Stay away from this place. Nice people at the desk….but absolutely atrocious service. This place used to be really good, but something drastically has changed for the worse. I’ve been here for over 2 hrs with several people “working” and talking to each other while my vehicle has been up on the lift for over 2 hrs. I’ve also noticed that every person in here…(even a guy with a new vehicle) gets the same upsell attempt for a very expensive repair. This is why people don’t trust auto service providers like this. The owners here should be ashamed of this service.

I came into this location last year and the technician completely destroyed my wheels. Im talking to the point of gouging the metal out on every single wheel. He then never said anything about it and let me drive all the way home.The Store manager Angie was very rude to me about it all and she literally told me that I am not welcome back to Firestone, all because of THEIR MISTAKE.They ended up having to replace all 4 of my wheels and it was a hassle to get it all taken care of.I later went to another Firestone in Longmont for an alignment and the technician literally made my alignment worse and ended up damaging my ball joints. They ended up paying for new ball joints because they agreed they were at fault.Unless you have a basic minivan with steel wheels, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. They are not trained enough to do more than basic maintenance at best.

I gave them several opportunities to get SOMETHING right, and they failed every time.About 1.5 years ago I got roped in to using Firestone after having picked up a nail in one of my tires. I stopped at the nearest tire store, which was a Firestone (not this location), and was told they couldnt patch it because it was too close to the sidewall (which I was skeptical about, but what choice did I have?). I ended up leaving there with 2 new tires, since the other was fairly worn, and I purchased the Life-Time Alignment since I had planned to replace the lower control arms, ball-joints, and strut assemblies in the near future and would likely need further alignments with the new parts.Well, since getting the new tires put on, I have been back to this Firestone location 8-10 times for routine issues that they never got right.-I have had the wheels balanced 4-5 times and they never got it right. Though they keep telling me theres other issues, like wheel bearings (which are brand new). I watched as one technician just kept sticking more wheel weights over the OLD wheel weights. *face-palm*-I have had it back there for 3 or 4 alignments and my steering wheel is still not centered, the car still pulls to the left and the wheels still wear unevenly.-They broke the wheel cap on a recent visit and didnt tell me until I had already paid for the wheel balance (which they said the residual shudder at high speeds was due to bad rear wheel bearings...again). When I complained to the manager about the broken wheel cap, she said theyd order a new one from the dealer (good luck, its a Saab), then that manager got fired, and now no one will take responsibility.-I dropped off a winter wheel/tire (from TireRack) to have them diagnose and repair a leak. They said they filled it up with air and couldnt find it. So, I took the wheel home, re-filled it, sprayed it with soapy water and it was practically blasting air out from the valve stem. So, I tightened the valve stem myself.-I just had it in for an alignment, again, and they said they couldnt do it because I needed new inner and outer tie rods at a cost of about $700. I took it to my Saab mechanic, he broke the jam nut loose and confirmed everything was ready and able to be adjusted for an alignment. He also confirmed the wheel bearings on all 4 wheels are fine. Still.I kept taking my car to Firestone because I just COULD NOT believe a business that supposedly specializes in wheels/tires in incapable of performing the simplest of wheel/tire related tasks. The level of incompetence is astounding. I will never use Firestone again. Should I find myself stranded with a flat tire again, I will gladly walk by a dozen Firestones to find ANYONE ELSE to help.

I dont know whats going on lately but, for the past 2 years, service is dropping. I noticed that my car was drifting to the left when I let go of the wheel. I scheduled a wheel alignment and although they checked it, but, it wasnt in perfect alignment because its still in the green area on the wheel alignment data sheet. I feel I need to go to another firestone cause service isnt good. So for anyone with wheel alignment issues, go to another location where they actually cared for your vehicle. This isnt the first time that this has happened. This is now the 3rd time they did this to me. Before when I first paid for lifetime wheel alignment they would give you a sales pitch that if you ever drove over a pothole, come back and we can get it in alignment for you. Its seems that doesnt hold true. 😕

I did give 5 stars when I went in to get my oil changed .only to find out they stripped the oil pan plug . oil leaked out all over my driveway!! These did fix it but were very rude to me when I picked it up I take all the stars back.thank god I wasnt taking a road trip .l could have blown my motor and been stranded!!!??

