I have been going to discount tire for YEARS and I decided to use this place for the time since it was down the street from my employment. I dropped off my vehicle during my lunch hour and I was greeted with wonderful customer service, which is rare here in Odessa. I expected to leave my vehicle there for the rest of my work day and pick up at a later time. I then received a phone call my vehicle was ready before my lunch break was over! I did not expect that and after having a bad day, they were the nicest people I interacted with. Thank you for all of your hard work! God Bless.

I went to Odessa Tire to get a front end alignment. Josh called me and said all I needed was a few adjustments. My problem was solved. I’m disappointed with the service I got at this store, went there to get tires and the unqualified technician damaged the wheel covers costing almost $200 to replace. My suggestion is take a picture of whatever they are going to do before they touch your vehicle. They will tell you it was already like that when got there.

Great place! I had a tire blow out in I-20. I limped my car to them and they had me fixed up in about 15 minutes. Great price, friendly service and quick work. Very happy and thankful!

We bought a set of four tires for our truck. 29 days later we had a blow out in the rear of the truck. We couldn’t get the wheel off the truck to replace it with the spare so we had to have the truck towed 50 miles to the store. THANKFULLY Odessa Tire Center covered the cost of the replacement tire! This is by far the best tire center I have ever used and will be using them again!! GREAT WORK GUYS! Thank you so much!! 5 stars!

Took my wheel and tire in too get a flat fixed. When i got it back the wheel was scratched and damaged. Went back inside told the guy about what happend he goes outside to look at it with me. He said that there is no way that the tire machine could have done that and that i brought it in that way. As soon as i saw the damage i knew i was gonna get the run around about it and they were gonna deny they damaged it. So now a 16.00 flat tire fix is gonna cost me 400 for a new wheel i will never go here again.

Odessa Tire Center is a great place to take care of your tire problems. Im on a CROSS country motorcycle ride and I pull a trailer behind my bike and I needed the tires on my trailer changed. I ordered my tires online so I can have them when I got to Odessa. When I got here I called around town to a few different shops, and Odessa Tire Center had the best price from the calls I made. A few years ago...I was working out of town and my wife had a flat on our vehicle. So I called Odessa tire center and ask them to go help her They were there within 15 minutes and Found that we had a special wheel lock and we did not have the key to it. The guy drove back to the shop got the wheel key and returned and replace the tire. She was only on the side of the road about 30 minutes total. They didnt even charge extra for going to get the wheel key... Thank you very much Odessa tire center you have earned my business for life!

Used this place a handful of times over the years for tire repair/replacement. Always friendly and they perform quality work. My favorite thing is if youve got a flat theyll fix you up ASAP for a few bucks; even if they have a bay full of other cars they will squeeze people in. Usually in and out in 15-20 minutes.

Their tires are a little on the pricey side. But they are super friendly!! Love the old body shop feel, reminds me of my grandpas shop! The wait was very minimum, if you have a few extra dollars to spend I definitely recommend this place!

Went there for a balancing and the shop had great service and reasonable prices. The wait wasnt long and the staff was friendly. Would reccomend it.

Went in Friday with a low tire warning. They took the tire off and checked it along with the other 3. No charge. One reason why we try to shop with the locally owned stores.

Customer Service from the owner was deplorable. The first time, 10/30/17, the car was taken, at 7:45 a.m., it was for an estimate and I was to be called. There was no estimate and there was no phone call but by 4:30 p.m. when I called to check up my car, I was advised it was ready and what the total for repairs. So paid total for unauthorized repairs and picked up car. The vehicle still was performing the way it was when I took it in for an estimate. So I took it back, the second time, 11/14/17, at 8:15 a.m., was told by owners son that they would look into what was the problem and call me to advise. Ok, I dropped in at 10:15 a.m. and the owner advised me the car would be finished in an hour that they replaced the pads on the front and turning the front rotors. And was quite deplorable in attitude toward me. So I waited one hour and returned, I thanked the owner for all the work that he had done on the car even though he had not been authorized and that he had been paid in full. The mans attitude became even more deplorable and unprofessional. After me supervising the correct way to torqued down the lug nuts on my car. I left that deplorable business. I will not return nor will I recommend anyone to do business there for any reason.

I had a screw in a tire and I needed to get it patched. I got to Odessa Tire thirty minutes before closing expecting to come pick the tire up the next day, they had the tire patched in twenty minutes and I was out the door. By far the best automotive repair experience Ive had in Odessa/Midland.

Im all about reviews period! I called first thing in the morning the man that answered gave me a personal number to their main guy who does service calls since I had a flat and a nail in my tire. He didnt answer right away which I understand he can get busy but I recieved a phone call back and he was out here right away and fixed my flat and patched it up for a very reasonable price! I was surprised, I was definitely expecting to pay waaayyyy more. Thank you guys soooooo much!!! I highly recommend!!!
