Best Walmart in the area! Nice cold air conditioning which makes for comfortable shopping! Kind, courteous, and helpful pharmacy staff! Getting my booster shot was a pleasant experience! Did not have to wait long! Was also able to get the Shingles vaccine at the same time. Found some nice clothing on the clearance rack for a cheap price! Excellent selection of Christmas decorations! Found some cute Christmas earrings! Loved the custard donuts in the bakery! Good selection of Christmas candy! Very pleasant and enjoyable vaccination and shopping experience! I will be returning to this Walmart again real soon as it is now my favorite location!

This place is huge! It has TVs! Hot Dogs! Even a Couch! Wow! Just wow! I went in for a soda and ended up spending $3,000 remodeling my apartment! Absolutely incredible store! If you havent been to the Wal Mart yet, I highly recommend it!

I was looking for some outdoor Halloween 🎃 decorations. Its 3 weeks before Halloween and they were sold out of just about everything. Shelves were empty and there was random stuff thrown on the floor. However, if youre looking for Christmas decor in early October, youre in luck. They have plenty.

Location is very convenient. Whatever you are looking for or need can be found here.The staff can be helpful and friendly.

I went to pickup an online order placed and it was a great experience as my multiple trips before.They bring your merchandise to your car a minute after arrival and load it into your trunk and thank you for coming... no touch experience. Employees always masked and nice.

Been going there for a while only because I live close to it. Cant find a lot of groceries, their pet and few other section is very basic. Dont even get me started on long lines at self checkouts and them closing some of them just when you need it the most!But luckily the Walmart in Apopka is just a little farther but in opposite direction so started going there.

I was looking for glasses and stopped at the Walmart Vision center. The man who assisted me was an optometrist still in training or just graduated, but that didn’t show because his behavior - tone, messaging, and product knowledge - were spot on those of a seasoned professional. He looked up my insurance info and made every effort to earn my business. I ended up going elsewhere but was so impressed by him and my son who was with me also noticed how helpful and professional he was. I just had to give a shutout to the Vision center at this Walmart. Keep up the great work! 🤩🙌🏻

I have cashed numerous checks here, came in respectfully and informed the associates who were laughing and playing the entire waiting period I had my license taken and only had a photo copy of it as well as my social security card. Store Lead Rick came up to assist, was nonchalant and did not help either. Over heard an associate state, “should’ve just spoke with Cortez instead of the white man- he would’ve hooked you up”Definitely need a corporate visit!

I went for last minute party needs. I bought 6 bags of ice, small soda cans, mini cupcakes and a shirt. The employees were very nice. The store was clean. I found everything I needed for great prices. Best of all they had lots of cashiers open so we didnt wait very long to cash out.

This Walmart that I went to was very cleaned and organized. Knew where to go for items that I wanted to get and pretty much it was empty during the early hours of the morning when I went so it was a quick trip.

So after I had an extremely horrible experience at Kirkman Walmart, I ended up at ocoee Walmart only because I have warranty and extended warranty on my tires. Big mistake I made ever bought something from Walmart. I went up to the tire service center and spoke with Dwayne, he was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I told him I need to get my tire fix, he said it’s a hour to hour and half. I said that’s fine, then he went on to say but you can come back, it’s a long wait, his actions tells me he didn’t want to provide me with any service. I said again I will wait I just came from Kirkman Walmart and they told me that they stop doing tires but I can get an oil change. Dwayne response was I don’t work there. I can’t speak for them. He was rude, nasty, guys this is the service Walmart provided

I mean if you know what you’re doing and nothing goes wrong sure it’s fine. but if you need any help? forget about it, employees don’t have a clue. One time I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one. LOL

Lately this once thriving Walmart has been emptier on much needed neccessary items, customer service had been lacking, power chairs for disabled has been extremely hard to come across, employees arent as helpful with locating needed items and more. Its sad to see a neighborhood Walmart go downhill like this for residents who depend on it. Went as far as doing grocery delivery to help my disabled mother have groceries only to be met with disappoint from items unavailable to groceries thrown in front of porch tearing bags open and no knocking or doorbell rang to even let us know they were delivered because half the time the Walmart notifications come through very late when alerting us to items being delivered! Which is problematic for the elderly who cant keep checking door every minute! As well as perishable items being left in sunlight! Disappointed!

They have a pretty good selection of fruit and vegetables, a deli, bakery, prepared foods and grocery as well as the usual departments like photo, electronics, clothing, cosmetics,garden,toys, auto and housewares. They also have a service center for things like oil change, cut keys and house an optical center, nail place, a couple of hair places and fast food.

Walmart is Walmart we only go there for convenience Walmart isnt great nor its that bad its just Walmart nothing special

The customer service here is pathetic. Just awful. Everyone of these customer service managers should be fired or demoted. Their attitudes are terrible and they could care less if you have a problem or not. You can’t ever get in touch with management ever, so I don’t know who runs this place. The VERY LARGE black ( or islander?) woman that works at customer service is always rude and has a poor attitude. She refuses to lift a finger to help anytime I come in. She is lazy and needs demoted.