Went in on a Sunday . 9am appointment and they were understaffed. I understand they were going to take a while but not 3hrs just to put on 4 new tires on my Subaru wrx Sti. I was VERY disappointed on how they couldn’t take off my low profile tires that were on the wheel. Took nearly two hours on the first wheel. BUT THATS NOT THE BEST PART. THEY SCUFFED UP MY WHEELS (Rims)! Not only did they not have enough knowledge on removing low profile tires but they even ruined my wheels! Also broke a tpms sensor thankfully they replaced it but it shouldn’t have ever happened.If you could give me 800$ to get my wheels repaired and powder coated I’d much appreciate it.

Dont go here for alignment and auto inspection.. I never received any proof or copy of the alignment and what was done to my car. Firestone usually has a check off sheet that they will give. I asked for a copy and the tech said he could not. I could easily see the paper was not filled out so I asked him what was done. He said everything was reviewed, and that the tech just forgot to check through the boxes.. I work in health care and if its not doc. It wasnt done.. screwed me on 600 dollars.. also charged me for brake change.. 3 weeks later... brakes are still sqeeking.. save yourself some money people. These people are dishonest.

Here is what the technician did to 4 out of 5 of my wheels that werent even a year old. Long story short, the store manager was a bit rude to me about the whole thing and kept trying to nickel and dime me over everything. I ended up having to get corporate involved and they replaced the wheels, but the store manage was saying that Id have to pay another shop to mount them again, and drive 45 mins down to pick them up and take them to another shop, then bring back the old wheels to her??? I already paid them to mount them the first time.She LITERALLY said it was inconvenient for her. THIS ISNT VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME EITHER!In the end, I had to get the claims people involved as well as the area manager. They took care of me properly.The store manager never once apologized and every time I would call her for an update, she would answer the phone with the Firestone response, then when I said who I was, instead of saying hello, she literally said mmmhhmmm. Every single time!I ended up calling her out on all the BS. I was VERY COOL about everything the whole time, I didnt yell, I gave them time to get things figured out, etc etc.Based on the way she handled it, I probably would have been treated better if I had yelled and lost my temper. She told me 4 separate times she would call me back and she never once called me. I would let a couple days pass and would have to call her back even though she said shed call me by the end of the day.In the end, had she handled it better, this review would not exist. Firestone took care of me no problem.Angie, this review is here because of you and how poorly you treated me because of something YOUR technician did because he was promoted too early.

My experience with Firestone was great. I brought my vehicle into the shop and asked them to take a look at some of the issues, they got the vehicle in within an hour and then finished several repairs within the day. It was great to work with them and as my vehicle has problems in the future I will be back :)

This place is not to be trusted! I went there for a simple alignment and left there with a hood that can’t be opened and a truck that shakes to no end!! I’m speaking to my lawyer this place needs to be out under new management immediately before bigger law suits come about!!!

Its lucky Im giving them one star they dont deserve any I went there on Tuesday March 16th after I called and set an appointment for 4:00 p.m. I checked the oil in the morning it was good on the dipstick my girlfriend had errands to run and got home about 2:30 truck was running fine I took the truck up there was running fine no noises whatsoever got all the paperwork done to get an oil change they told me it would be about an hour went across the street to the mall went to Ross and did a little shopping came back and they told me that there was Sludge in the oil pan and when he pulled the oil plug nothing came outthey said they couldnt do anything I didnt pay anything but they brought my truck out to me it was ticking really bad there was no oil in it and I had to add five quarts of oil to it thank God there was an AutoZone right by there.I dont know what the hell happened but I think somebody owes me for five quarts of freaking oil and I think they know who they are

First off i work for a diesel repair shop asa service writer, the only reason i brought my car here was to have my tires balanced after my shop installed my snow tires because we do not have a balance machine for car tires.I waited an hour for them to balance my tires. I live 6 blocks away. After my services were complete i drove home and the was instant rubbing noise from the front of my car. I turned around and came back to firestone.I arrived and explained my issue. I waited 20 min for them to pull it in. When the tech got in my car he backed up, slammed it in drive, spun the tires and went full throttle past the bay doors then slammed the brakes and went around the building.Once theyy pull it out of the bay and give it back to me I will never be back regardless if its fixed or not.

