for 8 years unconditionally without even taking vacations and with only one day off was very unprofessional and unfair.