Clean and very well organized. Lots of parking and carts. Need more functional scooters for the handicap. Told manager there was couple scooters in lot n they immediately sent people to get them. Bathroom attendant very nice and super clean bathrooms

No real cash registers available... Self checkout kiosks are fine as an option, but walmart isnt even keeping one real cash register lane open. I actually had to pay at customer service. (as if Walmart even has such a thing...) The lady at the customer service counter said that Id better get used to the kiosks, because the store is going to be self checkout only in the future... SCREW THAT!! I refuse to use the kiosks, or to have one used for me.

I love it. But unfortunately all the payment boxes was just for card and only 2 cashier worked. I was 36 min at the line just because I have cash.The Walmart Ocoee was one of my favorites but not.now.

I am here every Saturday to do my weekly shopping, they are great.The store is usually busy all the time, and it use to not be. Can do much about that I guess, but they keep the carts clean, shelves stocked and have enough self check out and cashiers that it is never a problem.

This particular Walmart I like that is close to my house. Been that Is a small Wal-Mart sometimes they have sales that you cannot find at any other Wal-Mart... however.... is always full and not enough cashiers. You would spend more time at check out than wandering around the store.

Associates are very helpful even when the product I was looking for was in several different places and the associate that I talked to directed me to all of those areas

It is above the levels of some in Orlando.I used buy at Wal-Mart in the last 30 years and being very satisfied about it.

This Walmart is mediocre at best. They take weeks to restock items that are in high demand of theyre also in the higher price range. Store is dull looking inside and the Loss Prevention are obvious and more annoying than anything, and they get paid for it! Ugh.😒 Also very few CASH SELF CHECK-OUT lanes. Hicktown=Hick-Walmart

They keep this store up so I can get in and out easy. Familiar with traffic patterns here so I know quickest route to take home.

When placing an order for delivery, if placed for 7:00-8:00pm, 3 out of 3 times, it never arrived. Every other time, whether picking up, or having delivered, it has been great, and the staff wonderful. The store is always busy and the lines are long, but the staff on the floor will always help you and go out of their way to be sure you have what you need.

Took me longer to find what I was looking for with employee sending me in the wrong direction initally. Found the lawn mower battery (U1 325CCA) I need in stock for the advertised price.... so happy ending all in all.

Walmart is well put, I just wish they upgraded to self-checkout like every other Walmart. The long wait through lines is horrible. Not to mention employees like to talk with each other and take their sweet time scanning a purchase which couldve taken a minute and making it into 5.It wouldve gotten more but the self-checkout is just a must now a days

Very clean and organized store, I didnt deal with any of the employees so I cant speak to that. I used self checkout with no issues, I will say this Walmart location is not the norm for Walmart and I would visit this location again. I dont go to Walmart due to the typical service/treatment thats received at Walmart.

About average for a Walmart, though it was a little better stocked than the other Supercenter nearby in Apopka area.

If youre at or near Westgate Resorts on Turkey Lake, this Walmart may be a better option because its way less people and its on 15-20 minutes away

Experience at this Walmart has declined over the years. Not just finding a cart that rolls effectively but the whole shopping experience. Part of the problem is the actual customer base which is not Walmarts fault. We now prefer and do most Walmart shopping at the newer Walmart off the 429 it is farther away for us and along a toll road, but a much better shopping experience with friendly staff and customers.

Probably the smoothest Walmart I go to in my area, they have alot of extra checkout lines, just wish the employees move around more.

At 8am There was a lady at the front door asking for change. I told her I had none and she asked if Id buy her a tall beer! I said no and she asked why not!Then, since there was only 1 cashier line open and when I stood at that register for a couple minutes and none of the three employees chatting in the walkway came I decided to self checkout (which I hate to no end). I had to be trained on how to ring produce. (Wonder when I pick up my paycheck). The same woman was still pacing past the entrance door when I left.This place just keeps getting worse.PS. SAM sold the USA on this business model as all items were made in America which is no longer the case.

Needed 700x25 tubes in pinch for a 100mi ride. The first gentleman wa3s entirely helpful and really didnt seem like he wanted to help,however a second gentleman helped me and found tubes on the top shelf and gladly opened the box for me to get tubes (I bought 3). I went home and installed them on my wheels and on my trainer wheels and they are holding up great.

Need more friendly people more that speak or understand english..and this medical stuff they are putting in is very stupid Im thinking of changing stores . I go to walmart to shop I go to my doctors office to stay well plus there is like 50 plus doctors offices around walmart and the hospital with office across street.. ...not at walmart..Sam is rolling over in his grave...

The grocery pickup process is a disaster!! I waited well over an hour for my items!! Other customers who pulled up after me were even leaving before me. They need to setup a system that lets you know that they are running behind. It’s better to go inside the actual store and buy your groceries instead of using the pickup!

So sorry there isnt a zero star rating. We called in advance to make sure the board game was actually available. We were told 16 in stock. After a long wait we called again. Same story in stock just wait. An hour later we get notification in app that they are out of stock. To make this bad experience worse, we drove an hour from orange city since this was the only store that had it in stock. So in total: multiple calls, multiple lies, two hors of gas, four hours of time and zero product. Wanna bet I have to fight to get my money refunded?
