I would definitely recommend Tires Plus to anyone. My uncle originally recommended them to me. He’s been going there for over 15 years and has nothing but good things to say about them. For the past 2 years, I have been going there for oil changes and whenever my car needs work done, and they’ve been great. Everyone there is personable and knowledgeable, and Matt is a great manager. I also like Eric who is a very knowledgeable mechanic. Matt and Eric are both great about taking the time to explain whatever problem my car has. They helped solve a problem that my car has encountered for years (right tail light kept malfunctioning). A different repair shop that I had originally taken it to couldn’t figure out the root of the problem. Also, one time I had mistakenly went too early for an oil change. They could have just taken my money and not said anything, but Matt was honest and told me it was too early. Overall, Tires Plus is really great, and I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service! My appointment was at 9 so I arrived early and they started working right away I was in and out in just under an hour! Got a complete tire change and the price is unbeatable! My technician was Aubrey and he was right on top of it! Very welcoming and very nice! I highly recommend this place! They did my diesel years ago and now my CRV!

Awful place to get work done. After 2 hours for an oil change and an alignment, I attempted to pull out of the parking lot. My steering wheel locked up and I hit the ditch. Marched back inside and they said something was loose from the alignment and they would tighten it. I was then informed my alignment was still off and I would have to return the next day for the job to be completed between 12-5. I was not offered an apology or a discount for the 2nd rate service. Would not recommend

They put on tires before I agreed to buy them. Then they put on a different size. So now my front tires is different than my back. ...need front tires now.

Very curious. Great mechanics. I go there for all my auto needs.

I took my car there this morning to get a alignment and my steering wheel was still turned to the right. So I called and took it back there and they fixed it the right way. But he took my car for a drive and came back and threw my keys on the counter made a face at the front desk worker and walked off.

After several attempts to speak with Ryan (previous store manager), I was given no information. They refused to tell me where he transferred to. I later found out that he transferred to the Firestone in Oxford, Fl. I prefer to deal with him because he treats you right, fair and with respect.

The service was excellent the price was excellent as well

They are excellent as usual. they always try to save me money and do the best job that they can do I cant praise him enough

I have been going to Tires Plus on 441 for at least 25 years. They are all awesome there. I have never had any problems when I get my vehicles repaired there. They most recently have fixed my air conditioning. I called Jeff for a price on a Monday. As he was actively getting a price, it came down to that it needed to be fixed asap. I brought my truck in the next day, late Tuesday afternoon, being followed by a friend so I wouldnt get stranded, and he ordered the parts and my truck was fixed by 1 PM the next day. Thank you, Ryan and Jeff, and your mechanics for getting me air. You guys are great. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend this store. Other stores, not so great experience. Thank you again!!

Friendly and honest professionals. They could have done a front wheel alignment and not told me that the right front wheel needed new parts and would come out of alignment.

Worst customer service experience, came in at 945 am and was told that they will have me in 1 hrs, at 1045 I told them I had a funeral to go to at 12 they told me that they would get me out soon, after noticing that they whwre taking care of people just coming in with out a appointment, i looked to the parking lot and my car had not even being move, the worst customer service and I have bought tires for about 9 cars will never go back.

The manager is rude. I called him after having my headlights replaced because I was very unhappy with the work. They took off my bumper and changed my light. My bumper had a big gap in it and my normal mechanic told me that they did not clamp the headlight in properly. I also needed a part that they didnt have and I asked if the new bulb would be fine until I got the pigtail. They said yes. Well the next morning it did not work. The manager wanted me to go back there but I refused because they broke off the plastic screws and didnt tell me. I found it whenever I had to add fluids to my car. Beware and find a competent mechanic that actually cares about your needs and does a quality job.Update 02/14/2020Still no call from corporate.11/21/2020I gave up with them doing the right thing and calling.

My parents use to go here all the time in the past, never had a problem. Well I guess they have new owners now. Anyways, my dad had an appointment this morning to have the fuel injectors cleaned, and instead of doing their job, they were rude and nasty to him, and wanted to charge him $100 just to look at the car, Will not recommend.

