THANK YOU for fixing the tire for us!!!Girlfriend and I are on the way to the North Cascade NP when the dashboard warning says Low Tire Pressure. By another kind and honest mechanic reference we came to this shop. After a (free) check up indicating front passenger side tire was the problematic, they pulled out a nail and fixed the leak. When it’s time to pay, we were told the work is complementary! We were speechless, totally! And they are so nice and honest and refuse to take a tip saying that’s the rule.Kind and honesty make the business go long way! Highly recommend this shop!

Made an appointment to have a new set of tires and 4 wheel alignment. When I picked up my car I was informed that my alignment was still fully in specs, so they did not charge for an alignment. So in a nutshell, my tire job came in ahead of schedule and under budget! Im very happy with the service that I received. Shout out to Sean Carroll, a real pleasure to work with.

Brakes are squeaky so set up a time to stop in and get them looked at. Pretty much nothing they can do about it, but they were honest about my brakes being brand new and that they looked good.

We were on our maiden voyage with our Forest River NoBo travel trailer. The dealer had installed our sway bars so tightly that my husband could not force them on. Our local Les Schwab in Port Townsend, WA has always been very helpful in other situations, so we decided to give the Les Schwab in Oak Harbor, WA a try. Just as we had hoped, two mechanics there were extremely helpful. They had the right tools to readjust our sway bars and where very kind gentlemen. We were not charged anything and we were so appreciative to get control of our truck and trailer again. We will continue to patronize Les Swab for our vehicle needs as we know we can count on them to always help us.

Les Schwab is great I went in with a screw in my passenger front tire they fixed quickly and I was on my way in about 20 minutes I highly recommend Les Schwab for tires they are friendly and professional or any other work you might need done

I had to bring my pickup to Les Schwabs because my battery had died while I was away and would no longer start my engine.I explained my situation to the desk agent and he told me my options were to have them charge the battery or buy a new battery.I chose to have them charge my existing battery. The charging process took a couple hours, but proves to be successful.The best part of this was that there was NO charge!

Set appointment to get 1 tire changed and alignment done, they didn’t change the tire and they got annoyed that i wanted it done still and yanked the paperwork back. then had to wait in line another couple hours.wish i could add a photo bc the tire is dry rotted, not in any condition to drive on safely. i live and travel in my van so i need to have the it in good condition before long drives.still cheapest place on the island, but may be worth it to find somewhere else with better communication skills.edit: appreciate fast response from owner. added a star.

Had a slow air leak on my tire for weeks. Spontaneously took it to Les Schwab with no appointment, and despite having a full garage, they had the screw removed and tire repaired in barely over an hour. And to my complete dismay, they didn’t charge me a thing! Very impressed with their customer service all around. Will be back — thank you Kenny, Sean and all the folks at Les Schwab!

I had the best experience with this Les Schwab location! Troy was extremely helpful and he patched my tire and checked the pressures in the other three in less than 20 minutes! They were quick and efficient and I highly recommend if you need any work done!

Tires are great Service not so much was told payments were a certain amount then was told after a month of making that payment that I was behind because it was a partial payment so make sure you have in writing what your payments will be. Like I said tires are great, but will be my last time..

Customer service and team spirit behind the counter is huge.

Back in the Spring of 15 my starter was going bad and I was taking a risk holding it off and driving around. One day going to work, my car wouldnt start and I was sad. I had to leave it in front of my apartment complex where I would also risk getting a parking ticket for parking over 1.5 hours. It was there for 3 days. Fortunately, no ticket! In that time, I was looking for a shop that does excellent work with a reasonable and fair price and these guys popped up. Requested an appointment after hours and was emailed back late evening saying that they ordered my part and was in the shop 2 days later. (Could have been next day, but I was carpooling to work) These guys were great, efficient, nice and friendly. They got the work done in about 3 hours and my car has been running like new ever since.The only thing I would say is that while they were swapping out the starter, they spilled some of my coolant and replaced it with a generic coolant. My car takes a specific coolant and I dont like mixing fluids, so that kind of upset me...but since Im easygoing, I let it go.The positives by far outweigh that one negative. I can trust these guys and would return in the future if anything else happens.

Some of the staff here is very knowledgeable, and some arent but try. They do a good job but wait times for more simple things can be very, very long.

Les schwab has the best customer service ever, more than any other place Ive done business with tire wise.. no other place will treat you like that..

Im a fan of Les Schwab and get my tires from them. I appreciate the fact that they take care of nails in tires for free (regardless of if its a Les Schwab tire or not). Maybe its not fair to complain in this regard, but it took them an extremely long time to fix my tire that had a nail. They didnt look very busy, but it still took them almost 1.5hrs to fix my tire. Not sure if this is normal for this particular store or not as we were visiting from out of town.

I have obstructive airway, I can’t tolerate a mask. Do les Schwann care? Nope. Tried putting on mask even with supplemental oxygen, had to sit down, so they just serving customers who came in after me.

