I drive a hard bargain but the new car sales manager Sean Nichols exceeded expectations. He was honest forthright and extremely easy to work with. Gage Girton and his team did a great job at getting me a deal on a newer car that I couldnt pass up. Its easy to say he went above and beyond for this guy and made sure the buying process was made simple and not complicated at all. I highly recommend you go ask for him and see what he can do for you. The other dealerships tried to push me into a vehicle I didnt want but he listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy before I left. Pass on the other dealerships because its a waste of time to deal with people that are only interested in what they want you to be in. Again I highly recommend this dealership
Absolutely ridiculous experience. Our sales contact Karl was great however; from there is was horrendous. Steven, the finance manager, made everything extremely difficult. No follow up, yelling and talking over us on the phone, no accountability. We were never given an electronic option to sign and this apparently caused a major delay yet there was excuse after excuse. He would tell the wife one thing and the husband another. Approaching 30 days of getting the vehicle and STILL no record of it with Acura Finance, it was discovered there was an error on the contract so it was kicked back. It took a month for someone to figure this out! Had they used the electronic option this wouldve been discovered earlier or had he reviewed the contract at all it wouldve been easy to rectify. Stevens treatment of customers is appalling. This is our 4th Acura and only chose Jenkins because they had the color we wanted. What a huge mistake! Going forward we will only deal with our local Acura dealership where we have always been treated with kindness and respect.
Bobby does a great job. He gets my car in and out on time. He even supplied me with a loaner car since mine would be in the shop several hours. I can always trust Bobby to see everything is done correctly.
I took my Acura ILX in for a recall notice and had regular service performed. I was given a loaner at no cost as the parts needed would not be available until the following day. The staff was friendly helpful and efficient and the car was ready as promised.

Horrible shopping experience there. Saw an ad online for a vehicle for $30k. Reached out to dealer and confirmed vehicle was still available. Informed that there were no actual pictures of the car, there was only a stock photo of it. The sales rep replied with pictures and the car was filthy. I asked why the car was not showroom ready and the sales rep said it is in line to be detailed. I informed based on carfax and the date it was sold to dealer, it was more than a week since it was sold yet the car has not been detailed. Requested for car to be detailed before I test drive. Sales rep said it would be bumped up in line to be detailed if we came to an agreement in purchasing the car.I got there to test drive the car and waited in the lobby. Come to find out the sales rep just got done cleaning the car out. Test drove the car and went back to look at the numbers. First red flag was the sales rep asked me what price did I see the car for? I replied the price you listed for online. The sales rep returned and handed their not liable for errors policy stating there was a pricing mistake and they were not liable for errors and the dealer can make changes without notification.Back and forth with the numbers game, the internet sales manager finally came to talk to me. She stated again of their policy and blamed it on the accounting department that they listed it incorrectly. The sales manager couldnt even look me in the eye and honor their pricing. The dealer gave me a price of $39k and the best they could do was $34k. After taxes, tags, and whatever fees they made up, it was $41k out the door.I informed the sales manager to at least come close to online price. She refused to admit for their mistake and refused to budge. I informed both of them that at this point then there was no further point in continuing this conversation.Later when I got home, I checked the ad and sure enough they fixed that price real quick however it is still listed incorrectly as a 2019. The carfax says 2018.TLDR: shady people at a shady dealer doing shady business. STAY AWAY!! Buyer beware!
Great service!! The shop was backed up, but thanks to Bobbie, our service manager, stayed with our car and got us through in quick time. He even started the car wash of our vehicle after the shop service was down to get a quicker start to move us out. Plus we plenty of time to look over the vehicles on the lot and in the showroom.Always come back to Jenkins, Ocala.

But this time the experience was Super, I think they must have change management since last time I was there. The service was excellent, they won me back!!As long as the service maintains this way. Covid 19 has reduced some of the amenities, mostly food and beverage, that are usually provided, but that’s understandable. Precautions have been taken to keep customers and employees safe. This does not diminish our satisfaction and 5 star rating. What I like the most is the long term relationship with the same service technician. He knows us and he knows our car. He also checks with us on any other issues with the car before they perform the service. We’ve always been treated fairly with honesty and candidness. Thank you, Bobby Craft.

