Store seemed confused on what a USPS parcel is. Had a box with postage on it and they’ve indicated they’ve never seen that before. I told the employees that postage was on it and just needs to be dropped off but they told me they can’t scan it?? … Not sure if I encountered new employees that haven’t been trained on how meter mail works or looks like or if the store doesn’t accept USPS drop offs… other UPS stores took in drop offs with no issue. They just indicate they can’t give me a drop off receipt which is fine.
Exceptional service! Quick line, friendly & knowledgeable staff. They even gave my toddler a cool stress ball to play with!
Typically I am pretty happy with UPS, but I have to admit, FedEx is a better way for me to send my packages because the hours are more convenient for people who work and get off of work too late to make it to UPS. My suggestion is that they stay open at least until 8pm.
We have been customers here for almost 12 years. Great customer service and excellent staff that work hard to make sure that you are satisfied.

Ive been here several times and they are very efficient, extremely helpful and quick.The young lady this morning was no exception. I came in without a label so I forwarded my label email and she printed it which made the experience very easy for me.
***PSA***I have a question for those that insure their packages through this UPS Store location or the owners other location at 8901 Tehama Ridge Pkwy Ste #127 Fort Worth 76177.My items came back broken. I take them in to file a claim. The owner comes out because the manager is out sick.Her list of questions to me1) How much did you insure this for?2) How did you pay for this?3) Do you have your receipt for what you paid for the items? (Granted there antiques) Once you show me that then I can process your claim4) Can you show me how someone paid you for the items?When I paid to insure my items NO questions were not asked?She then states I would be receiving an email from her (never got one).A week or so goes by I dont hear anything. I go by the store to pick up my items and to speak with the manager. One employees says your items arent here there at the other store, it takes time to make a claim as high as yours as she screams across the store with the max of 4 people in the store.I wait another week to 10 days, I call back the manager is back, she says, the owner is not going to honor your insurance claim because you didnt package it right, reason #5? That you should use large bubble rap and not small bubble wrap with paper. I said can I please get my items? They are still at our other location in NRH with the owner I dropped my items at the Tehama Ridge location. Could you ask her to bring them to the location I dropped them off? I get to the location. She now has a note on the box that she will honor my claim IF I can show her something comparable to the items I have. Again they are ANTIQUES and reason #6 on why she has not filed my claim. Im not sure if she really has insurance and is stonewalling me? Is this how she treats all of her customers when they file a claim (box was marked fragile in my writing and two labels that her employees put on the box)? Or is it the color of my skin? Please let me know whats the problem? 6 different reasons on why my claim has not been filed.****FOLLOW UP****I was told today that my claim was denied for another reason, than what Sallie told me in an email today. If you watch the video on how to file a claim, its not what my experience was. Sallie (assist manager) says in an email to me she doesnt know what a control id number is, its the number needed for you to make your claim per the website, a number this location never provided so that they can file themselves and decided on who is able to file and who isnt. When I asked for my claim number once THEY filed the claim and said whatever they wanted in the claim that Im not able to view because the Store made the claim to check on the filing Sallie gave me the wrong claim number the first time, I had to email her again for the correct number. Sallie took all my info on June 23rd and didnt even file the claim until the last day the claim could be filed July 3rd. When per policy its a 10 day process. When my package was delivered on May 5th. When people wrong you (for me anyway) I believe that you dont stop fighting and I will not, there is a higher court and I look forward to it.
This store always has fast & friendly service. Justin & Chris are super helpful every time I have something to drop off. I go here often and have never had a bad experience.

Doesnt open on time and employee looks bothered by work. He doesnt reply back when he is greeted with good morning by more than one customer. Not my favorite store.
The employees are always welcoming. Every time I go in to ship a package, an employee is always ready to help me. I recommend anyone needing to ship a package or just buy stamps. This is the place to go.
I use this store a lot and everyone is always really helpful. Today Jason helped me return a large office chair. He brought it and the box in from my car and took care of packaging it back up. This store is a big help to me in running my small business and I use them for all my packaging and shipping needs.

Ive been doing business with this UPS Store location from the day it opened. I am a regular customer, visiting the store at least once a week and sometimes as often as daily. I have always been treated courteously and professionally and have never experienced anything less that excellent customer service.
Went in this morning to drop off a USPS package. I have never been to this location before. Every time I have dropped off a USPS Post office package at my usual location (8901 Tehama Ridge) the associate’s scan in and provide me with a receipt for my USPS return package. The redhead/ginger kid at this location stated that they “do not scan in USPS packages and can’t provide receipts”. He seemed bothered to have to work. He did not respond to “good morning” and was very rude. Little did he know that in my car I have several UPS receipts showing a USPS package was scanned in. I will not be returning to this location. If he doesn’t like his job then he should look for something else.

The customer service is very poor and if something isnt done it is going to cost this place business and I think they can use all the business they can get. It opened late too as I waited for 10 minutes as it was supposed to open at 7:30.
What time does this place open? Not at 7:30 like the sign says. I waited for 15 minutes before someone opened and was ready for business. Im not going here again.