I could be wrong... But why would you say your technician that is working on my car, who I happen to know from school all of a sudden had to leave to go home? And then lie about it again the next day? Also, I dont understand why you would have to remove the strut from the knuckle just to do an alignment. I was told I could drop the car off and wait 4 days before I can get it back. So I went to Meineke on 84th just west of I-25. Same day, maybe 40 minutes, $50 later, and they took me from Firestone.Its also kind of redundant to take on more repairs than you have technicians. The parking lot is always full and seems to never be moving. My dad brought two of his cars here and waited 2 days just to get a nail fixed in the tires. Oh and, a 10 minute oil change that I could have done at home for him cost him 4 hours of not working.So I guess you get what you pay for. Take your car in for a small repair, wait too long. Also they try to tell you what needs to be done to your car, for example, a non-existent cabin air filter. Glad I didnt pay the $75 for a filter that you can not put in my car.Ive gone here for 10 years with my family. And very recently we stopped. Lying to customers, hiring people that are not watched over, hiring people that dont know how to do their work, and just straight up a negative experience. It could be me, but when the management changed, I noticed a huge drop in efficiency.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - 2/6/17 - Noticed a nail in the tire of our jeep while gassing it up. Drove over a mile to the Firestone that was still open, on Melody Drive in Thornton, CO. Guy at the counter said it would cost $20 to pull the nail and plug the tire. No problem. I pulled the jeep into the garage, with him guiding me. I went into the waiting room, 5 mins later the guy at the counter walked up to me and said you need to buy a new tire. I jokingly said yeah right, its a nail in the tire. He took me into the garage and said First, we cant plug this, because its less than 2 fingers away from the sidewall (still dont know if that part is true btw) AND theres this - He showed me an almost 6 inch gaping hole in the sidewall of my tire, that was NOT there when I drove it in to the garage, or when I drove the jeep more than a mile to get to the Firestone. Not once did he take responsibility for it, nor did he offer to make it right in any way, since it was obviously his tech that destroyed my tire. Even if it was accidental, which Im not sure after reading the other reviews, they need to take responsibility for their actions. In addition to that, I called Firestone customer service the moment I got back home (riding on a donut btw), they opened a complaint file for me and told me the manager of this location would get back to me within 24 hours. Its currently 2/8/17, more than 40 hours since I was told the manager would get in contact with me, and still nothing. The attached pictures are the nail in the tire, which he said they couldnt remove and plug, AND 2 pics of the damage they did to my tire. I have since purchased 2 new tires, totaling over $125 from another retailer, and Firestone has done NOTHING to accept responsibility or make this situation right. Oh yeah, and he charged me $10 to put the donut on my jeep, after they destroyed my tire. This place is awful and I warn everyone to stay away. Not sure how/why they stay in business, but if this is the way customers are treated every day at this location, I hope they are closed down soon. I tried to give them 0 stars, however I couldnt post my review without giving them at least one.

I cannot speak for the experiences of others but I am very happy with. the service I received today. Ran over a nail and took my tire over to them to get replaced. was under warranty so I paid $34. Tech said they were busy and could possibly be till 6pm but Jason took it on himself to replace my tire. Got a call 15 minutes later and was back on the road. Very grateful for his personal customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. Ive been purchasing lifetime alignments for my vehicles from Firestone since about 2013. Everytime I setup an appointment at this place, I drop my car off, ask if theyll get it in right away and am told to come back in an hour or hour and a half. 2 out of the last 3 times, my vehicle is still in parking space I left it at and they hadnt even touched it yet. What is the point of appointments if theyre not going to hold up their end of the agreement. People make appointments so they can schedule their day around them. Also, they state their techs arent comfortable aligning lifted vehicles but Ive had my vehicle aligned here before and many other firestones without issue. I took my vehicle to Tires Plus (which is owned by Firestone) and the guy was super nice, knowledgeable and told me to drop it off in the morning and theyll get it done. Said all his techs are capable of doing the job right. Just bad management and inexperienced techs at this location I guess.

That I needed back break went to dealership brakes are almost new on the rear they just think you to spend money they charge you for every little thing and then you find out that it was really for free I would never return and I used to manage Firestone stores for over 15 years

Took my car here for an alignment and had an appointment. They did not call me at all to update me that they could not do it today. Instead, I found out that they could not do the alignment by calling them (after they closed) and asked what the status was of my vehicle. They then told me that they could not do it today and would have to tomorrow morning. No apology was given for not being able to get to my car today. They were not even call me to tell me they were going to keep my car. Now I have to call a whole new Firestone and go through the same process over again.Would NOT recommend. Ever.