Went in for my first service on my certified PO acura mdx. Assuming I was due for a transmission service, I asked that, that be done along with the oil change. After my vehicle was taken back they explained to me that, that service wouldnt be necessary at this time and also explained why. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I left with the impression that they genuinely do want to help their customers, not just upsell everything they can to make money off you. I will definitely be back.

Don’t waste your hard earned money and time with them, your car needs to be serviced the right way. I have put markings on the oil filter to verify if they are really going to replace it. And to my disappointment they did not, and I was charge for it. Jenkins Acura claimed that they always change the oil and filter. But now I don’t know how long they have been doing this to us or to other costumers. I ask Cindy Duckett for a refund and she did give the money back but ask me to “never go back to their shop again”.See attachment for the before and after photo of the filter, take a look at the markings. They just cleaned the filter to make it look new.
I bought a preowned Honda car from this Acura place 3 years ago with extended 5 years warranty with Fatality. I am a college student working 2 jobs, when my car engine broke down. I took my car to Acura and they said it will take $15k to fix the car engine that I only bought for $13k. Fatality wouldnt accept that. I had my car at Acura for 3 weeks, Acura did not do anything or get approval from the insurance yet. They already pull my car engine apart and charge me $500 for what they called diagnosed. Then, when I decided to tolled the car to Honda, Honda only charged me $3,300 to replace the engine, which it is cover under my warranty with Fatality. My point here is why do Acura charging $15k to replace an engine? Also charge me $500 out of pocket for diagnosed when I have extended warranty. I will not buy my any car from this dealership because they take my money. Later on, when my car have problems, they trying to avoid their responsibilities.

My overall experience was excellent. My first experience occurred before I even entered the building. I met Karl D just as I exited my car and from that moment everything kind of fell in place. The atmosphere was the same across the spectrum this includes the staff, sales, parts and service.
I love my Acura - its far and away the best, most reliable car I have ever owned - and yet, I think I might love the service at Jenkins Acura even more than I love the car. Bobby, Joel, and the team are conscientious, honest, quick, and professional. I remember my parents telling me when I was a kid that you need three things when you grow up: a good doctor, a plumber you can trust, and a person who will be honest and fair about servicing and repairing your vehicle. Happy to say I have found one of those three must-haves in these awesome folks!
My 2014 Acura RDX had a couple areas on the bucket seats where the leather seemed to be peeling off a bit. Jenkins had a body shop tech come in to address/fix the issues and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I wasnt sure anything could be done so I hesitated even asking about it but I am glad I did. I am very particular about my car and I honestly cannot see where the peeling had been before the repair was made. Great job by the body shop tech and excellent service from Jenkins.

I Originally scheduled an appointment with Justin Herrera (who by the way was very friendly when I chatted with him on the phone & eager to help) but unfortunately I got there an hour earlier and wasnt able to do it with him because he was with some other customers. I was willing to wait but I was approached by Amy Burcham who offered to start the process with me. Amy was very professional when she approached me and I immediately felt a connection with her. I found out later on when were talking, that she had only been with the company for 6 Months but I wouldve guessed that she had been with the company for a Minimum of 3 years. She honestly made me feel right at home and provided me with loads of information about the company and car buying process (since I am a first time car purchaser)!I loved chatting with her for the 8 hours I was there and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car, hit her up and drop some money because you wont regret it! She is genuine and hella authentic, Thank you! After going to Finance, Steven Also was super chill and very fast and I could tell that her enjoyed doing the line of work that he was in!The following day following my car purchase, My check Engine light came on and I immediately took the car back to have it serviced to see what was wrong with it. When I got to the Service department, I told them I know that I purchased this car as is and I 100% understand that and I am not looking for them to fix this. I only wanted them to tell me what the problem was so that I could take it to a mechanic to get the problem fixed before I drove it out of state. ACURA JENKINS was not having that what-so-ever! Joel immediately curved my initial request and gave me a loaner vehicle, A brand spanking new 2021 Acura TLX ( which by the way is a bad a*** Car) for 3-4 Days while they fixed the Fuel Pressure pump in my car, Free of Charge. During this time Joel made sure he called me each day to give me an update on the process. I really appreciate this and was not expecting that at all.To Conclude, I would recommend that any one who is looking to purchase a car, please head on over to Jenkins for some GRADE A CUSTOMER SERVICE! Listen. Nothing about this post is made up, if youre like me and check reviews like crazy and are very scared of purchasing a vehicle PLEASE read this in its entirety. I have spent 6 years driving around a 2005 Hyundai Elantra that did nothing but give me problems and cause alot of stress in my life. That car stopped working 2 to 3 months before I graduated college and it was so hard managing that when I have two kids. I couldnt afford to get another vehicle and no one would finance me alone and I mean NO ONE. My credit is horrible. (with the exception of 2 legit buy here pay heres ready to sell me a rebuilt title car and another with high miles, probably a lemon) Thomas Sims was my salesman and he was so patient with my anxieties and a million questions. I was able to get into a super clean 2013 Ford Edge with payments below $300/mo and I really cant put into words how life changing this is for me and my family. I cried happy tears almost all the way home. I live in Holly Hill which is an hour and a half away. And it was EXTREMELY WORTH IT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Being a Saturday, it took much longer for an oil change, with having only one mechanic doing oil changes. Your service writer came out and appologized for the long wait and gave me 2 car wash coupons to make up for the long wait. In addition, your facility ordered out lunch of subs and pizza and shared with the customers, a very nice gesture. I have dealt with your service manager in the past at the Hyundai dealership and find he works with you on price, even on the smallest job, which I greatly appreciate. Joel is a great asset for Jenkins Acura.
This was my first time dealing with Jenkins Acura service department and they were great. Only a little over an hour for them to diagnose the problem and order the part. The part was in the next day. I was able to schedule an appointment for installing the part quickly and to fit my schedule. Highly satisfied with them.

