Great experience at tire kingdom today with Jesse, had a flat tire told him I needed tires he checked and said I only needed two and never tried to talk me into a more expensive ones and other services I never asked for. My car was finished in under two hours with an oil change I asked for!! Thanks so much ! This place will not disappoint you!!

I was the lucky one to get the rookie to work on my vehicle. Over 2 hours hands on to replace 4 tires and at the end, one tire was mounted inside out. In addition a valve stem wasnt replaced. Good thing I checked the work before I left. No one did a quality check before giving me the vehicle back. The mistakes were rectified but it shouldnt have happened. Manager and service writer were pleasant and professional.

Dissatisfied cuz they dont complete what you discussed.. and say other things need done. Cant be trusted.

Had an appointment set yesterday. Explained what I wanted done in detail when I got there was told they couldnt do that. Appointment wasnt till 4pm so wasted the whole day when I couldve found another place to get it done earlier. Wanted to change wheels out for some I had. Whoever made the appointment shouldve known better. Likely wont go back.

Too expensive and couldnt get my filter(oil) off without breaking it and wanted to charge me $95.00 for one

Outstanding Service!!!My husband was in a Hertz rental and stopped at the Firestone across the street they wanted to charge him to check tire pressure because light was on super rude so he drove over to Tire Kingdom across the street they have curbside service call the number they have you pull in the bay checked everything out and explained that all tire pressures were different thats why light was on he was in and out in like 5 mins didnt charge a dime and wished him a Happy Thanksgiving!!! I have never had a bad experience at a Tire Kingdom. They have tires to fit almost any vehicle, situation and budget.

Amazing mechanics and service worth it

I got a flare tire not too far from this place and it was right before closing and while I changed the tire they helped me out tremendously with a tire replacement right before closing and saved my road trip.

Great for oil change specials but beware the up charges. I needed front brake pads and was told that they wouldn’t do them unless I got a ton of unnecessary stuff done for $850. I left and my husband spent about an hour on the brakes and saved us $800. As a woman that wasn’t born yesterday, wasn’t buying it, but I’m sure they do well with their tactics.

Mike and 2 other guys up front went out of their way to help me. He was even helpful when I needed to go elsewhere for my electrical problem. From the first time I called re: this issue, they understood within 2-3min what I was talking about and knew a likely cause; whereas calling the dealership was a nightmare of transfers, hangups, and having to RE-explain issues over & over because they talked over me when I tried to explain the issue in the first place!!TK has always been very knowledgeable and fair in my opinion. Ive been going for years; different vehicles, same great service. 👍🤓❤️

We were visiting in Ocala when we discovered a bolt in our tire a little after 5pm. We found Tire Kingdom online and made it there about 5:40. Ryan was incredibly helpful and was able to patch our tire for us.

Clean facility and easy in and out location. Staff was undermanned, only 2 working the desk. They were busy with counter customers & phone customers. I was there to drop off my car for a 1:00pm on an appointment for a oil change. No one acknowledged me for the first 20 + minutes. Finally, I got the attention of one of the attendants to advise what I needed. He accepted my keys along with my note I provided on my car. I frequent this shop often & spend a lot of $$ here. I didnt recognize either one nor did they know me. Still someone should have acknowledged me when I walked in. Note: they did finish my job on time, but lost the paperwork & my keys with a remote. It took nearly an hour to find it in another vehicle in for repairs. These comments are shown just to advise how things can get when a national company lacks proper trained manpower to handle the workload.

I did not like their customer service at all. I had to unexpectedly purchase 2 tires and get an alignment, I paid $400 cash. It was an effort for them to tell me what the warranty was on the tires and the alignment, I was told its right there on the receipt. And apparently they were just too busy or just didnt care, because I had to put the donut tire back into the tire well, Im pretty sure that would be their job. I will never do business with this company again. Im done.

We have been taking our trucks,cars, Porches, horse trailer for years. They have been great even when they had an oil issue with my car.I cant say enough about how good they have done for my wife and I. The manager is spot on and has been nothing but fantastic to me. Its what makes me come back. They get busy sometimes even when you make an appointment but who doesnt. Be patient and the men will fix anything. They really do care, and I always thank them. Great job Tire Kingdom!!

I went to them for a simple oil change and it turned out be a mess.They broke apart and blamed it on my pervish oil change.the part had to be replaced. Then later that day I had oil leak. I called they say to bring it back and they would fix it.they did and blamed that on the part that had to be replaced. And they said i need a new battery.I did not.I will never go to a tire kingdom again.

They were polite but the service was extremely slow.

This place is a joke. Was having issues with lights dimming. Explained everything to them. They said I needed a new battery. A week later same exact thing happened. Terminals werent tightened. Now, I question did I really needed a battery? Or did someone just need to tighten stuff up. Ill be calling Corp Monday morning. This is unexceptable.

Great place with fantastic staff. They took the time to explain the differences between the tires that were available and what would best fit my budget. They also took the time to inspect my brakes and other equipment for free. Eric one of the managers was really friendly and made me feel like I was at home. The waiting area is nice and clean and there is a gas station right next door for quick refreshment. And if youre adventurous there is always the indulgence of the ice cream shop across the parking lot.

Very good tire shop. I recommend them. Friendly honest staff. That did a good job.

Honest. Fair prices. Seen immediately. Service Manager broke down each step needed to fix my struts prior to alignment. Going in for my first time, a single woman. I have unfortunately experienced Past Mechanics just doing unnecessary work to falsely inflate their bill. Not At Tire Kingdom! Im on my way for an alignment Today. FAIR Prices. Fixed my tire, but drove my car over a curb and popped both front fenders Id just fixed the day before, refused to fix and no price break. Im NOT happy.

I was on the road and had an emergency with a tire. The reviews seemed OK so I ended up here. The staff was professional and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had it fixed in no time and I was back on my way after paying a $38 bill. No chicanery or hard sell on extras; just good efficient services. My wife and I are transplants from the northeast. We first went to Tire Kingdom 3 or 4 yrs ago because of the convenience. Unfortunately we discontinued using them because they were not very honest with my wife on subsequent visits.I swung by there Sunday April 9th to get some tires checked that we had bought previously. I walked in expecting the same shady guys. Not the case. Jerry Popp and crew were awesome...sincerely. Extremely professional and honest. They took care of my concerns promptly and listened to what I had to say.Because of the change in employees and because of Jerry, I feel secure sending my wife for maintenance on the car and for whatever else may be needed done.To whomever it may concern, you guys made the right choice bringing in a new crew. Liars and thieves. And no they didnt fix my car, I took it to a REAL mechanic. I wouldnt allow them to work on my vehicle. They stole the BRAND NEW battery that we specifically made another trip up there to deliver and said it was bad. Then after I chewed Eric out on the phone, he called my cell phone back to start another argument with me. I told him if he called my phone again I would call the police. Worst place to do business with! By the way, got a great REPUTABLE mechanic with an estimate 2500 dollars cheaper & hes going to check to make sure if their estimate was even true.

Customer service on phone inquiries is awful. Placed on hold repeatedly. Hold time each time over 25 minutes without Employee returning to the call to answer my questions. I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for years. This will likely end that relationship for me.

Staff is a joke. wife had a blowout an hour from home and towards the end of the day, calls this place and the guy on the phone says yeah no problem, bring it in and we will take care of you. not the case. toe truck comes, drive to tire kingdom only for the same guy she talked to to come out and say, hope you didnt want that done tonight. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Will never go to a tire kingdom or Goodyear for that matter. An absolute joke.
