Definitely not honest about total cost. I went in to get my tires rotated and needed to have the wheel locks replaced. I purchased the wheel locks separately so the gentleman said it would cost $20 to replace. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he tells me it’s $80! Apparently, it’s $20 to replace the lug nut/wheel lock for each wheel. I’m definitely feeling a little ripped off :/.

Great experience today when we had an unexpected flat tire. Although they did not have the tire wed need in stock they were willing to pick it up at another location. However, they were able to successfully repair / patch our tire on-site, which save us a lot of time and money.. As they were willing to go the extra mile, we very much appreciate the assistance of todays crew!

Made an appointment for 1:00 to get a tire fixed and they finally took my car in at 2:00 because they saw that I was getting angry. Why make an appointment if you just have to wait anyways.

I had a tire that needed to be replaced and had zero luck at the Pecos location. I decided to give this location a try and I’m glad I did. Jon was nothing less than amazing! A rodent chewed through my coolant hose and while I was traveling around the neighborhood my car started steaming... I called from home at mid afternoon for help and I dropped off my car on a Friday late and was contacted the next noon time that they could fit me in...this was the second time this month I needed assistance AND THEY CAME THROUGH...pricing was great and the SERVICE IS AMAZING. I contacted the manager Jon because I wasn’t too happy with a job a technician did on my son’s car and he said “please bring it back, I’ll make it right”. He personally test drove it, made sure the issue was resolved and didn’t charge me a cent for the 2nd visit. He actually thanked me for giving him the opportunity to earn back my business. Amazing customer service! I am blown away that he cared so much!

They diagnosed one forth of my car right I did need new tie rods. Other than that they were wrong. They told me that I had to pay $45 for turning off my skid light. This is a joke once I got the new tie rods from another place the light automatically turned off.... I dont think theres anything else to say, besides they tried to rip me off. Please consider going to a different place.

This store was contacted in the morning about my need for a new tire. They advised that they could order my desired brand, and have it available the next day. Later the same day they called me, and advised that they were able to obtain the tire, and I could come in to have it installed when I was ready. I arrived at their store about 30 minutes later, and the installation was completed as expeditiously as possible. They were very professional and courteous. Many thanks to all involved.

I had installed a new lift (OME 3/1 leveling lift) and all new suspension in my 2006 Toyota Tundra.After trying to book an alignment at several other competitors, (Firestone / Tires Plus) they accepted, then failed claiming they couldnt do 33s even after wasting several days of trying)... A very frustrating experience being told (sold) one thing and then wasting my time to find out that the whole time, it was just a guess to keep me on the hook. Every other shop was several days to ONE WEEK out to schedule an alignment. To be without my only mode of transportation for a WEEK waiting was just flatly unacceptable.Everything changed with this Big O shop, and Ive found my new go to place.I tried the online appointment scheduler at Big O. It did not show space available for several days, so I decided to call instead. The associate Kaylan answered the phone and was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and most important: HONEST.He said that although the schedule was full, hed try to fit me in for the same day.He ran into an issue in the afternoon where they couldnt remove a pair of bolts and required an additional day (and replacement parts). He quoted me $370 for parts and labor to swap out the stuck inner lower control camber bolts. I asked him if he tried with PB blaster, he said yes. Then I asked him if he tried a blowtorch. He laughed and said that thats what hell do when he has fresh parts because the torch will destroy the bushings (100% true!). I looked it up and the parts are 150/side plus labor, so this quote seemed absolutely fair.However, the following day, Kaylan called to follow up and said that they WERE able to get the bolts loose (no new parts necessary, yay!), and that the extra labor was only $50 instead of the $370 in parts and labor he quoted the previous day.He also told me that the alignment was done and ready for pickup.Overall, John and Kaylan were reasonable, calm, and HONEST with their assessment, pricing, timelines, and service.In the end they only charged me for the $79 alignment and the extra $50 in labor (wrestling with the bolts, and flipping my upper control arm ball joints to get proper camber for the alignment... CREATIVE THINKING by the way which I really appreciate!!!) for $150 something with tax.As a thank you, I went ahead and upgraded my standard alignment to a 5 year warranty, because if I ever need anything done with my suspension or alignment issues, Ill be back to this location and in particular, Kaylan.His phone skills are great. He clearly knows what hes doing, is honest about the issues, works hard to fit me in when others wouldnt, and even thinks on his feet and is a PROBLEM SOLVER... all while keeping me informed and aware of the issues.This location has earned my trust and my future follow on business.Highly recommended!THANK YOU GUYS!Dustin W

Once again Big O Tires has saved the day!! I had no idea how bad my brakes were until they physically showed me and they got me back on the road in time to miss a huge storm!! They did so much work in order to get me back on the road before the storm hit. They must have had 4 or 5 guys working on it.... the work that they do is a true miracle!

6 years ago after my divorce, I took my car in to your location because I had air leaking in one of my tires. Your team fixed it at no-cost and just told me to come back for my next service. That meant so much to me as a newly single mom that you didnt worry about upselling or upcharging me--just good old customer service.Ive taken my car to you guys ever since and every time the experience is amazing--even when I have to spend more than I wanted--unexpected car repairs is never fun ESPECIALLY when youre on a limited income. I went in before they opened because my plans changed and I suddenly needed MY vehicle instead of a friends to drive to the mountains and meet a group of 18 people for a trip I had organized.They were great, opened the door early for me, had a great attitude, they got my alignment done efficiently and I was on the road before 8 am. Yes I was one of the people who waited until the snow storm to get my snow tires mounted. Myself along with half of Thornton. Even though they were under pressure, some techs didnt show up, they showed me courtesy and had a good sense of humor despite what was going on. I was in and out within an hour. They wrapped my regular tires up and put them in my car. They are the best.