I bought brand new tires through them and they were super friendly. I just had another vehicle aligned by them which turned out amazing so I decided to use them for another vehicle that my wife drives. They sold her the $800 in tires and I wanted them to align it at the same time and then they told her ball joints were bad. It was the end of the work day and the technicians were out of uniform and could they were over the day. I called the next morning and the manager told me to send it back and they would align it for me. I sent it back up there and they literally took an hour and a half trying to find something wrong with the truck to get over on my wife. Awesome fake customer service and terrible business. Ive always trusted Firestone with my vehicles being that I am ASE certified I believe in their quality of work. I really am shocked about this location because Ive never had trouble at any other Firestone in the country. The regional manager should investigate the technicians and manager at this location. My recommendation would be find a different Firestone with honest employees that appreciate their job.

Angelee is very helpful, but you should double check the mechanics’ work. They forget stuff sometimes...like replacing the oil filter when changing the oil. I’d recommend using checklists in this shop. Sometimes they have great deals on tires

I came in to get an oil change and they said it would take about an hour. I waited for about three hours to get the oil change! Then they lifted the vehicle twice cause I was told they felt something didn’t feel right? I was also surprised to see such bad safety culture. tech’s walking around without safety glasses. Then after I got my car back I had an oil cap left underneath my hood And the only way I found out it was there was when I went to get in my car I noticed the hood was open. so I Tried to close it. To my surprise it would not close so I lifted the hood and found A small cap keep under hood keeping it from closing.This is poor work and unsafe!I am very disappointed! I thought I could take my car there Cause they would do a good job. I was sadly mistaken. They no longer have my business!

Got a low tire pressure warning on my Escape today. Lorenzo and Jason filled the tires, reset my tire warning and checked all of the tire sensors. They did way more than was necessary with no charge and on a cold day. I really appreciate the time and care they took of me and my car.

Where do I even start. I was told they could do the work the next day. On my way out they said by the the technician was off the next day and it would take another day okay. I called the second day to inquire about my truck. They said he thinks he is going to finish, should I call back later. Oh no sir I will call you, that phone call never came,until afternoon of the third day. Just unprofessional and inconvenient. Now for the best part the technician did not put cap to cooling system back on right. Coolant went every where. So now do I take it back to get coolant for free---no I dont have the time I have to deal with it on my own. Anyway if you are looking for a place for your automobile l suggest you keep looking DONT Stop here.

Brought my truck down today due to an oil leak. Mitch was super helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Firestone unfortunately was not able to assist with the neccessary repairs but pointed me in the right direction and got me back on the road right away. Guys like Mitch are why I continue to return to Firestone locations for my auto needs.

Excellent service! I came 45 minutes early for a scheduled wheel alignment. They got me in as soon as the rack was available. Had their best technician take care of it and was done in short order! I have been coming to this Firestone Tires location since the mid 1990s and have been well taken care of every time. Good management and they are very personable! I can always count on them for what I need.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON. THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE HERE WHO DO NO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR AND BLAME YOU FOR IT. Do not take your car here for any reason. They ruined my car and wont pay for any of the damages. Horrible company and worse mechanics. Took it in for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. They overfilled the fluid causing it to explode all over my car and they didnt reattach the air filter after changing the oil. Scooby Doo could have done a better job.

I originally thought that this was going to be a great experience. I called and spoke with someone who seemed very accommodating and was able to get me in same day and to just drop by whenever. I was working in the area so I decided to just drop off my car and I could come pick up at a later time. When I went to drop, the woman at the front desk very rudely informed me that they did not have any availabilities. I told her that I had spoken to the gentleman sitting next to her and he gave her the go ahead. She took my information and I left being told that it was going to be about an hour. I showed up about four hours later and my car had not been moved. I waited in line for about 40 minutes only to find out that they did not know what process my car was in. Looking out the window and watching them scramble to realize they had not started my car, I was told they should be finishing up shortly and shouldnt be about 15 minutes. I waited another hour to get my car back. When I got into my car, there were stains all over the door and steering wheel. When you pay for a service, you expect professionalism, that is not what you get at this location.

