I Came to Lee Myles after visiting another shop that did some suspension repairs on my F 150 that werent quite right. I didnt want to go back to the other shop because it wasnt clean nor organized like Lee Myles. The first time was a crazy repair which this shop completed within a decent time and at a very fair price.Recently I needed repairs that were quoted at over $2,000 by a dealership. Lee Myles completed the necessary repairs at under $800 saving me at least $1,200.This repair shop is honest. They complete the work properly and at a fair price. This repair shop does not overcharge or try to sell repairs that are unnecessary. They have excellent customer service skills.This company is now the official repair shop for my family. I called Lee Myles when my dealer told me it would take three months to get emissions system checked out, The check engine light was on and car needed a smoke machine to diagnose. I was recently referred to Lee Myles by family after I went to another shop that told me I needed $2500 in repairs due to a broken steering rack. I wanted a second opinion. The guys at Lee Myles were quick, friendly and honest. After dropping off my car, Blake called and informed me that my car was in great shape and did not need this expensive repair the other shop had said I needed. All it needed was air in the tires, and my power steering fluid replaced. They saved me from paying $2500 for a repair that wasnt needed! Honest mechanics are hard to come by these days. If youre looking for an honest mechanic that will do good work at a reasonable price look no further than Lee Myles in Northglenn. I take my cars here for scheduled maintenance and surprise fixes, and they always have them ready quickly. They also always check with me and give me a quote before doing any major work. One instance I ended up needing two engine coils replaced within a few months of each other. Within a week of getting it back after the second one, a third coil failed. Lee Myles replaced the third one & the fourth at the same time (just to be safe), and only charged me parts because they felt responsible since they didnt check them after the second one failed. While, yes it would have been nice if they had checked it, I really appreciated their honesty and them owning their mistake. I wont take my cars anywhere else.

The price he quoted me was comparable to all the other major service centers. And i found parts replaced just out of courtesy couple hoses new coolant reservoir and even a complimentary oil change!!!!! Car is back in perfect running condition they got me back on the road with a major repair in ONE WEEK. Amazing!!! I recommend Lee Myles for hands down all around Great work and customer service.

Im so torn! The gentleman working here was really nice and courteous. However, no one was wearing masks even though social distancing is not really possible in their small shop. (And I think its required??)Id have given more stars, but $64 to change two tires is incredibly pricey. I asked for an estimate ahead of time but they could not give me one. I learned of the cost at pick up, I paid it, but it left me with a bit of buyers remorse. So just a heads up, theyre pleasant but Im not sure it is worth the inflated price, particularly because they arent protecting the health of their staff or customers.

These people just blew me off. When the diagnosis was given, Eric just showed me a piece of metal COVERED IN GREASE, ( a transmission has fluid inside, not grease.)He proceeded to tell me that my transmission was coming apart inside. I in fact dropped the transmission pan and replaced the oil and filter 2 days prior and there was absolutely no metal pieces in the pan. I drove my truck 2 blocks to lee myles. Not a high likely hood of my transmission coming apart in that short distance.From this point I felt i was being brushed aside. Eric handed me my keys without even offering a solution or pricing or any information at that point. I was given a bill for $139 dollars.I would caution anyone from going to this low quality type of garage. Be in the know my friends. I am an honest person that just seeks fairness and equality as a consumer. Thank you

I have been going to the Lee Myles in Lakewood for over 10 years. They have always given me exceptional service. Whenever there are issues with our cars, they let us know what is wrong and the priority of getting it fixed. They have never been pushy or had high pressure sales tactics. I have had them perform diagnostics on my vehicles, and most the time if I have them fix it, they will waive the diagnostic fees. Michael is ASE certified and I trust having my vehicles in his hands. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with them coming back to me with a wrong diagnosis. We have 4 vehicles and we take them all there for oil changes and preventative maintenance, as well as any repairs that need to be performed. Their pricing has always been very competitive or on the low side for the quality of work they perform. I have been a very satisfied and loyal customer for a long time and I plan on continuing to do so for years to come. I highly recommend this shop for regular service and repairs!!

I took my car in because it was leaking antifreeze and the told me it was leaking by the water pump and it needed to be replaced which was 759.00 dollars they called me after the repair was done and told me it was leaking somewhere else and to fix the problem it will cost another 569.00 to fix this, this is ridiculous they should have caught this instead of guessing Im pretty frustrated because the car is not drivable and Im out 759.00 dollars I would not recommend this place

