I went on April/13/2021 to get my son some needed shoes and for the first time ever. I came to this store and the service was worded. The young lady name Tina was so helpful and she was so helpful I went to get one pair of shoes for my so. I then got my son a champ pair of slides then I got myself a pair of shoes. I end up buying 3 pair of shoes two pair of Adidas and one pair of slides. Ms.Tina was right the shoes are very comfortable and she held me such good conversation about the difference types of shoes I would definitely go back. Champs has gained a customer because of Ms.Tina I hope I get her name right because she deserves all the credit. For me becoming a new for coming customer 😉 when you go tell them Ebony sent you 😉

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking at the wrong type if sneakers for all day standing and the guy directed me to the correct type of sneaker. Yes he was totally right because when i tried them on it felt like bouncing clouds. PerfectThanks

I just had the worst experience at that store, I came to buy shoes for my children and I was looking for the right price, one Hispanic guy who works there was unbraiding his hair didnt even want to help me, when I ask him for the price of the shoes my son wanted, he said $65, I told him ok I want it, He put them at the register then I was looking for shoes for my daughter and couldnt find the right size, he was unbothered about what I wanted, only a lady named Tina was helping me. Then when I went to the register to pay after I found my daughters shoes, I found out the shoes were actually $75 when he told me $65, then he was like oh youre finally done! You were the most difficult customer ever. I spent $135 at your store with 0 service and youre telling me I was the worst customer, I will never come back there

If the manager Eddie is not there, don’t bother going. Customer service is terrible. A young man and lady where there Thursday 12/13 and were too busy talking to each other to help their customers. Lost business three customer left. I know because I ran into them when I left and went to the shoe store by JCPenney.
