Honest. Excellent customer service. Repaired my existing clutch when they could have sold me an unnecessary new one. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Will be where I take all my vehicles from here on out.

Avoid this place!! Go anywhere but here! The owner literally cheated me out of $500. They over charged me and knew I wasn’t from Odessa. And promised multiple times to send me a check... Now they’ve blocked my phone number and hang up on me when I call... I’ve never dealt with a more shady business in my life.

10 out of 10 I seriously recommend! Id just got my transmission rebuilt from a local shop in Arizona and they did a terrible job not 4000 miles later I have no reverse and it wont go past 45mph. I take it here to this AAMCO and they find out the shop that repaired it the first time just cleaned and reused most of the old parts 🤦‍♂️ so now I will ONLY take it here. They are experienced know what theyre doing and they work with you! Dont risk taking your baby to the wrong place bring it here!

I came in on Saturday February 29th 2020 to get my transmission looked at and they arrived about 20 minutes late, opened the garage and saw me waiting, shut the garage door and hid inside and wouldnt answer the phone. What a joke! Ill take it somewhere else

My Allison transmission overheated and fail while I was hauling my 34 ft .travel trailer from Georgia to Odessa Texas . After I remove my load and allowed it to cool down for a day, I was able to drive it . The trans temperature with no load was high around 270 and it only goes to 300 before it redline . When they dropped the trans pan they found metal shavings indicating damage gears . Long story short they did a total rebuild and replace all the damage gears . It took longer than I expected. The owner allowed me to use one of his personal car so I didn’t have to incur additional rental car fees . I really appreciate that . The job was completed September 30, 2018 . On October 1 I loaded up my travel trailer and head 1500 miles back to Snellville Georgia . My transmission worked flawlessly . Even with a full load in my 05 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and hauling 34Ft. travel trailer uphill The hot is the gauge read was a little over 200, and normal driving it maintain 175° to 180° . I’m confident I can drive this truck anywhere across United States now . Mr. Hong Dai is extremely knowledgeable and I can say I trust him and the quality of his work . This is an advanced auto shop...they repair, maintain and replace as needed. Transmissions, brakes, cooling systems, engine oil, everything. Binhs mechanics are better qualified than you will find at WalMart or most other chain shops. This shop starts with transmissions but can do much more; their shop is always full but they their work out as promised. They charged me LESS than their estimate.

Good price for a replacement transmission.

This is a replace-it shop, not a repair shop. Final price was 66% over initial estimate. I understand that sometimes repairs run over, but not by that much. Was told to drop off vehicle one day and pick up the next. It took a week. Very unprofessional.

If you wish to have another transmission installed, then this is place to have done, not, the service guy only wanted to replace not fix the simple problem, dont waste your time find somewhere else to have your vehicle repaired.