Fantastic service and folks! Love Les Schwabs commitment to the customer. They even fixed my tire on my hand truck for free. On another occasion, we got stuck in Boise in a snow storm. We went to the local Les Schwab to buy a set of snow tires just to get home. They shipped our newer tires, we bought elsewhere, to Oak Harbor for free! We will ALWAYS be a Les Schwab customer!

They put on my new truck tires just before their closing time so wed have them for our camping trip the next day. Then they check brakes, suspension, and more -- then two of the guys even came over and explained my pneumatic airbag suspension system (new truck to me, and new RV; I didnt even know I had airbags!One of the guys sent me a postcard a couple weeks later thanking us for the purchase, and offered answers if we had any.Finally, I just recently got a text reminding my it was time for a tire rotation and pressure check. Yeah, I did Costco once... never again!

This place was nothing but kind, corteous, and professional. I scheduled an appointment for four new tires and was given a quote upon arrival the gentleman behind the counter informed me there were better tires for cheaper saving me almost 50 dollars. Then the job was done in under an hour and I was given suggestions, but never felt intimidated to have the maintenance performed there. Awesome awesome awesome. I’d give this location 10 stars if possible.

I had a new tire installed about 1 week ago. Started getting Check tire pressure message on car dash. Took car back to have it checked out. Led Schwab got my car in right away & checked it out. They reset the system & I Was good to go.They care for their customers!

Dont go here if you need a tire patched. Theyll refuse to do it and will instead try and sell you 4 tires.

So far great. They went out of their way to bring me back to the campground and are planning on picking me up again tomorrow once the work is done. Too bad the other store didnt fix it right the first time. But the guys at the oak harbor store have So far gone out of their way. Ill find out more tomorrow.Update: They were better than expected. They had my truck fixed first thing in the am and the manager came to the campground to get me so i could get my truck. They more then took care of me!!! Thank you

I walked in 10 min to 6 PM with a slow leak in my tire. I walked out at 6:05 with the tire fixed via a plug. I cant say enough about the great customer service I received tonight. Thank you so much!

Excellent service as always, Les Schwab has been in our town for decades. Recently my battery died in my car as I was waiting to pick up my prescriptions at the window at a local pharmacy. They came right over to give me a jump and save my day.

What a great service!!! I needed my tires rotated and as I pulled into a parking spot, an employee was already walking out to greet me. He arrived at my truck before I even got out of the door. He was extremely polite and walked me inside, filled out the computer information in seconds, asked for my keys, and got my truck into the shop before I could sit down. The guys here really know what they are doing and have fantastic customer service! +A customer service!

The crew at Les Swab saved my bacon when I woke to a dead battery. Called them up and someone was at my house in 10 minutes. They gave a jump free of charge, followed me to the shop to make sure I got there alright. They got me the right battery on order since not in stock, called me 4 days later and got me running again with no more needing jumps from dead batteries.They also patched my tire after noticing that my tire was low. Didnt charge for the tire repair. I hadnt even noticed it was getting low. The tech told me he noticed it was lower than it should have been checked the tire and found a shard of metal sticking out. They went the extra mile and I really do appreciate it. Very friendly staff looking out for the customers and doing everything to make traveling on the road safer.

Brought my car here today because I thought the brakes went. Turned out to be a much minor issue and they didnt even charge me to fix it! Definitely will be coming back here when I do need brakes/ tires. Thank you Les Schwab for being a shop I can trust.

Firstly, I went in a few weeks ago to get new wheels(rims) put in my car, I was back on the road within about 40 minutes. Secondly, went in today with (what I thought was) a flat tire. They couldnt find anything, however, they went and gave it a second look. They found a small leak that mightve been caused by the new rims, or a pothole I had ran over a few days before. Patched it and got me back on the road, all the meantime it was passed their hours. Very happy with my experiences here!

Great experience. Moved across country (3k miles) pulling a 5000lb trailer and wanted to get the tires rotated before I leave for SoCal, just in case there were any wear issues. Went in the early morning which I suggest and they got the truck in within 20 min. Watched the guy rotate the tires and he was very thorough. They drove out the back and it took awhile for them to pull up front. Turns out they washed the tires and wheels off too. To top it all off they did everything for free and hoped they earned my business for all my tire needs, which they have. $26 for a rotation ended up being free. You get what you pay for and after reading the reviews of other places on the island, this is the only place Ill take my truck.

Good atmosphere. The coffee and the popcorn was yummy... only thing the tv was a little too loud.

I brought our delivery vehicle in for a last minute tire patch hoping theyd still be able to do it 5mins til closing time. Not only did they take it, I was back on the road in less than 15mins! Saved us from being down 2 delivery vehicles for Cinco de Mayo last week.

SHADY!!!! I had my tires rotated and balanced. A day after that amazingly one of my TPMS sensors dies. Ok I understand they have batteries and can die but then the next day another one dies. Absolutely nothing was wrong with them before Les Scwab touched it and theyre happy to replace it at $66 here and $66 there. Sketchy on so many levels.