I had a relatively poor experience with Jenkins Acura. I had worked out a verbal price on a used car, received the offer in writing, and thought that I had a deal in place. I was working with a young salesman named Willy, who has apparently just started. After I thought we had a deal in place, he advised me that I would have to use Jenkins financing or my price would go up by $1,000. This felt like a bait and switch and unethical conduct. After I protested that he hadnt mentioned/required this as part of his offer, nor put this in writing to me (in the price sheet offer), he told me that it was my fault for not reading the fine print on the website. I had not viewed Jenkins website, nor been directed to do so at any point during the negotiation. Willy had been fairly responsive and helpful to that point, so this maneuver at the end was either a major mistake from lack of training or a grossly unethical move. I spoke with Shawn Nichols, one of the managers, who apologized for this behavior, but claimed his salesman had our deal structured using Jenkins financing. I found this perplexing because I had mentioned several times that I already had financing secured at Campus USA. Further, Mr. Nichols continued to state that the deal that was offered was still great despite this issue. Thus, I felt that the poor/mistaken conduct wasnt really being addressed and that my time had been wasted. Please be careful when you negotiate with Jenkins Acura as they want you to use their financing because they get a commission back from whichever bank that you use through them. Willy may not have meant to be dishonest, but his handling of this situation was poor. Further, his shifting of blame to me, when he needed to communicate any requirements and failed to do so, was really unprofessional.Finally, if you present an offer in writing, make no additional requirements (like the type of financing that I must choose), and then you pull this offer after you realize that you may not make as much money as you assumed, you are not living up to your part of the bargain. Shawn, the manager, was unwilling to back up their original offer, which I had in writing, unless I accepted their financing. He should have stood by the original offer, accepted a small amount of financial pain (due to Willys mistake), and apologized.And, as a follow up, although Jenkins Acura replied to this review that theyd call me to discuss this situation, they have never called. Please be careful when doing business with them.

Service mgr. met me outside as soon as I pulled into the service area. Gave him the notice for service (lease) and he asked me if there was anything else. Told him the radio didnt sound as good as my previous car. He then adjusted it to the best clarity.He was both pleasant and courteous. Service was performed quickly.