Usually Firestone locations are good at what they do and provide excellent customer service. This is the second time in a row with at this location takes way too long to get the job done. This time it took an hour and 50 minutes to do an oil change and a tire rotation. The last time it took over 3 hours and they still did not get the job done right. I had thought it was a one-time deal possibly a bad day but now after two times in a row I will not be coming back to this location to service my vehicle.

Would not recommend this specific shop to anyone. I’ve had great experiences with other firestone locations but the manager Angelee at this location has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I never once had such a terrible experience trying to get an issue resolved as I’ve had with Angelee and the area manager Katrina. They are the definition of terrible customer service.

I always receive great customer service here, especially from the General Manager. She is a pleasure to work with and very thorough. The reason this location gets 3 stars is because the actual service/repairs take a very very verrrrrry long time to complete. Even if you have an appointment, oil changes still take around 2 hours so I advise not to wait there unless you absolutely have to.

I don’t even know where to start... this is the second time that we have come to this particular shop and both times we have had egregious problems. We will NEVER be coming back again. During this particular visit we just needed our back left tire repaired after we found a nail in it and it was leaking air. We found the nail and could actively hear the leak. When we arrived at the store, with an appointment, we were told it was going to take 1.5-2 hours to fix the tire. All the while we were watching the technicians sitting around and laughing and doing nothing. At the 2 hour mark we received a phone call saying they could not find the leak. Instead they found a rock they said looked like a nail (like I don’t know what a nail in a tire looks like) but there was no leak. We told them to look again. An hour later we still hadn’t received a call about the car so we went back to the store. They told us again they couldnt find the leak and blamed the changing temperatures. We still have loss of tire pressure and the problem wasn’t fixed. We made a new appointment with another store that I know I can trust. We will not be returning.

I came back to pick up the car at 3 pm, and at that time it just started to serve! How are you guys? I serve my cars only from you, and you let me down so much! Im just upset, I sit and wait for you to finish, all my plans for today have failed. Poorly.upd. Pleased after 3pm.) Quickly done everything, and the cost of work is very acceptable. If they allow negative stars...avoid this place! Took vehicle in for alignment. Was told that we needed to replace pitman arm, steering stabilizer, and front and rear shocks. After several hours, we called as it was close to closing time, and they tried to tell us that they found more bad parts. Have big issue with this as it was steering work. A good technician would have identified these the first time when we were told it needed parts. Either poorly trained or unethical, take your pick. For us, we will NEVER go back.

I brought her in for brakes because they had a coupon for rotor resurfacing included and $60 off per axle. I knew I needed pads and did not need rotors, they said I needed rotors. I said please just resurface them - they said their lathe was broken - ah, so I dont need rotors, they just cant resurface them. I canceled the brake job but let them change my oil and transmission fluid - HUGE MISTAKE - the transmission broke on the highway spraying the fluid everywhere and smoking, popped the hood and they hadnt even put the air filter back into the car.

After having to use my epi pen after my van was serviced at another Firestone (not this Firestone) I still needed my van fixed. I called this Firestone completely upset and concerned for my life threatening illness and how the work was going to be done.To my surprise the sweetest woman answered the phone. It was the manager!!! Lets just say this...not only did she surpass her District Manager on customer service. (District Manager has yet to call me) she took care of my van like it was her daughters.Angelee, not only runs her Firestone with care for people but with honest good guys!!Even after I was extremely worried, I canceled my appointment and brought it in a few days later but a day before my scheduled appointment. They still took care of my van.Its was completely painless when it came to a life threatening situation with this manager on duty.Thank you again from the bottom of our heart.We all need a manger like this to take care of us on the road.Extremely knowledgeable young men!! STAY AWAY!!!My boyfriend made an appointment 3 days in advance, to get studded snow tires for his 2017 Prius for 10am on a Sunday morning, intending to leave for a job at noon. He thought an appointment would mean that he would get in and out of there in time. We showed up at 930am to an empty store, with a couple of people waiting and were told that the place was short-staffed so we should go to breakfast and come back. We returned at 10am and sat for 4 hours total waiting for the one person who showed up to work, besides the manager, to put the tires on. At around 1.5 hours the manager came over to tell us that it was too cold and that the snow tires were less flexible so therefore difficult to put on. (a blatant lie, as studded snow tires are actually more flexible. This is information that we actually knew from previous experience). At 2 hours, my boyfriend noticed that the employee was working on other cars - and talked to with the manager about it. He then called Customer Service for help, one of a few calls made to Customer Service in the following few hours. Customer Service issued a Claim # and called the manager and suddenly a flurry of activity began around the Prius - it was put up on the lift, etc. At 3 hours they had a set of snow tires on the car - NOT STUDDED. The manager told my boyfriend that he had not ordered studded snow tires. We showed him the paperwork to prove our order. Another call to Customer Service revealed that they dont put studded snow tires on at that location! We had them put our old tires back on and at 4 hours we got out of there with NOTHING but a promise to receive a call-back from the District Manager within 48 hours - a call which never came.

