Complete discussed came from. 6 hours away got caught in traffic and when I was 15 min away they tell me they rented out my trailer cause I missed booking time well hello a simple call would have helped

They overcharged me twice even when i brough back the truck 3 hours earlier cause i didnt use the uhaul app well i did use the app but it freeze!!also put a little bit of extra gas and cleaned the truck again charged me $20! contacted them said manager will get back to me within 72 hours been over a week never got back to me requested my money back through the bank!moved way out of town so i wont deal with them ever again plus there customer service at the desk is poor!

Tim and Brandon are superstars. I had to be at a location to pick up a piece of equipment and needed to grab a trailer from u-haul. These 2 guys got me in and out in lightning speed even with having to grab different trailer adapters and wiring harness.The attitudes on these 2 gentlemen are what make the brand stick out. I hope they are recognized for what they do behind the scenes. GOOD JOB BOYS!

The folks at the counter don’t seem to have any idea what they’re doing. I rented a bunch of plastic moving bins and when they couldn’t figure out how to look up my order, they just said “oh well” and gave them to me...They’re lucky I’m honest, I could have easily just cancelled my online request and kept them after they jammed my truck full of bins, no questions asked.

They are very nice, its a clean place and plenty of parking. Excellent customer service.

The man at the front desk is not very friendly... the demand for trucks and trailers FAR exceeds the supply. They hound you endlessly for their trucks and trailers back, even when you haven’t even had them for 24 hours. Really ridiculous!!! Literally ONE 5x8 trailer to service ALL of Marlborough and Northborough!!! I’ll probably never go back.

Do not waste your time in uhaul Northborough Ma, they ask you to leave registration and / or ID to be able to take a trailer for 24 hr. BEWARE thats completely illegal. NEVER do that. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he cant rent us a $ 700 trailer for only $ 60 without holding an id or car registration.

Had a great experience doing drop off here. We were in and out in 5 minutes tops. They have a nice spot. Not crammed with trucks like some locations. Easy to find.

One of Northborough’s mechanics, Jose, really got it done at a moderate price with my wiring harness - a very difficult install on my Infiniti. Then when my trailer didn’t work, he pointed me to possible problem spots (I had re-wired it myself) and his advice was spot-on - works perfectly. He’s an asset to the store and brand. Thank you.

They don’t even deserve one star. The employee Eloni was completely unreasonable and even detrimental to her own company by refusing to rent a truck for 24 hours when there wasn’t another rental scheduled for 2 days. An agent from U-haul central called her “unreasonable and outrageous”. After she lied to her manager about the situation, the manager then refused to speak to me over the phone and agreed with her side of the story. This woman should not be allowed to do any form of customer service, including holding a door open for a fast food restaurant bathroom.

Great facility and very helpful employees and manager! I would definitely go back for a truck rental and recommend this location for all moving needs!

Great job very friendly installed a trailer mount for us, saw the bike rack in the car and offered to get that all set up as well, no charge