This dealership is one for the books in my opinion. It was time for service on my RDX. So due to the time I get home in the wee hours of the night, I filled out the information online at their website. When the day came for my appointment I headed over to Ocala and pulled into the driveway and was greeted in the usual welcome format I get every time I visit. Service Manager Bobby Craft got me all the paperwork for the write-up and I was soon laying in the lounge area listening to my headphones. Inadvertently, I was awakened by Cindy Duckett who informed me that my RDX was ready! I was sooo comfortable in the chair they have that I fell asleep---or I was a bit more tired than I thought. In any case, when I checked my watch to see how much time had passed, it was only a 45-minute wait!! I couldnt believe that it was that short of a wait but no complaints! When my wife took her car into her dealership(BMW)she was there for a wheel alignment and tire replacement(1 tire mind you)and her total time there was over 4 hours!!! I think that the letters BMW stand for BIG MOTHER--- WAIT. When I told her how short my wait was, she says, I need to come to THAT dealership! I guess time will tell if she decides to trade up or not.GREAT JOB BOBBY AND CINDY!!

We had a great experience buying a used car here. Salesman Karl Forbes was a pleasure to deal with and we left with a great car. We looked for a specific car for months and visited a lot of dealerships in the process. This one by far was the most professional. Sonny in finance was very efficient and not pushy about extended warranties, etc... I cant say enough about our sales person Karl though. Excellent dealership, the desk person followed me to the parking lot as I was planning to leave (place very busy). She took the details of the SUV I was looking for, and they had exactly what I wanted on hand. She turned me over the the sales rep (Juan Martell) a delightful young man who was completely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. We did a test drive and he was kind and helpful as I learned how to use all the features that come with the vehicle. A special shout-out to Bobby Craft in the service dept. I (misguidedly) had my car battery replaced at a quick stop joint. They messed up my dashboard (clock, blue tooth, radio, CD - the works) and acted clueless about it. BUT Bobby hopped right on it - got the re-set code - and had me back in business in less than 5 minutes - in the middle of a pandemic! Thank you Bobby, you really are the best. Lila Ivey

Jenkins Acura has been servicing my vehicle for over 14 years. My first vehicle was a 2000 Acura TL and it had over 300,000 miles on it before I purchased another vehicle and I credit Jenkins Acura for there awesome expertise on maintenance and repair.Customer service is like no other, Bob has been assisting me most of those years and hes super awesome, nice and honest. Hes the greatest.

Horrible experience. As a young adult I’d expect to be treated with respect and as an adult. That was not the case here. Horrible customer service and horrible attitudes. Also would not recommend bringing your car here for maintenance because more than likely it’s not fixed. Constant back and forth with this place. Would not recommend to anyone that expects things to be done right the first time.
Arrived bright and early for some maintenance and oil change. Staff were so friendly, even at 7am! Very welcoming environment while the little one and I waited. Great service, they even do a wash and vacuum, car is running great, price and service was top notch. This is our new maintenance spot!

I assisted my mother her first vehicle purchase, ever. We worked with Karl at Jenkins Acura. We are happy with the deal ($), which was largely handled over the phone as Jenkins serviced the trade-in vehicle, so they knew what they were getting. Even more important than the $$$s, Karl is extremely knowledgeable about the product line (legacy and new vehicles). He patiently talked Mom through everything that has changed between her 2016 and 2018 vehicles (center console touch screen interfaces were some of the bigger changes for Mom) and got her excited about all of the new features. Thank you very much Karl, for taking care of Mom.
Referred a friend to the sales team Brandon and Danny for a used car. My friend was unsure if she could get traditional financing. These guys were amazing. They worked to get her into a newer model car with low miles that was absolutely perfect for her. They accepted nothing less than the best for her. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. Also, the other sales and finance people we came into contact with were all very pleasant and helpful. The whole environment on the office was upbeat and it was actually fun to be there.

I went to Acura because I was referred by a close friend and being this was the first car i was buying without my parents help it was a bit scared. But The sales man Sonny Khan was amazing. He made me feel so at home like he was family, and he made the scary experience a little less scary. He joked around and made my sister and I super excited to buy a car. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Plus all their staff is so friendly and nice its not like those other places.
We have been Jenkins Acure customers for 12 years. We are especially pleased with their service department and our service coordinator, Bobbie Craft. The customer waiting area is comfortable, with snacks, coffee and soft drinks always available. We highly recommend them.Bobbie Craft has always been our service rep and he’s the absolute best.

Mike our service guy is excellent. He carefully documented our issues and with the help of the technician advised us of options/cost/timeline. He provided us with a loaner and our vehicle was fixed sooner than anticipated as parts arrived quickly and also thanks to the skill of the technician. All this was performed before hurriance Irma rolled in. The service team is capable, friendly and beats expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
