So far so good. Im trying them out for the first time.

I had the worst customer service when I went to this store.I didnt know my password because my husband bought my phone and that was first time I have been in the store since he bought two years ago .Juan treated me like a had no brain.I finally got the password and entered it to see if I was time upgrade my phone. Which I wanted to upgrade to a iPhone Then he told me they were out of stock of one I wanted.He seemed like he didnt want to help or get a sale.I have been sales over 40 years and would never treat a customer like he treated me.He should not be in sales.

I received professional service when I visited the store on Rufe Snow. I was helped by Porsia, Im not sure if I am spelling her name correctly. She went over and beyond to help me. She displays the type of work ethic and attitude that I wish every person in customer service would have! She sealed the decision for me to continue my phone service with Cricket now and in the future! In fact, anytime that Ive ever had a problem and had to call Cricket, Ive always been satisfied with how I am treated. Keep up the great work!

One of the GREATEST STORES AVAILABLE I always visit this store with any issues or concern which is rare but when I do the staff is amazing, friendly and super knowledgeable the Manager their is the cherry on top of the stores sundae he can solve the most of complicated problems and make you feel like you came to the right expert if you are thinking of switching choose this location I visited multiple store before this one just sealed the deal for me if I could rate higher I would any bad reviews definitely did not go to the correct location

Great service freindly staff

Sales girl was super nice but was not very knowledgeable. They got us what we came in for and the store was clean. Even let my 5 yr old daughter use the bathroom in a pinch.

All Crickets are not the same. Dont bother with the one in Haltom City on Denton Hwy. I did like the Rufe Snow and Beach Street locations. I love Crickets service and plans though!

The staff is really friendly they are very helpful and will work with your budget and help you get the right phone that fits your need and the right phone plan that fits your actual usage needs instead of over saleing you on plans I will never use or needlessly cost you extra money.