ERIC IS THE MAN. I was having multiple random misfires with my vehicle and I went to a shop prior to this one to figure it out. The previous shop scanned it with their little scanner and said their “diagnostic” revealed that they needed to change one spark plug because only one cylinder was misfiring. I decided to do the service myself and change all the spark plugs and the one ignition coil for the cylinder they said was misfiring. The symptoms still persisted. Also all of the spark plugs were fine, but I was okay changing them as it hadn’t been done since I bought the car.NOW, When I went to Lee Myles, I was helped by Eric who was professional and very informative. He said he would run a diagnostic to figure out the problem. He determined that all the cylinders weren’t firing EXCEPT the one with the ignition coil that I replaced. How did he know? He went through the trouble of rotating all the ignition coils TWICE on my V6 engine only to find that the new ignition coil that I installed was the only one working. THATS A DIAGNOSTIC. He informed my Dad and me that he recommended replacing the other five ignition coils. I could have done them myself, but I wanted to support Eric and his family business because they are just AWESOME. He definitely got the job done faster than I would have anyway! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP! I also come from a family that owns an auto repair shop in Hawaii and I understand the dedication and level of service needed to run a successful business in this field. Eric is great and provided excellent service for my family and me. He even impressed my Dad who is the owner of our family business! I Will not hesitate to come back when I need help!! Worked with Eric the Shop Manager ( owners Son), truck was missing and heater was blowing cold air. Eric advises the plugs looked ok but might be the issue.Had all spark plugs replaced on my truck that didn’t fix the problem only to break down on I70 with 2 gal low on coolant.Spoke to Eric regarding the matter, he said to bring it back when back in town. Problem still persists and check engine light came on. Come to find out the coil pack and the heater valve were what was actually bad.Eric advises he’d do a “good faith repair” on two plugs, under warranty and charge me to remove and reinstall the coil packs (only if I provide the parts) and have to charge additional labor for the packs and replace heater valve!When I asked my he would charge me to remove parts he was already removing to complete the other “good faith “ repair he said because it’s a new repair!Mind you this is the second time my Truck was in the shop for the same issue.I told him I was not satisfied with the repairs nor diagnostic completed and wanted a refund. Eric stated “well that’s not an option”! I requested his father, the owner, call me to discuss and resolve this matter. Eric told me he would update his dad and call me yesterday but have yet to get a call!I am still waiting to speak to the owner before I take any other actions regarding the matterI had the needed repairs completed by another mechanic that found a stripped coil pack bolt that took him longer to remove than the actual repair!I feel Eric at LeeMyles didn’t not handle this well and should really rethink how he treats customers when their shop is the blame for not figuring out the correct needed repairs the first time.

I took my Jeep to Lee Myles and was very happy with the service I received. I needed a tune up, oil change and asked him to look it over and make sure I was good for the winter. I also let him know that I sometimes heard a squealing noise when I started it. He got everything as and when promised. When he called to let me know what I needed done I was appreciative of the fact that he did not try to push work I did not need. He let me know that he did not feel I needed any work on any of the belts, he would do it if I wanted him to but he felt it was unnecessary and a waste of my money. So nice to find an honest professional in the auto repair industry.

Good service. Very quick. I work a night shift and they let me borrow their company car (at no charge) so I could go home and sleep while they worked. It was just a bad oxygen sensor in my car they had to fix. I was a bit worried about the price at first but it wasnt bad at all. Ill definitely go back if I need any more work done.

Electric issues were eventually determined to be dying alternator. Unfortunately took a few days of having it to get it to act up so it could be diagnosed. Would have preferred a little more timely contact for status reports, instead of me having to call to check; but happy enough with the service so far - its only been a few days.

I recently took one of my cars here after meeting Nick outside of work. Im so glad I did. Not only was I treated fairly, but Nick and his team went above and beyond for me on my experience. I really appreciated the honesty of the items wrong with my car and the willingness to price out items for future work to be done but not pressuring me to try and do something. This is HUGE as a lot of places want you to do as much work as possible while you are there. It was really refreshing to have that honesty from Nick and his crew. Charged more for simple test. Ive gone to them a couple times and each time they charge more. I understand its work on a vehicle, but I went to them thinking they would be honest like last time with my oil change. They over charged me on a tune up that would take a few hours but was done in less than two and charged $450. The time before, I went because my 4wd was on and I didnt know. I knew something was different so I took in. They said they drove it around but didnt find anything wrong. Total bullshit for a mechanic to say when you can feel the difference. They will steal your money. I thought I found a reputable mechanic but all Ive done is waste money on this terrible local business. Id rather stick with local companies but Im going else where. For my catalytic converters, they wanted $2000 to fix when I just needed an additive to clean it.And when Charlie, something like that, the owner, answers, be aware of his nice demeanor before you get work done and afterwards. I understand its a hard business, but thats why he has to act like a sales man because he knows they wont cone back so he can steal more money.

Long story short, you can always count on these guys to get the job done correctly at a very fair price. This is the only shop that I will go to.

I took my car to the shop due to my heater not blowing warm air. They kept my car for 2 days, charged me over $250. and gave my car back to me, unchanged. They supposedly replaced my thermostat. If they did, it was completely unnecessary and did nothing to correct the problem that I took it in for. It was a greedy cash grab.
