We are still open! In a declining mall its still a steadfast, friendly, decent selection, well priced store.

Only one person working a register...in the ENTIRE store! Kudos to that person but saw quite a few customers walk out...

It was nice couldnt find but one pair of Jeans.

I love JC Penny, but.......don’t get your jewelry there, even with the care plan it is nuts. I must have sent one ring back 6 times. Now the Ruby fell out of the setting. Like I said the store and staff are very nice, do yourself a favor and go to a real jewelry store

I end up buying almost all my familys mens shorts and t-shirts here. The stock and staffing levels are both much lower than before the pandemic but I appreciate being able to try something on in the store and ordering it in a different color online.

We headed to this location cause we were in the area awhile back before everything closed down for COVID. They were clean, well-organized and staff was friendly. I enjoy looking through the baby / toddler clothes as they usually have good sales / clearance racks.I was able to find a couple of items, and check-out was easy and quick. They also have shop online and pick-up in store for free, so keep that in mind if you want to have an easier in / out of the store experience.Overall: AClean, well-organized and good sales.

JCPENNEY staff is always courteous and helpful. I purchased a couple of wallets during a buy one get on half off sale. The traffic in this store was minimal. For a peaceful shopping experience I highly recommend this store.

I was disappointed in the selection in the womens department. I have recently lost weight and wanted to purchase some new tops and bottoms. The sizes were very picked over. The majority were either a14 or a 24. Not much in between.

I honestly cant believe this place is still open here. Most other chain department stores have left this mall.

Ordered something online and now they have you pick up in the shoe department. Went there and one cashier with four people in line with a lot of stuff. At the customer service department where you picked up before two workers there and only seem to be talking. So I went and used the curbside service and the young lady brought it out to the car no problem and was very polite. I hope the manager sees this post. This might be the reason they are about out of business

Could offer more check out stations, but we got great deals and the staff was friendly.

Not a good selection like the other locations

Sigh. Dirty and unorganized and minimal staffing. With a little patience and digging I found a few good bargains. Unfortunately, after getting out to my car I had to go back in because something rang up wrong.I always loved JCP and it makes me sad to see them this way. Its like watching an old friend die.

Always helpful. friendly staff that do not push you into something you do not need. JCP can provide terrific retail therapy that wont break the bank. Good old fashion browsing at your own pace cannot compare to the internet purchasing experience when you need a moment outside of your home.

Made customers wait 20-30 mins to pick up an online order was paged at least 10 times before she finally responded. No apology for the extended wait time.

The salon is absolutely magical. The service was very good! We were so pleased with the way our hair highlights turned out! It was the same exact tone we were looking for and it is very convenient. Mabelle is the kindest sweetest hairstylist. She is very good and experienced in what she does. She knew what would match my personality and she gave me a great and complete makeover! Very impressed! Always going here!

Had been to several shoe store and none had shoes W sized but Penney had them in stock.

Website says they open at 11am Sunday get here after church doors lock security says open at 12pm now people are showing up and leaving the store because they are thinking its open as website stated they losing business smh

No selection of size ten shoes

A great experience. Tasha at the shoe department was absolutely the best. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and at the best price. Will definitely return.

I really like this store and I hope it remains open. It is frustrating currently because the fitting rooms arent open just yet. While I completely understand, and I agree the store is doing all possible to keep the customers safe. With that said, there was only one check-out person and the poor thing had to process all returns as well as new purchases. If I could give Rosita five stars, I would. She was extremely patient.My suggestion is until the fitting rooms are open, please open another register for returns. I noticed other customer service staff walking around the store. I dont understand why these individuals arent pulled to assist with the long lines?

This store has always been my go to store for so many quality items over the years like towels, sheets, pillows, under clothes, jeans and other numerous items. I hate that they are struggling and hope to see them come back strong.

JC Penneys is my favorite store. It is so different now due to the covid-19. It has some good sales and I was able to get the items I wanted.

I go shopping at JCPENNEY every Fathers Day to buy my father a nice gift & there was a clearance sale!

I buy a lot of jewelry for my wife here and when I go they are very helpful and go the extra mile to help me with whatever I need. I like that even when the person behind the counter is busy they will always take a moment recognize me and let me know they will be with me as soon as possible.

I place an order on march the 17th and i understand the Covid situation but been here twice to pick up my order and finally today they said my order was cancelled but not money returned to my account am still waiting on resolution.

I love JCPENNEYS I moved here 3 months ago from NJ and could not find a shoe store. I went there because there were no good movies in the theater. Smart move. I found two pairs of shoes. Im a happy camper. Lol

My wife was looking for a mattress. The store employee simply told her: We dont have any mattresses here, and went back to what she was doing.

Like Jc Pennys for different things bought some towels recently. Their lines of make up are popular with women. Sometimes find some real bargains around holidays and clearances. Always had nice clothing for children.

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was attentive to our questions and we were asked if we needed help several times. They had a lot of clerance items, which of course we shopped, and that was probably the only very unorganized and scattered sections... but I know its not their falt.

2017-18. This specific JC Penney suffers from the misfortune of being located at a Mall that suffered many closures the past years. About 50 percent of the shops are closed, and in some instances the mall looks like a forgotten ghost town. However, the store offers many good deals, and their seemingly short staff is always helpful and respectful. This may be a good place for those who value privacy over larger crowds. Overall a good store worth visiting if in the area.

I looked on line and saw they do personalized jewelry but when I walk in the guess service lady said No they dont have that service here..

They need to lower the price on things in here!

I went in to get the mystery coupon that they email you to come in, it is supposed to be peel and find out if you get 30,40,or 50% off your purchase. I see the clerk at the jewelry counter has a bunch of them and he is opening them and making a pile for 30,40,and 50% I asked him for one and he gives me a 30% off coupon and says its all by luck mean while he is opening them and he knows which ok ones are 30 or 50. I say I just saw you opening them, so then he gives me one that was 40%. Dishonesty, I walked out.

It is very limited and very quiet. They had some nice bed sheets but I guess being part of the West Oaks Mall it doesnt have a lot of traffic in there

The shoe department does not have the shoe style that I was looking for. This store is very organized. The workers are courteous.
