Keith Moore is an excellent employee. My windshield wipers went out and I called to see how the labor would be if I bought the parts. Keith looked up my VIN and it turns out I had a recall. He had me bring it in the same day it happened and fixed them for me. I’m so happy to have spoken with Keith otherwise I wouldn’t have never known. He helped me to save a lot of money.

I had an appointment for an oil change. Over 2 hours later I checked and they had mislaid my paperwork. They hadnt started on my car. I This time I just left without any service done on my car. Although they are apologetic, it seems to be the normal experience for me . I will go elsewhere .had only negative experiences with this dealership.They take extraordinarily long to do a simple service.

I took my car here for a oil leak, after paying several thousands of dollars the problem still occured. I took it back the manager keith stated nothing was wrong with the car only for me to get the paperwork and noticed a seal was newly applied to the paperwork. Car hasnt driven right since i picked it up now im stuck with a nonworking car i refuse to pay for.

I was met with lies and deceit from Nick, charged excessively for diagnostic and additional diagnostic charge for OnStar that consent not given.If told problem with the emergency brake button wouldnt turn off, would not the diagnostics start there? Instead met with excessive diagnostic charges, lies, without a vehicle for several days as the problem had not been evaluated.Doing my own investigated work, Haggerty Buick employee Nicks honesty is questionable! Diagnostic with emergency brake button should had started there, which ultimately resolved problem with replacement and not an abundance of fictitious charges!GMAC Customer Experience is a waste of time, dont bother calling. I received a call from Amanda, week after picking up car. There was a mixed up to which Haggerty Buick. A call placed by GMAC to service center in Villa Park not Oak Lawn.It doesnt take a genius at Village Park locale to take my name, information placed it in computer and locate my car at Oak Lawn! I financed my car through GMAC, car serviced for oil changes and other servicesIm done with this dealership, as Amanda offered $100.00 voucher for Haggerty, REFUSED! I WANT NOTHING ELSE TO DO WITH HAGGERTY BUICK NOR GMAC INSULTING MY INTELLIGENCE, WASTING MY TIME AND ADDITIONAL MONIES WASTED USING UBER! SO SORRY, RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO MY SON! This was my second apt for recall on my truck First was a week ago waited 45 mins to check in even though I had an apt and 10 mins after I left got a call back stating that they do not have the part to come back..... When I picked up my car I asked for proof of them ordering the part to confirm that they did.... I was told they do not give that information to the customer.... A week later my part comes in made an appointment right away for 1030 when I dropped off I said I needed my car back before 430 because I needed to go to work.... By 3 oclock I called waited over 30 mins on hold to speak to someone of course truck was not done I asked how much longer which was around 345 he told me 20 mins they are putting it back together I get there at 425 to be told my truck is not ready yet....which means the original 20 mins is now 50 mins they needed... I express my concern to the manager Ken who started that an apt is a drop off time and not the time they will work on the vehicle and due to COVID they are behind and nothing but lies coming from my guess is they didnt start actually working on it till I called and was on hold for 30 mins the labor time for this job is only .55 hour so chances are they started they work right when I called and just played games

Service writers are knowledgeable and never try to up sell you on something that you dont need or want. Pedro always takes care of my vehicle as if it was his own. Being out of warranty I still bring in for routine maintenance as they are thorough and their attention to detail is second to none. Waiting area is always clean and inviting, however due to current conditions I left the premises while they serviced my vehicle. They even phoned me to let me know that my vehicle was ready sooner than the original estimated time. Will continue to visit the service department and they are my go to dealer when I need to purchase a new vehicle.

I came in at 7am for an oil change. I was informed I was due for a 30K mile service; I asked if they could provide an estimate on how long it would take because I needed to be at work by 11am. They said it should be done by 9:30am, so I agreed. I used their text service to ask for an update at 9:40am, but received no response. I sent another text at 10am, but received no response. I finally asked them in person at 10:20am and was informed that they had only just started working on my car. He did not know why. They are now only doing the oil change and tire rotation. So almost 4 hours of waiting and 2 hours missed from work. This is unacceptable for a Certified Service Center.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and waited 3 hours. They need to inform the customers that there will be a signficant wait, even though they have an appointment. I expected to wait about an hour, but 3 was unreasonable even without having an appointment.

Every summer for 5 years #GMC has been fixing my air conditioning on my Acadia. Every summer it breaks again. I am now in #Branson, MO with my 7 and 6 year old 8 hours away from our home in Chicago in 98 degree wither and my air just went out again. I stopped at a dealership on the highway and a very nice experienced tech said they’ve messed it up so bad that now my compressor and all lines need to be fixed—all the parts will take 3 weeks..not this dealers fault! I will never buy another GMC again though. We are waiting on corporate to find a solution as it’s not even safe for my children to be on the road in this heat!!

