Customer Service was Exceptional. Kudos to Employee# 550637 very friendly and so helpful.I am totally satisfied I was able to Order in Store and have my Order shipped to my Home.

The sales associate was very helpful answered all my questions looked into other stores for availability of other sizes.

I bring my granddaughter here to return a hoodie that is to big that was just purchased and the cashier asked a 13 year old did she wear it and she said yes! She didn’t wear it at all she was thinking try on was the same as wearing it! So the cashier look for another reason not to accept the return their were just a little string hanging from the drawstring and said the item is damage. What ashamed the people that work there are looking for reasons not to accept your returns! ashamed on you!

There arent too many stores left at this mall, but Journeys is my go to place for the kids sneakers. They have a good selection of brand names at a reasonable price.

Always have a nice variety.