I’m I honestly so disappointed. I’ve took my car to this location for almost 2 years now and Angie is wonderful person. However she was not there and this new girl Sabrina is there and is very rude I was about 13 mins late to my oil change appointment that I drove all the way from Lakewood to get because normally service is wonderful that I still drove this way even though I moved last August..Anyway Sabrina’s rude self would not help me! I said I wouldn’t leave so she called the cops. Let me remind you I have 2 little children with me a 2 year old and 4 year old. Cops get there yell at me kick me out and Sabrina is just laughing with her tech right next to her. All I needed was a oil change and she refused me service. There was one other car there. They weren’t busy at all. This was at 5:13 they close at 7.Please do not come to this location if you want to be treated fairly. Like a human!Sabrina I’ll pray for you boo! By the sounds of it I’m not the only one and by the looks of it your making this place look horrible. Angie I’m sorry I really appreciated your help but I will no longer come to this location. you couldn’t even reach out to me about this incident. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I went to get 2 of my tires replaced and they told me I needed a oil change. They changed my oil and replaced my oil drain plug with a bigger one and it caused all the oil to drip out of my truck. I’m not even going back cause I have a feeling they’re gonna charge me for what they messed up with.

Firestone is such a joke of a company. I will never ever take my car to this place. I toke my car to get an alignment and somehow the incompetent mechanic hit a break line. This was a saturday I did not get my car back until wednesday. I work for Lyft and was out of commission for 5 days because of their mistake. They did rent me a car but I cant drive Lyft with it you have Mitch the sorry excuse of a store manager telling me that I can drive the rental for Lyft even tho Lyft said I cant his response was rules are ment to be broken I keep getting told there is nothing to do to compensate my wages. It was their mistake I toke my car working fine it was for an alignment. I called Mitch today and how are you going to tell me that you dont have the corporate number for me to Google it. Again sorry excuse of a store manager you messed up someones car and you cant even google the number yourself to give to me.

Im Very disappointed. Ive trusted Firestone for quite some time now but my daughter was taken for a ride. Their 99 Tahoe had a misfire. She took it into the Melody Dr. Northglenn Colorado store with a misfire. $2,300 later it was given back misfiring less. It was better, but not fixed. When the old parts were requested the told her they were thrown away... on the same day they did the repairs? $2,300 tune up and the vehicle wasnt fixed and there were no old parts.When Angelee at the store was contacted later to explain why she paid $2,300 for a misfire the store was very nasty with here over the phone. She took the truck to another shop and a hundred dollars later the misfire was fixed. I cant believe this happened at a Firestone?!?!Customer service was called regarding this situation and a return call was promised. After three days of waiting no return contact has been received.Ive worked in the automotive industry for 30 years and have never treated a customer in this way. If this is the way Bridgestone Americas is doing business these days they can close my account, well be going somewhere else for service.

Scheduled for tire rotation and 1 tire leak, they asked if I was dropping off or waiting and told them I was waiting. Appt. @ 4pm arrived 15mins early, was told they could get me in probably before 4pm. Waited til 4:30pm, car was still not in the garage. Asked how much longer, they said another 15mins which since they cant tell time I figured it would take 25mins not 15. If they are running behind then thats fine, at least inform the people waiting.