I always come here for my oil change with no issues except this time I decided to go shopping instead of waiting for my truck and when I came back the girl at the front desk had an attitude with me because I asked her if she knew if my name was called while I was away and she said I don’t know you’ll have to ask Mike he has your paper work I mean she could of just called him for me instead of having me walk over to him because he was with a different client at the time I turned around and saw this girl continue to text on her cell phone she was a young girl but that doesn’t mean she can’t be professional I think her name was Angelina

I want to thank Qunicy at Haggerty Buick Service Department for the exemplary service he extended today! Quincy was very proactive to make sure I arrived to work on time after dropping my call off for service. He kept me abreast by text and phone as to the work on my car; he was very well informed of the warranty coverage too. Not only was my car wash, it appears they cleaned the inside windows since I left a bottle of Windex on the front passenger seat. Thank you all at Haggerty Buick!I am highly recommending Quincy at Haggerty Buick Service Department!

I went to purchase a new car and was met with Arnesto, he was so down to earth and had an awesome sense of humor, then I met LaVonse and Tony, they too were very nice, kept us laughing, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable.I went back a couple of days later to take care of some business and met Paul, very welcoming, great customer service, and awesome personality. This was my first time using the Buick service center and I have to say they did not disappoint ! Allison checked me in on a Saturday at 12PM. I will for warn everyone when you make a Saturday appointment that they only have have the mechanics that generally work Monday to Friday. So with that being said make sure you make an appointment before going on Saturday, because you could possibly be turned away. They are extremely busy on Saturdays. This could lead to longer wait times for service to be completed properly. I had an appointment for 12 noon and I was out by 1 PM! Fantastic service. They do have a waiting area if you choose to wait and offer coffee to help start your day :) I hope everyone else has a Great experience like I did!

Every time I come here for an oil change service they always try to scam me for $150 - $300 with unnecessary fixes. Oh sir we need to clean the butterfly valve, cabin flush, brakes flush, etc. Its all bulls**t. My dad is a mechanic he told my car is perfectly fine and its only 4 years old!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated on my Enclave. Pedro was very helpful and friendly. My coupon was honored. They also fixed the recalls on my vehicle. I did not feel pressured to add other services I did not want. I highly recommend the service center.

Each employee Ive encountered has been been pleasant, helpful and eager to assist. This place is horrible! I’ve been here for 6 hrs for Freon and I’m still waiting. The workers doesn’t even seem to care. I worked with Quincy and he was not helpful at all. I had another place paying for the issue and instead of him letting me know he couldn’t reach them he just sat on his phone and told me nothing until I went and asked about my car. At this point it’s been 7 hours that I’ve been waiting with my 9 yr old son and I’m still being told it’s not ready! This place sucks and I will never recommend it! They need more professional workers and maybe things will be better. 7-11-19 Update - All of the Freon gas leaked out in less than a month because there was a leak. I was told thats what we were paying for them to check. So basically they filled the Freon knowing there was a leak, charged us for checking for a leak but never checked it. NOW THEY WANT US TO PAY ANOTHER $700 to put it back in after the service department got over. If that is not a SCAM I dont know what is. The manager of the service department was very argumentative and not helpful at all. His name was John and he was so rude I couldnt believe it. He basically called me about my review to tell in a rude way to pay again or dont call there anymore. Please BEWARE of this money hungry place. Take your car elsewhere for professional service. This company just wants your money!

Excellent Advisors but mechanics should not work on GMC Trucks. Have been there 4 times in past 4 months with recurring issue. Went to another dealership that alerted me of multiple items that needed attention within one visit. I will not be going back to Oak Lawn Haggerty and I advise GMC owners to STAY AWAY.

Worst service. Had went in for a simple service on an appointment, and was told it would take 3 or more hours. I left the shop and was expecting a call back. I day goes by and I had to call the shop to check up on the car for them to tell me oh we were looking for you .....a day later ! That is ridiculous . CALL ME like any other service center. First service center that expects you to continuously call back to check up on car instead of them calling you when they are done. On top of that they scratched my car and continously denied it until I got the police involved. Thank you for wasting 2 days on a simple service to than end up screaching my new Denali. Avoid the service shop at all cost is the best advise I can give you.

For the most part the folks that work here are pleasant and the waiting room is one of the comfortable ones I’ve waited in. I gave 2 stars because of the time involved for the repairs. I’m given an estimate of 30-40 minutes for an oil change and I’m there for over 90 minutes! I can change my own oil in that amount of time! Doesn’t seem to matter what time of day, I’ve been there at 8:30am,1pm, 4pm... I’ve even made appointments! I’ve seen two movies from start to finish waiting for my oil to be changed. The 21 point checkover is NEVER checked off. I started going to another garage and I’m out in 20 minutes. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this service department due to my vehicle being under warranty. Recently I was quoted an hour and a half to diagnose a code that caused my check engine light to come on. If I’m given a 30 minute window for the oil and it takes 90+ minutes, how long will I wait for this?? I don’t have the time to find out... I also get lame answers about noises or odd things the car is making. I complained about a noise coming from the front of the car when I hit bumps and was told it was the sun visor that wasn’t clicked in... like I can’t tell the difference between a noise coming from outside the car to one in front of my face...After my 3rd time going back, they finally diagnosed a part in the struts had failed.
