They do wonderful work here and it’s quick and affordable. My PlayStation use to sound like it was a jet getting ready for take off or like if it was going to explode every time I turned it on but after the clean up they did, well it’s just silent like if it just came out the box. MAC USERS BEWARE! Terrible Experience. Unprofessional. Only concerned about the bottom line. They completely damaged my computer so that I had to get a completely new one. I just went in to get a new hard drive installed for more memory and now I have to get a whole new computer. While we understand that they had water damage and other issues around the time that we worked with them, their handling of our problem was inexcusable. They did not take responsibility for a major mistake that they made and blamed what happened on us, the customer when it was clearly their actions that caused the problem.We had them put in a new drive in my iMac computer which is essential for my non profit work as a media developer. They put the WRONG kind of drive that wasn’t even compatible with a Mac and completely damaged the computer. We received it back and it seemed like it was running well. We gently brought it back to the home office with no problems. There were no drops, falls, nothing. It was in a quiet location and temperature controlled location.One night about three weeks later there was a loud crash from the office and when I went to the office, I found the screen had fallen off and fell to the floor and cracked. It was no longer usable.When called, the employee at PCTM told us that we were responsible for the cost of repairs because it was outside of the two week warranty period for work. It was clearly the fault of the either the tape or the process used to put that tape on which comes under the purview of PCTM. We talked about lower cost overseas options for screens but in all cases we would have to pay for the screen ($400-700) which was well beyond what we paid for the original repair. It is common practice among repair people to cover the cost of their mistakes when it comes to the screen falling off. This company did not do this. The employee said he would look for a low cost screen and would not even attempt to get authorization from the owner to fix this on their dime. We left him to look for a screen.We repeatedly called the store and we repeatedly did not get any answer or got HUNG UP ON. We asked for the contact information for a supervisor or owner to no avail. After a week we still have no response from the owner and we hadnt contacted her until after a month from the repair failure.Finally, we are putting this message up well over a month after the screen fell off and upon getting it back it was unusable. So slow. So I texted the man asking what could be done and he said he would charge me again for any other repairs because it didn’t fall under warranty (even though it was within their 15 period). I ended up having to take it to Apple where they told me that this man had completely screwed up my computer, nothing was in alignment and the hard drive he had installed was incompatable with a Mac. INEXCUSABLE!!We expect more from a company that prides itself in working with corporate customers in addition to community customers. Apparently the margin is too small from the single computer customer, especially from a non-profit such that PCTM would not take responsibility when they make a mistake unlike perhaps with a larger corporate one. Integrity only is important when there are many $$ signs. RIDICULOUS! Now I am in the hole $600 and I have a computer that is complete trash thanks to them. MAC USERS BEWARE!

My work computer broke and I had made multiple visits to other shops and phone calls being told no we cannot find the part for your computer or repair it. Even if we did it would be expensive and take over a week. My insurance company said the same thing, taking at least a week if we could even repair it. However, I walked into PCTM as a last ditch effort, within an hour, they had my computer fixed with the lowest rate I was offered. Everything about their service was 5 stars and I could not recommend them enough. (There was motherboard issues and they repair motherboards, something none of the other shops did!)

Originally, I went to this shop to fix a broken tablet. Not only was he able to fix my tablet for relatively low cost, but I continued to see his great repairs with his repair to my fiancés digitizer/screen for her laptop, as well as sought out his assistance in building my new $1300 computer. Responsive with his updates on parts, explains the issues very clearly, and an overall good deal. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is a GEM! I had called and gotten a quote from Office Depot, who wanted $130 just to walk in the door and look at my computer (not including repairs). I called PCTM and they told me I could bring it in right away and hed likely be able to have it done in an hour if no parts were needed. I dropped it off and about 40 minutes later, got a call that my laptop repair was already completed! WOW. And for a VERY small fraction of the cost Office Depot had quoted me. He provided recommendations on how to avoid this same problem with my laptop in the future. Not only that, he was kind enough to gift my 2 year old daughter a toy on our way out. He was so friendly, kind, thorough, and efficient! I am so impressed with the service here and will absolutely use and recommend him for any phone or computer repairs needed in the future! I took in an old desktop I could no longer get to boot up to get files transferred to a flash drive. They worked diligently to accomplish my request and called me to pickup in less than 48 hours. This included them having to purchase special equipment to even connect to my device.

Ive been in the major appliance business for 50 years so I know a thing for two about customer service. Sam completely wiped my wifes computer and reloaded everything one evening by taking it home and it was ready the next day. Same for her laptop another time and this morning I messaged him about my computer. He logged on and fixed it in minutes while I watched online. Most people are skeptical of 5 star reviews thinking theyre fake so I wont give Sam a 5 so Im giving Sam at PCTM a well deserved 6. Attaboy.....

Great place to get any service! I spilled tea on my MacBook Pro which caused my keyboard to be sticky. Apple said that they were going to charge me over $1,000 for replacements. Subin was able to replace the entire bottom of my laptop for a very reasonable price. They also fixed in the time I was there. They value customer service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