Brought in my Camaro that I try my best to keep in good condition, very minor cosmetic problems are found on the vehicle, rims were perfect like new condition. After having them put a set of 4 new tires on the car they have managed to scratch every rim, at first with the white lubricant it was hard to see but after cleaning the rims the damage is very apparent

Not happy being told you need new tires and rotors and breaks when the only thing needed was breaks. Tires bought by then in January and they are 70k tires. Only about 20k miles them. This is a 2015 car with 48k miles on it. They overlooked they are three ones who should me the tires. Mistake 1. Rotors barely needed turned. Mistake 2 front breaks did need replaced but the back ones still has once half the pads on them. Mistake 3. Fail

I priced my tires all over Ocala! I called every store and got quotes. Tires Plus was the best price and the quote was accurate! I just had a co-worker get ripped off at another company. She ended up spending $200 more than what they quoted her due to hidden fees. At Tires Plus the price was exactly what he said it would be! They also gave me a ride to work because I didnt have enough time to hang around. They all treated me great. I will now be coming to Tires Plus for all my car needs like oil change, brakes, tires and so on. I am so happy! Thank you Tires Plus and the great team you have at your Pine st location! Call to order tires, was given a set price call the few days later they told me $100 more, told me I had to pay for them advance because they were special order, told me there was only one company that made them, and they were made in China. Then I called pep boys and pep boys told me no problem they have them in stock all the time the people at tires plus are liars do not trust them

Tried to make my daughter get service from their garage...when she could have gotten it any where. Do not like car salesmen tactics..

My girlfriend had a warranty here. She went in and told them her issue with her tires going low on pressure. They told her give them an hour to check the tire and come back. So when we came back they told us the valves went bad on the tires. They were fixed at no cost at all and in a timely manner. I only have good things to say about this place and the guys were very respectful. I would suggest this place to anyone given the fact that we had no problems with them taking the time to fix such a small issue. Thanks guys I highly appreciate such a quick fix. I will suggest you business at any given time.

Prices are way too high and the sales people are sarcastic about it. The are rip off artist. Tire prices are fairly priced but to get work done on your vehicle is way to high.

I have bought multiple sets of tires for multiple vehicles at this Tires Plus and every time I have been satisfied, I have also had tires patches installed and brakes and rotors replaced. I always call around when it comes time to purchase new tires but I always end up at this Tires Plus, the staff is friendly and they get you in and out as fast as possible while still performing great work on your vehicle.

The Manager there was rude, I shouldnt have been yelled at just for explaining that the Service I did 5months ago there wasnt good. My car was giving me the same problem. I was so unhappy with the conversation that I decided not to have the Service redone there

I always get my car oil changed at this location. Jeff and his team of technicians are fantastic. I have never been over charged for any of the services they performed on my Mustang.

This place is a rip off steer clear of this place $40 dollars to mount and balance 1 tire and it was a factory steel rim not a specialty rim pssh i paid that much for 2 tires down the road. No thank you Ill pass and so should anyone else.

Heard a big pop. Had a tire tread separation and lost an 8 inch chunk of tire while traveling with basketball team on interstate 75. The tire maintained tire pressure and allowed for us get to exit about 3 miles away. I called this location to check tire prices. Received good price for tire but location was about 9 miles away the defected tire still maintained pressure so our group decided to give it a try. We made it after passing about 4 tire places on the way that didnt populate after doing a Internet search with our cell phones. Arrived and everything was well, clean business. fairly priced, quick service which I bought a second tire so not to have 1 new and 3 olds took about an hour, all crew members were helpful and accommodating for about 16 people in our gruop. Thanks for all your service. Thank God for Grace and Mercy.

Went there with water leak and an idiot light on. It was half hour to closing they looked under the hood found a lose clamp vausing the leak. The idiot light was gas cap may need to get one from Honda. These people have NEVER RIPPED ME OFF OR GAVE BAD ADVICE. They are very helpful love that I have a place to go when need mechanical advice. Ryan the manager Andrew berated a pizza delivery driver the other day, they made her cry and called her mental. I’m not sure sure why they got a kick out of bullying that young lady but it was not very nice. I hope they do not treat their customers the way they treated her.