This location is closest to my home so I go there the most as I have a firestone card. I drive for lyft and go through tires a lot. All the appointments always take forever.Most recently I had an appointment to put on two tires and patch a hole in another. It took two hours. The patch alone took an hour. Why? I finally got my car and left. The tire pressure light was on. Really?? I get home, late for work, and get out and look at the rims—all three that were worked on are chewed up all to hell. I call and tell them these things and have to go back. They tried to tell me that their tire machine doesn’t even touch the front of the rim; then how is it the three that were worked on are damaged and the one that wasn’t is not? All you have to do is look at them to see I’m not making it up. The tire pressure sensor must’ve been damaged because now it just flashes at me constantly and all the tires are fine. Mitch said he would talk to the service manager and they’d take care of me. This was nearly a week ago and I’ve heard nothing from anyone. Cool. Awesome customer service.I won’t be back to this location.

I was told I could get 2 tires mounted and balanced if I left my car for a couple hours. 7+ hours later I show up when they are closing and they say, oh we didnt get to it I was going to call you are you kidding me!??? Horrible experience do not recommend. Also Joel has not clue what he is doing. If you cant get to something in almost 8 hours, let me know so I can take it elsewhere!!!

Typical up-charging pressures and tactics. Went for simple oil change- they try and sell you tires, because I have an unrepairable small leak without showing me proof. And, radiator check for $27.95 or whatever because I have coolant somewhere, then I present a coupon and they say we already took it off. WTH? Better off going to over- priced dealership that you might be able to trust.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE! I recently went to get my window fixed so they made me pay $107 for just a diagnosis to whats going on. Then they dont even fix it 100% costing me another $300! Also my lights on my speedometer dont work properly now so its ridiculously hard to see my speed at night AND I just got a ticket not even an hour ago for my tail light being out because of them!! I will never be going to another Firestone in my life and forbid anyone from going here myself!

Had an appointment on New Years day at 1:00pm..there is not a soul in here and it is now 1:40pm...my car has not even been pulled into the garage!! I thought an appointment was made so that your car would be serviced at the time of the appointment!! Not an hour later!! I will never come to this location ever again!! Guess the customers time is never valuable!!Update as of 2:40...finally got my car back...now its leaking oil! Its a brand new car!! Sitting here now again waiting for them to fix it! I took my car in to get my belts replaced, including my A/C belt. Before I took my car in, my air conditioning was working perfect; it was actually one of the things I loved about my car. I went to pick my car up, and it wasnt too hot that day so I didnt use my air conditioner. The next day when I was driving to work, I turned on my A/C and it was blowing just fine, with no noises or weird smells or anything, but there was no cold air at all! It was basically just a fan. I thought ok... maybe they forgot to hook something up, Ill call them. I called them, the guy on the phone (dont remember his name) said to bring it back and theyll fix it. I said I work two jobs and wont have a chance again for a while but Ill bring it in ASAP. Well that chance was last Friday. I brought my car in and after 2.5 hours, I get a phone call saying that my A/C is totally destroyed, because the new A/C belt they put into it broke it. They said theyd replace the A/C belt free of charge since it was covered by their warranty but said they wouldnt fix the A/C and actually were gonna charge me $1300 for the pleasure of breaking it and then needing to repair it. Not only that, but the manager was the one who discussed this with me on the phone, and she couldnt help but throw in little condescending comments like maybe your stepdad or dad can explain this to you and Im not sure if you understand what this means BUT and stuff like that... very unprofessional and rude.

Very slow. Had appointment at 2pm for 3 tires. It took them 2 hrs and 45 min. Another customer was picking out tires while my vehicle was already on the lift, somehow his vehicle was done with 4 tires an hour before mine, and he was picking it up the next day, I was there waiting.

After reading all of the previous reviews I am now learning that they say you have to change your brakes and rotors when you go in for any noises. Then when you come back to pickup the car, you find out that there was a whole nother issue that was related to noise but they wait to tell you until after youve already paid for the brakes and rotors (that was obviously not needed at the time of service) and then you have to fork out more money to fix the issue that you thought was being fixed. Ill be reporting this business to the BBB and advise anyone else with issues to do the same.

Called ahead of time to get a flat tire looked at for an Enterprise rental vehicle. They said it would be about an hour. It took two and a half hours for them to get the truck on the rack, 3 hours later, still no tire. Was told to come to this location after leaving another firestone location. Would never have come here if I knew the service was this bad. Still waiting on the tire to be replaced.After 3 and half hours they give me the truck back and the new tire they put has low pressure! You cant make this stuff up. What a joke.
