The team was super polite and helpful with the move. All items were secured and wrapped up tight to prevent any damage. The team arrived on time, worked well together and the move went very smoothly and quick. The price point was about average but between the customer service and the actual ease of move, I would recommend them to all family/friends!

DN Van Lines was fantastic for my Boston to NYC move! Scheduling was easy and our coordinator, Kelly, was organized and answered all my questions. The movers were punctual, efficient, and kind. They unfortunately had to park far away from our building (classic NYC parking) but were absolute professionals and got everything done in great time. The quote was higher than some other quotes I received, but they had no hidden fees like a lot of the other companies I was looking into - so there were no surprises on move in day! They have the same team on each leg of the trip and got everything done in one day, which is important to me. The quality was way worth it! Would highly recommend them for any move.

I’ve used this company for 3 moves already and they have always been professional even though some are younger than I would expect. They work hard and efficiently, getting the job done. The team lead is very organized and directs the others on how things should be done. I had many heavy boxes which they brought to a third floor without a second thought. THEY EVEN HAD THE GAUL TO TRY AND CHARGE US FOR THE EXTRA TIME THEY HAD OUR POSSESSIONS WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED!! Also after they loaded all our possessions onto the truck when they came and pick up our furniture and boxes they made us pay them $1200 cash as a tip!! This company didn’t do that. We chose DN Van lines because we were confident that they could handle our move from Massachusetts to Georgia. They were professional and responsive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. This was our first big move so we didn’t really know what to expect, but for the most part they exceeded our expectations. The only thing i I would say is that there was a difference in opinion over our inventory status and the number of pieces we had, resulting in additional costs over what was quoted. Ultimately DN Van lines worked very hard to stay in line with the price we were given and settled the issue with integrity and understanding and we would highly recommend this moving company. The only advice I would offer when working with ANY moving company is to make sure you accurately report your items that you want moved. Take the time to list everything, and even add 10-15% as a buffer because its very easy to underestimate. Ultimately, we had a great experience and would use them again.

I was very impressed with DN Van Lines from start to finish. Setting the move up was easy and the rep in the office was friendly and prompt. The quote worked out to be very accurate, no surprise charges. The crew for both sides of my move was the same and these guys were awesome. Lou, John, and Johnny were on time, quick, efficient, and friendly. They walked us through their process, made sure our stuff was placed in the right rooms at our new home, and moved everything with care and attention. My TVs were packed carefully, and the crew was great about wearing a mask and social distancing. I appreciated that the crew was friendly and made conversation with us. Within the same week I was able to secure our moving day,(five days later) go over all items they were to be moved and received an accurate quote. The movers Mario and two others were punctual, and afficent.They wrapped all of our furniture, including large sectional, dressers and mattresses. Moved our three bedroom home, including large kitchen appliances, washer, dryer, wood stove and many boxes not just out of our home, but neatly into storage. I hired DN Van Lines for a move on May 1st. They said they would be there between 1pm and 4pm and were outside right at 1pm. Took less than 3 hours to complete the move. Bill and Diego were awesome and accommodating. Helped my girlfriends mother with her move and it was such a relief.

My move ended up being a real pain. I was moving into an apartment on the 4th floor and when we got there to unload the truck, we were informed that the elevator was not in service. The guys didnt even complain. They spent the whole afternoon unloading the truck and walking everything up 4 flights of stairs. Im not certain how much they get paid but its not enough. I definitely will recommend these guys to anyone.

From my first call to inquire about service to the final unloading into my storage unit everything was seemless. The guys did an amazing job carefully wrapping everything and fitting like a puzzle into storage unit.

I used DN Van Lines on August 19, 2021 based upon the the reviews on Yelp but apparently did not look further enough to see more reviews. The damage they did to my house and furniture was unbelievable! Please do not use them!!! They dragged brand new mattresses through dirt, they scraped and damaged the furniture including breaking a spindle off the canopy bed post and taking divits out of the bureaus and bedposts, they ripped a brand new king mattress and left huge scratches on my hard wood floors. They also damaged the ceiling and drywall in the hall forcing a mattress up the stairs. The way they handled the furniture was awful and I could hear them dragging the furniture across the floor in my master bedroom. I have never had such a terrible experience and hope to prevent someone else from experiencing this horrible service. I have attached a few pictures below to validate my claim but do not use them to even move a blade of grass!

They were very good and nice, the lady in the office and also the movers, I did not have any issues and all arrived in good condition, many thanks for all!

They did ok. One packer did point out 3 items that were broken/chipped that I was aware of prior to packing. They did work the whole time they were here. I asked them to mark all the boxes according to each room. They did try to charge me for 4 hours, I kept pointing out that they were actually here under three and let them know we do have outside security cameras with video that could be brought up.

Great service, provided an accurate estimate in a timely manner, drivers showed up on time and worked fast.

My multi-stop move from Northborough, stopping in Newton, to Boston was a great experience. The movers were very professional and FAST. Also, the price was half what I was quoted by other movers.

The movers had to get somethings from storage and some things from my daughter’s house. Then they had to move everything up two large flights of stairs to a third floor apartment without an elevator. They were accommodating and pleasant. They wrapped most items. They worked quickly without extended breaks.

Have used DN Van Lines for 4 moves in the past 5 yrs. Two moves were more than 50 miles. Never disappointed. Two moves included the grand piano and an oversized Ethan Allen heavy oak dining room set with china and server. They will do the extra steps as necessary. One move was in the rain; items were packed in blankets and also shrinkwrapped to protect from moisture. Foremen always friendly, careful. Willing to do some extra small jobs as requested. Calls always answered and returned quickly if person requested is not available. Would not think of using any other moving company!!

I had a really good experience with these movers! I was doing a local move from a second floor apartment to a single family home. The movers were early and gave me a call to let me know they would be early! They had to disassemble and re assemble furniture. They were quick and no damage whatsoever. Then they did such a great job that the bill came in several hundred dollars under the quote! Yeah no complaints here and I would hire them again no question.

Recently made a Military move from New Jersey to Georgia, and Im gonna say Im lucky to have kevin Terry and Jordan Cooper took care of us they went above and beyond to make sure the Goods was packed up and safe for the trip.

Moved to storage 3 weeks, then to my apartment when it was ready. Both moves were great. Still waiting for money back from them for 10 furniture wraps that were returned to them. I will not use them again if I don’t get my money back.

This is my Husbands account but I handled the set up for the move ( Richard Anctil).Well, moved in Monday 8/17 and what a fiasco! First, the movers were 3 1/2 hours late. Then they wanted me to pay $10 for covering the mattress and I said they can cover it but Im not paying for it. I called their office and told them what the guy said and she told she was going to call the crew and tell them to cover the mattress for free. When they brought the mattress up, NO cover. To save time (I Guess) they put some boxes inside larger boxes but they didnt pay any attention to what was in the boxes. They put a heavy box of books on top of a box of picture frames. They had to dismantle my bed and when they put it back together, the headboard was mounted wrong. They broke a leg of on our TV cabinet and when I pointed it out, one of the movers simply put in underneath (It was a center support leg) but didnt repair it. We would not ever use them again and definitely would not recommend them.

DN Van Lines helped my fiancé and I move into our new apartment. Our move involved packing up two separate apartments and then unpacking them in the new place. They showed up right on time and moved at an impressive pace.Our new apartment has a narrow stairwell and we needed a queen bed moved to the 2nd floor. I’m convinced their movers have a superhuman level of spatial awareness. They managed to move all of our heavy antique furniture with no scratches or scuffs to any of the pieces or to the walls. They did an amazing job and were professional, friendly, and quick. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat.
